Nice Folks here. Good products. Bulk sizing in some items. Attractive and fun feeders. Birds, squirrels and other outdoor friends! Every time I go the employee who helped me offered to carry my stuff out to my car. The internet is easy, but .....NO CUSTOMER SERVIVICE. At this place it is all about good service. Great service. They actually act like they are glad you're there. There is nothing like feeling appreciated after you spend money. I could buy it cheaper maybe....but shopping here is fun! And pleasant! With good people helping you.

Great staff. Helpful & knowledgeable in the feathered facts. Educational presentations with live birds offered occasionally. They have great products with technical assistance & standby their warranties. They have 'Insider deals' too!

The guy that 'helped' me had no problems telling me I was not the type of customer they wanted shopping in their store. I am not rich enough. And that 'drawing' that was supposed to be for all customers this weekend, was not for people who have to watch how much money they spend on things.

We do all our bird shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited in Virginia Beach. It’s the perfect place to shop. They have great ideas and great prices. Angie and Mary are very friendly, very helpful, and full of bird knowledge. We always have so much fun and enjoy talking with Trish and Brandon, the owners, and Mary and Angie.
