I don't understand how a chicken place doesn't have chicken! I have gone twice about a week or so apart and was told the same thing twice. This time I went we were finally able to get chicken and amazingly they were able to mess that up. Ordered a bucket of mixed and got only legs and thighs and was missing sides that was ordered. Tried calling the number on the receipt and as you may have guessed no answers. I don't know who is in charge but this place needs help or they just need to take KFC off the building and menu and go ahead and convert to Taco Bell. You guys deserve no stars 👎

Stood at the counter for five minutes while three employees walked back and forth ignoring us. I finally called out to get someone to take our order. Very cold temperature in the lobby where we sat and ate (felt like about 60 to 65 degrees). Cold fries. The chicken and fries were obviously cooked in old grease and tasted bad. Dirty tables. The whole thing. Never going back there.

We came here asking for 2 chicken sandwiches with spicy mayo extra pickle. Got the oil and no extra pickles on one. So when I asked for extra pickle I was told I needed to be charged for the extra pickle(the extra pickles on the other sandwich was one) and the oil is spicy mayo she made it herself but is not the mayo as I have ate at other KFCs. The manager went out of her way to argue with me and when I refused to argue with her she said "that's right". I keep coming expecting better service but that is the definition of insanity. Tables are always dirty and the staff is a bunch of young addicts and convicts. Avoid this time and money suck because the quality is not worth the grief of trying to get what you ordered.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited nearly 20 minutes and was never able to order. Would up leaving. Staff sewd.far.more interested in setting up for dinner rush than taking care of customers. Absolute gong show. Restaurant wasn't terribly clean either which males us feel better about walking out. Customers = revenue

I ordered the x-large bucket of extra crispy. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook it. I got it all home, corn was missing and so were all the biscuits! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The dining room is always disgusting and dirty. Dirty tables, floors, and counter, and the trash is overflowing inside and outside. Cigarette butts are everywhere outside. It smells nasty inside.THE MANAGER IS TERRIBLE.NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I ordered extra crispy strips (which are dairy free) but received original and ate them without knowing the difference. My daughter has a dairy allergy and is breastfed. Your employees made my daughter sick. I will never eat here again.

(deserves no stars)Server went from sweeping to serving! Would not wash her hands even when reminded. Well, I asked if she was serving my food could she please wash her hands or at least use gloves...she did angrily get some gloves! Wow! I could not believe that she did not wash her hands AND use the gloves. And the food was all torn up!... Wasted money!

I waited 20 minutes in line to get an order through drive thru I ordered a k8 which is a five piece tender this is the second time I've been to this restaurant to get chicken and both times it wasn't that great the manager was rude the food is old if I could take a picture of this chicken you wouldn't think it's chicken you think it would be dark meat chicken is supposed to be white meat chicken tenders I bit into one and it's so dry it tastes like it's been on the shelf for at least 6 or 7 hours cooking if I'm going to spend $10 for meal it won't be at this KFC I really wish that the oldest in this chicken would come out in the picture

Today is 10/16. It is 5:25pm. Just want the owner to know the time so they will know what employees were there. My husband and I stopped here to eat in. When we saw the non-cleanliness of the dining room, we should have just left. We stood at the counter for a few minutes and weren't acknowledged at all by the person working there. The lady from the drive thru asked us if we had been helped. We ordered. My husband ordered the 5 piece tender box and I ordered the 2 piece meal, breast and wing, both orders extra crispy. When we got it, my order was a thigh and a leg. My husband took it back up and the lady told him that's what was ordered and if we wanted the breast, we had to pay the extra!! I don't eat any part of the chicken except the breast. I would have never ordered a thigh!! Both orders were original recipe not extra crispy. My husband got no sauces with his. We got no utensils (neither did the 2 other ladies in the dining area), no receipt in the bag, there were no lids for drinks at the soda machine. This is the first time we have been made to pay when it was the person taking the order who screwed up!!! The food tasted like it was cooked day before yesterday and left under a light! This was, by far, the worst place we have ever eaten. Worst food, service and cleanliness! The only reason I gave one star is that Google doesn't let me choose zero stars.

I have been to kfc about 3 times within a couple of months, every time I left without my chicken, customer service is really bad and they are so mouthy and are not focus, they have not interest in helping the customer, I would not trust to buy anything from them no telling what they may do especially if you don’t along with the craziness.. really sad aTappahannock Va (KFC) sucks.

I ordered the spicy slaw wraps (2 for $5) and I swear to God it was the smallest chicken 'tender' and the tortilla was SOAKING WET with the slaw sauce. Like, the outside was coated and dripping. (I asked if I could get the wraps with no slaw and they said I couldn't. I'm not convinced they didn't dunk them in the slaw just to spite me. Lol)

Sat in drive-thru for 45 minutes. Once we arrived to place order, the lady taking it, didn't seem to know anything about the process. Ordered biscuits with our meal was told, once at pick up window, that the biscuits weren't done! Said they could offer dinner rolls. Once we arrived home discovered there was one half of some type bread..but certainly not a dinner roll.We were not asked if we wanted crispy or original chicken. So final analysis is, if you want a fast and precise order don't drive thru...drive by!!!

I was not very happy with this Taco Bell/KFC. The customer service was good but the food was not. The tacos were drench in oil and messy and it did not taste as usual. The wrapping was dirty and messy, almost as if they were in a hurry (which they were not) and they messed up what we ordered. We still said thank you, ate our food and didn't complain to them. I would just suggest to go to another place instead.

Will never eat there again! We stopped there because we were in a hurry. My husband went inside to order. (1) They got the order wrong. He asked them to correct. No problem. But when he checked the bag after they 'corrected' it, it was still wrong. So he had to wait even longer. (2) While he was waiting, the woman who took the order got angry over something another employee said to her (my husband didn't hear what he said, but he didn't seem to be confrontational). She started yelling at him and tried to pull my husband into the dispute (he stayed out of it). She continued to yell and said she was leaving, which was a relief to him and the other customer waiting to order. In the end, what should have been a 5 minute task took about 25 minutes! (3) When we finally got home and unpacked the meal, it was still wrong. But we went ahead and sat down to eat it. The flavor of old grease was sickening! We ate what we could of it, but had to throw some of it away. (4) The final offense...it looks like they overcharged us!!

I wrote my original review 5 years ago and IT IS STILL VALID! How in the heck is this place still in business? Walked in today (9/16/2023) waited for 10 minutes at the counter. NO SERVICE! Walked out and will never walk in again. ***Original review; Slowest KFC on the eastern seaboard. No one seems to care about service and this has been going on for years. If you get get your order quickly and correctly it will be a fluke.
