I ordered something online to pick up curbside. Well, once I got to the store, the website said to let us know ‘when you’re at the photo counter’. What? What happened to curbside?? Ok, I go in and explain that I’m picking up a package. They thought I was picking up a fedex order. No, the stuff I ordered online for curbside pickup. One of the sales associates got nasty with me.Tired of Walgreen’s foolishness. I probably should have went across the street to CVS.

The pharmacist Kevin at my Walgreens is incredibly patient and professional. He answers any questions I may have. The entire pharmacy staff are very kind. I live in Wakefield, it’s worth the trip to this pharmacy for me.

I usually love Walgreens, and I like this location in particular; however, when trying to reach the pharmacy today, I was on hold for 17 minutes during which it rang through 3 times only to go back to the hold music. Then, a lady just came on and said: "Walgreens, can you hold please?" Then put me back on hold without waiting for me to respond.

My husband was told by the pharmacy technician his prescription from the ER would be ready in an hour. After she put his business out for others to hear. She made him wait on purpose because she felt like it. He is so patient and actually sat and waited. An hour later was asked by another technician what are you waiting on? She checked his “stuff”. They hadn’t received the prescription yet! The first one put it at the bottom of the list! (He had already called the ER once over an hour ago to make sure it had been sent over. The ER said it had.) That first pharmacy technician should not be working! Telling a patient from the ER to wait an hour just because. I am so angry!

I've never had a bad experience here. I am reading the comments and a majority of them sound like the problem is you, not the pharmacy. I have witnessed absolutely rude customers who do not know their benefits yell and degrade the staff there. Or being yelled at because their insurance doesn't use Walgreens for their participating pharmacy. It's YOUR responsibility to know those things. With all the other local pharmacies closing, the staff here is being overwhelmed by additional patients, not to mention they are right nextdoor to the local hospital. Get off your high horses and have patience. Their lines are long, patients are nasty and they still have always been respectful, patient, and nice to me. My medications may not always be on time. But it may not be just them. My doctor messed up too. Give grace to them, they're only human.

Ive been calling the pharmacy for 40 min straight and they just keep putting me on hold without ever answering. Once I got an answer and after taking my name and DOB put me on another hold and never came back. Still haven’t gotten through.

You may literally sit in the pharmacy drive through for 2 hours. Then you'll get out of line to try and go inside and still have to wait 45+ minutes. Absolutely pathetic.

I have nothing good to say about this pharmacy. You can never reach them on the phone. You just hear music, then ringing, then music again, and finally they hang up on you.Today is a Wednesday. Had a prescription sent last Friday. I used the online service to request that they fill it. I get a message saying it will be ready Monday by noon. I actually got through to them one time. (The only time) Monday afternoon. It still wasn't filled. So, a woman tells me it will be ready by 8pm. Never could get through to them again. Online site still said it wasn't filled.Drove up there this morning, and they tell me they are out of the medication and won't have it until next Monday, and I can call to make sure. 🤣🤣Yeah, ok. No one answers.Why does it take almost a week and a half to fill a prescription? I wish there were more options around here for sure.

Whoever the red head red face technician is at this Walgreens needs to be fired. Completely rude, unwilling to help. What a disgusting attitude. She refuses to refill my husbands insulin prescription and even blocked both of our phone numbers. Now it just goes to voicemail when we call. Need to report to someone other than the manager!! She hung up on us 3 times on purpose!!

The dr called in the prescription at 12:30. I came to pick it up at 8:15 and they told me they hadn’t got to it yet and could have it ready in 45 minutes. Next time we will use CVS

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in the pharmacy line for my medicine and a women working there had me waiting for a long time while she was talking and laughing with the other employees. She had my medicine in her hand the entire time while she was goofing around with her coworkers. She is very disrespectful and does not know how to treat a customer. When she finally came to give me my prescription she was extremely rude. She shouldn’t be working there if she is going to purposely be rude to someone she doesn’t even know, let alone a customer. It’s not polite to have someone wait for a long time, when she had the prescription in her hand the entire time. It’s not just me. Other customers were treated the same way, Inside the building and in the drive through and it is utterly ridiculous.

Last 2 prescriptions took over 24 hours to fill because of lack of communication. They don't call when there is a problem, than you spend 20 minutes trying to reach someone , than they are rude. Do NOT recommend!

