What is this world coming to? I called Walmart to talk to a manager about car seat recycling the one person that knows about it was out. So I ask to speak to a manager was on hold for 5 min never got to talk to one. So I think they need more people to know what is going on so when you ask questions everyone should know what's going on. So some training should be done.To better service the public.🤔I really didn't want to one star review. It should be no star review.

I went there to get formula for my son and the checkout lady promptly asked me "how do you sleep at night knowing your poisoning your son?" I cannot believe the audacity. I will never be returning. The world has really gone downhill.

Went to customer service to see about the car seat Recycle and NOBODY in the store knows nothing about it but one person and guess what that person is not here. Ask for an manager waited 45 minutes and no manager showed up and it's all out the internet about it ITS A DAMN SHAME. So there is no day manager Apparently!!!!!!!!!!!!!PS THE LADY AT SERVICE DESK GOT CRAPPY WITH US.

I used the cornstar and waited at the money desk for 30 minutes. Then I had to go to Customer service then they told me I could go to self Check out . And before I scan the receipt, I showed them That it says not to scan. They told me to scan it anyways then it ruined my coin star receipt. So I got None of money. And they kept on sending me from cash registerace to cash registerace will be boycotton the store

Staff members are helpful and friendly. The lines for self checkout can be a pain but not too bad . Normally have products that I need .

It's been a while since I had been in the store. Disappointing is a good word compared to what I could say. A lot of disarray. Shelves were not neat. The spice section was a disaster. Went to the fabric section to get some material. Took a good 10 minutes to get an associate to help. The associate was not real friendly, although by the time we finished they had warmed up a bit. Sad to see how bad it's gotten.

Had to use self checkout because only 1 cashier with 10 people already waiting. Shame I had to do someone else's job because Walmart refuses to hire enough cashier's

I've shopped at this Walmart my entire life. It has really gone down hill with a tun of rude workers. You will be surprised if you find a nice worker.

I love the Suffolk Walmart! I always find what I want, and stuff I didn't know I wanted! This store is clean, well organized, and the staff is pleasant!

If I could give no stars I would. This is by far the worst Wal-Mart. I ordered an online item and when I came all the way from Lynn Haven today to get it because the website stated it was ready for pickup, I get all the way there and a girl comes out with a DAMN Coco Melon costume and I ordered a Super Mario Brothers costume. I sat at customer service waiting to speak with a supervisor. No one came. I got into my car because I cant stand long , I called the store 6 times and no manager or supervisor came to the phone. I asked the lady at customer service and she told me nobody is on duty here. So who running the store and keeping order? She told me she don't know. The customer service now is thrown out the window at these stores that we keep right on supporting. I'm goin to write into corporate and see what response they give me. Basically someone an associate gave my baby costume away. This Walmart is not right.

They sold me tampons from 2001 sending me to the emergency room. Didn't even refund the cost of the tampons, stopped answering me when I told them I had to go to the hospital because of them.

Lazy employee did not want to do their job and process my return. Told me “customer service is closed” and I would have to come back tomorrow. Seems like customer service is always closed—they don’t actually want to provide customer service.

Often very dirty and disorganized. Need more customer service check out lanes needed. Self check out takes way too long to get help (not necessarily the staff's fault). Just not properly ran and managed

Reasonable prices. Good selection of merchandise. Hate the self check out. Very seldom shop here now because of self check out. Was downgraded to one star over self check out. They won't open regular check out even if you ask.

Great staff and selection. Thanks essential workers! It's an old store so the set up is a bit strange and cramped. Everything is usually in stockThe Halloween decorations this year were very good. Lots of cool options and nice prices.

SUNDAY Service COUNTER LADIES around 12n-13:00. Such accommodating to me and others(customers)...AND to each other(fellow employees).Please note: these ladies were friendly, attentive to the line activity, and helped someone discretely handle an apparent "personal need" while she politely reminded her co-worker to finish up another previous situation AND there was no issue between the two of them, just getting work, done.It is refreshing to SEE THINGS BEING DONE RIGHT!THANX 4 getting cau-ta.

Went online to make sure they had the grass trimmer I needed. Visited the store and found only one on the shelf and it was in a damaged box. No assurance that it would work and told they wouldn't give even a discount. Found the weed eater in true value hardware and less expensive.

Well I enjoy every Walmart I've ever been in and this one is no exception.Some of the items here are unique to the area that is Virginia in the south.But most of the products are pretty solid and are consistently across all the supercenters in the United States.On this visit we picked up a number of items ranging from creamer to water to yogurt with granola and even some gifts to bring back to people and California.

Haven't been to a Walmart in a long time ( over a year)..appears more spacious, never liked self-checkout, but did have a checkout opened by an operating cashier. Had to return to the store after discovering an item ( vitamins) seal had been brokened! Return situation was done without any hiccups..

Went to the electronics department to buy a external CD drive. Asked a "Department lead" for help. After checking his phone, was told me its somewhere here in Aisle 14. He then walked away. It's been over a year since I've entered a Walmart, going to be a long time before I enter one again. One good thing I saw was 2 check out lines opened.
