Slowest Walgreens ever! No consideration for the customers or their schedule. I was the only person in line and waited 10+ minutes for anyone to even speak to me. They were beyond slow, despite the number of workers behind the counter. Horrible Walgreens!

this is the worst pharmacy ever. every time i come it’s a hassle to get my prescription because they take so damn long. Whenever I pull up to the window after the person in front of me finishes, they scurry off before I reach the window so I have to hit the call button more than once. Drive-through should take priority over whatever the hell they have going on inside. And every time I go I spend more time waiting on them than it takes to bring my prescription to the window.

This location has serious Customer Service Issues. Pharmacy will let you stand there for several mins. while 3-4 employees disgust whatever...My time is valuable and Customers pay their income. Stop what you are doing and take care of the Customers FIRST!

0 stars. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Still sitting in drive thru after 40 minutes and only 2 customers have been helped in 40 minutes. Get it together Walgreens!!! You need to do better!!!

We waited.a bit longer than usual for covid boosters. But the pharmacist Aimee did a great job with vaccines. She was professional and personable.Definitely recommend Aimee!

The Pharmacist Donna was so incredibly helpful.I was in such a situation trying to get Covid tested before travel but she was so accommodating and helpful. I called numerous times and she was pleasant. Definitely a wonderful person!

My insurance changed in January of this year. I chose to go with Walgreen's on Constance Road. I get calls staying my prescription is ready for pick-up but I can't get anyone to help me. I stuck my head in side today. Two ladies were at the counter doing something. I said I will come back later. " Neither one said oh...you need help". The Pharmacist was helping with people getting shots. I guess the lady working with cars in the back was busy. I don't mind waiting for help if they are busy. But, if I tell you I will come back. At least yone of you could have helped me.you I will come back

Terrible service! Was told the refill was not ready which I thought was odd since it was put in last week. Pharmacist never checked the order bin. I waited 30 minutes to find out they filled wrong meds for someone else that they claimed had the same name (highly unlikely). She proceeded to check the bin and discovered the meds I was picking up for my mom were done and had been done. Not one apology was given. Heard chatting from the back which made me wonder if meds getting filled were even right. Will be changing pharmacy. So disappointed.

It's tough to rate a pharmacy. I don't believe a 5 star pharmacy can even exist, but, they've been as good as they possibly can to me. I've had one bad experience, but that's among several uneventful experiences.