I called on 8-12-22 to transfer a prescription from Michigan to this Walgreens. They said they would call to get it but it might take up to 24 hours, I was out of the medication but I said thats okay if it’s filled by tomorrow. So I figure I would call the next morning to see the status of the script just after the pharmacy opens, I stay on hold for 45 minutes so I hang up. Then I try again at 10:05 am, on hold for 30 minutes. Again at 11 am and was on hold until noon. So I had no way to contact them. So I drive up there about 12:30 pm, and they haven’t even called on the script yet. I said ok as long as it’s done today cause I’m out and they just started me on it. Then I drive back up there at 3:30 pm to check again because I know I can’t call to check. It’s still not done and they say something like they just faxed it over or something when I talked to the other pharmacy and know it was sent at 1 pm at the latest (they said they would call to get the script the first day anyways). I completely understand if you are short staffed but there was at least 4 or 5 techs in the pharmacy. I was a tech for 5 years so I completely understand how stressful it can be, but at the very least answer the phone and inform the person it might be a bit of a hold I have no problem with that. Instead they send you to hold and that is where you will be until you hang up. Still waiting for my script now at 4 pm after a ten hour day, wish me luck.

This pharmacy has got to be the most disorganized pharmacy in our area. After I pick up this prescription I will never fill another one with this pharmacy. Each month it’s a constant battle. Common medications are always out of stock. Then I receive texts that the Rx is ready. I proceed To the store. No one can find the Rx or it hasn’t been counted out. This is every single time. I call Ahead now. I got a message last Friday that my Rx was being ordered. I call The following Tuesday because I have Yet to hear anything. The young lady tells me it will be ready in an hours. 3 trips to the store and it isn’t ready. Today I call Again, the young lady tells me there is an insurance issue and transfers me. The pharmacist tells me no insurance issue. It just has not been processed. This is absolutely unorganized and a complete disgrace. This location needs to be completely retrained and restaffed. While waiting in line just now the woman next to me is having the same issue. This is not isolated.

Why does it seem as if nobody answers the pharmacy phones here?When calling this Walgreens Pharmacy, you’ll hear the dialing tone…then the wait music all over again. It’s as if the employees put the calls back in the queue. I’ve been waiting to speak to someone for 25 minutes.I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This pharmacy has major issues. Very mismanaged. I dropped off a rx several days in advance came back to pick it up, the lines were long both inside and out. Waited 1/2 hr. They then told me Walgreens doesn’t have a contract with my insurance. It would have been nice to have gotten a courtesy call alerting me of this information. Or telling me when I dropped it off. If they are understaffed or overwhelmed fix it. People need their medicine. Very unprofessional. I’ll take my prescriptions elsewhere.

If you plan to use the drive thru on a regular basis, pick a different pharmacy for your business, or else come with plenty of discretionary time and patience, as you will need it. Today's wait was 48 minutes for me to move up to receive service (I was behind 3 other vehicles when I pulled up). To get things moving I finally called into the store and asked that they send help. If this was an isolated incident I would have given them the benefit of the doubt; however, this is a very frequent occurrence. I hate to switch pharmacies at this point but this is 48 minutes of my life I won't get back due to mismanagement of the drive thru windows. By the time I left there were 8 cars in each of the two lines! Part of the issue is that Covid testing is ongoing and is only supposed to occur in the left lane and yet some go in the right lane and sit there for 30ish minutes. They MUST be served in the left lane ONLY so the remaining customers aren't punished as a result of the amount of time the testing involves.C'mon management - pay closer attention to customer service; specifically how well the drive thru is running on any given day!!!

I always use this Walgreens and I am happy with my experiences here, from picking up prescriptions to getting both of my Covid-19 Vaccines!I do believe that they are often very busy, making wait-times long. But I think that this is because the employees are overworked. I think they are doing their absolute best with the staff on hand.

I had my daughters prescription sent here from the doctor, as I normally do. We called to confirm there was no issue with the insurance (there’s been issues in the past.) Upon arrival, the pharmacy tech was rude and continued to talk loudly about how she wanted to go home and that “work sucked.” She refused to try to fix anything. Thankfully Heather, the other tech working, was happy to help me figure it the problem. To sum it up, if you are going to work with the public, you need to have some sort of customer service skills.

