I was referred to this stores location due to what I was looking for. They had an abundance of what I was wanting to buy. The little long hair redneck guy that helped me is great very informative and ask if we had everything we needed and helped us find what we were looking for.

The Best Tractor Supply Co in all of Hampton Roads. Clean and organized. The employees are very helpfull, loading both my cart and car. They were out of one item I needed but showed me how to order it for free home delivery on the store computer.I will go out of my way if necessary to this TSC over other stores.

I only give two stars for the simple fact that the ladies restroom was very unsanitary it was the worse restroom i had ever seen. The toilet had dried up feces on it the wall under hand dryer was dirty the soap dispenser was broken. There was toilet paper in the floor.

I went to the store today to get some bird seed that was on sale. There was not any on the Shelf but a young man that works there, Ben, passed by and asked if I needed help. When he realized the problem, he went to the back to get what I wanted and placed it in my cart. At checkout he asked me if I needed help getting it to my car. He was so pleasant, polite, and helpful. He demonstrated exactly what customer service is all about. He was awesome! And both ladies at the checkout were super nice as well! I was not in there very long but it made my whole day brighter! What a great team of employees there are at this store! 👍🏻

Good for livestock, cats, dogs, wild birds. Not sure great for pet birds, they don't have much to choose from for them and asking staff for help and they act like you've personally offended their ancestors.

I enjoyed our time there! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They didn't mind my toddler running around like a chicken with its head cut off (no pun intended!), or just watching the chick's and ducklings.

This should truly be a 5 star review. Everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful. I can't give it 5 stars because in the midst of wonderful service, Pam suddenly declares to us that she upped and moved out of Suffolk with the first 'Black Lives Matters' flag that went up in her neighborhood. My husband let her know we have one (similar) in our yard and walked away. She was unphased by it and continued to share her opinion and how life is better in the country away from those people. We are not black. We come from a mind set that ALL LIVES MATTER. When I walk into your store, I go in assuming that I matter and that ANYONE matters and is welcome to shop there. I hope Pam is alone in her opinions. Otherwise, great store!

Great store and customer service. My only complaint is the cart I attempted to use wouldn't turn so I had to pull it instead of push with some very heavy feed bags in tow 😅... the cashier was aware of that particular cart and informed me that it was supposed to be out back where no one could mistakenly use it. A comical, yet strenuous experience. Staff was very helpful locating the feed I needed for our ducks and chickens!

I have been coming in this store since the day it opened and until this evening I would have to say y'all's employee customer service SUCKED! I don't know who hired Tommy but that was the BEST choice y'all have made yet. Tommy saw us looking at flea products and took the time to assist us with a very pleasant and happy attitude. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to see and speak with!!! This young man deserves a huge pat on the back!!! WAY TO GO TOMMY!!!

Great pet food selection. The staff provide great customer service as long as you don't have to deal with one the lady's that work there, she's just rude. Other than that, the customer service is great. Great selection of products including clothing.

I guess it will be great when the renovations are done. Had to hunt around for feed but an employee was very helpful showing me exactly where it was. Check out was another story; one girl at the register with customer opening up a credit card account and the rest of us waiting in line with no call to open up another register.

Stopped by to get some pet supplies for a new puppy and will definitely be coming back. Extremely knowledgeable staff regarding vaccinations and schedules (even had a recommended schedule posted for ease of seeing what we need to get at what time) for pets from dogs and cats to livestock and poultry. Great prices and incredibly friendly staff made it an awesome experience.

I shop at all Tractor Supplies for my horses, dogs and a variety of needs. Prices are fair, no other store carries some of these products without shipping. 1 thing they do need immediately, hire ME for a much needed expert in horse and animal needs. Horses especially must have proper diet and care, this can be life or death for a horse. They lack the knowledge needed to make TS a #1 choice for horse owners.

I went in today to buy a drinker for our chicks and got so much more. One of our 3 week old chicks is unwell and I asked if anyone was working who had chicken knowledge. Brad and Jamie went above and beyond. Brad even went to the trouble of researching an area vet who might be able to help. Superior customer service. I so appreciated their efforts and will definitely be back. Thank you!

So this just happened to me today 11/11/21 around 1600. I went to get my dog some food, it was a white older gentleman in front of me. The cashier Pamela said “thank you for your service if you’ve served” didn’t ask for military id or anything. Of course the gentleman accepted the discount without showing proof. It’s my turn to check out. I’m an African American female that is currently serving in the Navy and have been for the past 20yrs. She rings me up and tell me my total…didn’t ask if I had military id for the discount or anything. I pull out my military ID and she said “Oh, well you get a discount” “thank you” I got my receipt and walked out. The disrespect

I ordered online for in-store pick up. I like TSC. I like to walk around and look at the toys (farm related) and the clothes and shoes, but most of all the chicken supplies. The associated are friendly and helpful and other shoppers converse politely also.

This place has every farming product a small farm or large yard could need. There are also clothes and pet supplies. Service is excellent, their staff has tons of farm and retail knowledge. They have pet vaccine clinics at a low cost each month.

I've lived in this area for 6 months now and maybe 1 time this store has had the correct layer pellets stocked. It's always only organic feed which is really expensive. I purposely go to Smithfield or the Franklin store for feed now.