Made an appointment to get my 2nd Covid-19 vaccination 2 days prior online. Downloaded all the paperwork, filled it out and brought w/ me for my appointment that was scheduled at 12:35 pm on 6/9/21.Arrived at 12:25, and noticed one lady in a chair to my right was asleep (covid line on right/pharmacy RX's on left). There seemed to be disorganization in who was helping which line.Gave the pharmacy employee my paperwork and name, and informed when asked, that I was there for my 2nd dose of Pfizer. Had a seat.After 45 minutes past my appointment time, my husband inquired of pharmacy staff what the delay was. He was told that they'd run out of vaccine and had to open another vial. Mind, we're sitting 5 feet from the counter and at no point, did any employee inform the now 3 people waiting (the sleeping woman was one of them, plus a man arrived after me) why there was a delay or when we could expect to be seen. We were just ignored.Yes, You MUST make appointments for this, and yes, they should know exactly how many doses are in a vial, and no one should be left waiting like this because they "ran out". Literally, no excuse.5 minutes later, a different employee than the one who'd checked me in called me up, asked which vaccine/dose I was there for, and handed me a packet of papers on a clipboard. Confused, I sat down and looked them over. Yup, same I'd prefilled out and handed in. The original woman called out that I didn't need to fill anything out, and picked up my paperwork, left on the counter- personal info and all- and said "here's her paperwork!" /insert eyerollOne full hour after arriving, I'm called into a room to get my vaccine. I'm asked by yet another person which vaccine/dose. Hi. It's on the papers you couldn't bother reading in your hand. Gives me the shot, puts on a latex band-aid (of which I'd noted I was allergic to on said paperwork) and told me to wait around the store for 15 minutes.Not one word of apology for delays. Noped right out of there. Not like they'd care if I had a reaction, like the one I was having to that band-aid.Called corporate upon arriving home. Was told 3-4 days someone would call me.6/16/21 no one had called. Called back and rep stated store had noted "called", but nothing else. Told rep (Constantine) this wasn't true. She said give them 24 hours and she'd note it again.6/17/21 called and spoke with another rep (Emily) and she escalated to Rita, who agreed the note of "called" and only "called" was suspect, and stated she was escalating to district rep Benjamin Farris, and I'd hear from him in 24 hours.Given Friday 6/19/21 was a holiday, so I gave him all day Monday, 6/21/21 to reach out.Surprise! /streamer tossHi. It's now 6/22/21. No call occurred so here's that review, so others know to run, not walk, to the CVS right across the street from this store to get their vaccination. Had I done so, I'd have been in and out in less than 30 minutes, as my son was when he went there.I know better for my booster. Here's hoping y'all do too.Look at the reviews for this place. Ugh. Hot. Mess.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have EVER BEEN TO. I would've given a lower score if it let me.There is always a wait, never enough staff, and they are SLOW and RUDE.Not effective either. I was dispensed SOMEONE ELSE'S medication and had to go back to the store to switch it!!!! No apologies. I don't even think they CARED.They are going to end up hurting someone.Your lack of compassion and disregard for common decency is disgusting. Do better Walgreens!

I selected to refill my prescription thru the app after verifying my preferred location of Godwin Blvd I selected to fill. I attempted to pick it up at their drive thru and the female at the register window took 5 tries to type my info in correctly. After the first two attempts (I spelled my name 5 times) she decided I don’t get my prescriptions filled with Walgreens and I insisted so she tried a couple more times with anAttitude. Once she brought up my account she informs me that my prescription was refilled at bridge road. I asked her to please help me out since I would be late if I waited for a refill and was already feeling the effects of a missed dose. She told me “that’s not my problem “ I simply asked her to rush the order and she told me it will be over 30 mins and it’s not her problem. Then I went to bridge rd to pick up my prescription and was informed it wasn’t filled at bridge road location it’s at Godwin and was filled last night. Heavy sigh. So she filled it for me in less than 10 minutes and even said that once the Godwin Blvd female saw what medicine it is she should have issued 1 dose right then. And subtracted it from my refill

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy in Suffolk. If you call them, make sure to set aside at least 30 minutes to wait on hold to even have your call answered and make sure you have an extra 45 minutes to wait in line at the pharmacy when you go to pick up your prescriptions! Horribly understaffed location. It never used to be this bad!

I have not had any problems with this pharmacy until today. I was standing in line and I was next in line and there was a gentleman standing out of line I guess he was waiting on an answer to a question. Well I started walking up because I assumed I was next the guyStanding to the side went up which was fine he looked like he was waitingOn something. Well this little pharmacy tech with big glasses looked at me and said hold on one second mam. I said ok and stopped where I was and backed up. Well for some reason the girl wanted to be rude and say it 5 times after I acknowledged what she said and stopped and backed up. Don't work in customer service if you don't know how to treat people.

Very unprofessional from the Manager on down, lazy and incompetent workers stated my medicine was ready and had been processed through my insurance but when my husband got there it was the complete opposite. Now I just had my son that same day needing my medicine for pain because the hospital had just released me it was a Friday night and I couldn’t get in contact with my doctor to get him to send it to another pharmacy! 😭😭😭 Needless to say with tears of pain in my eyes I will never go into another Walgreens again!
