Been bringing my Corgi here for years, I've let just about every technician cut his hair and I can say Shilayah J is by FAR the only one that cuts his hair EXACTLY correct for a corgi. He loves his new hair, bottom coats have never suffered damage by her and he is always so happy after his appointments with her. Highly recommend her!!

"Stop the presses, folks! We have a five-star PetSmart extravaganza to discuss! So, picture this: I stroll into PetSmart looking for some treats for my beloved pets, and what do I find? Super worms wearing capes! I swear, these little guys must have thought they were auditioning for 'Bug-Man: The Musical' because they flew straight into my leopard gecko's mouth like tiny, winged superheroes! My gecko looked positively thrilled with his unexpected aerial snack attack.But wait, there's more! I also picked up a chew log for my rabbit, and let me tell you, he was over the moon – or should I say, over the carrot patch? He immediately started sharpening his teeth on it like he was training for the bunny Olympics. It was like watching a tiny lumberjack at work!And let's not forget PetSmart's impeccable selection of quality products. They always have exactly what I need to keep my furry (and scaly) friends happy and healthy. So, if you want your pets living their best lives with products they deserve, look no further than PetSmart. They've earned every single star during this trip.

Today we went there to get Sweet polli my dog fitted for a harness. On the lane to look at the harnesses some men was working. The Manger DID NOT EVEN TRY TO HELP US.He just told us he couldn't get to it A LIE he just didn't want to be bothered. We went to Chesapeake Square and Katy was a CHARM.Thank you college drive for NOTHING.AND WILL NEVER RETURN.

DON'T groom your dog here!!Was supposed to have Yorkie bathed, brushed, hair on feet and sanitary area trimmed PER description on website. But when I picked her up she only had a bath. They said I had to "request" the other things even though they were clearly listed on the website. Why did I pay $55 for a bath I can give at home???

The store is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they always have something my dog is interested in when I bring him inside. Having a reward system for a place I pretty regularly visit is a plus too

He originally had a tent like bed for our pup friend. Once he decided he wanted be Houdini we needed a new bed fast! I originally purchased the 36" but it was entirely too big. I was able to return it and get the correct size without any trouble at all. Its a Top Paw Indoor and Outdoor Portable Dog Crate. We're using mainly for indoor.The staff here has been pleasant and helpful ever visit! We never have an issue.

They have cat trees, cat toys, dog toys, and dog accessories. They groom. They have refrigerated food for dogs. Fish and fish accessories. Reptiles and accessories. Very helpful staff. All my needs were met. You can customize a dog or cat tag.

My dog has been getting groomed here since her first puppy bath. She's now almost 3, and has never shown any hesitation upon being dropped off. She began with Jenna and Crystal, and has now been groomed by Shaliyah J. for the past year. She's a very sweet and patient young lady, and always asks in detail what my dog needs. My dog actually tries to give her a doggy kiss everytime that I bring her in lol.

I brought my wife's long haired dachshund To get a bath and haircut. She was in pretty bad shape as she was a rescue from a unhealthy puppy farm environment in which she was keep in a cage until she was rescued. Danielle did a fantastic job on her. She was able to maintain some length to her coat, but was able to remove the matted clumps of hair that was a cause of her being in a cage all the time. I would definitely recommend Pets Smart Grooming Solon as a place to bring your pets to get groomed in a dog friendly atmosphere.

Excellent selection of items for all types of animals. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I myself have two cats and can get everything I need for them, all in one place. Plus, they hand out free samples on certain weekends.

This store seems smaller than other Petsmart locations, but I'm not sure or it just seems to have less than others. Very limited amount of dog food/varieties. I ended up leaving and going to another big pet store close by with more selection. Each time I've gone in, there there's always a long line and one person (albeit a nice person) doing the checkout. I agree, this place is chronically understaffed.

Selection is different every time I need cat food. Needs to be more consistent. Also, why do I have to ask for the in store prices to match online? Don't you want people to shop in store to help pay for your employees salaries?

I was dog sitting my nephews black German Shepherd & brought her to Petsmart to spoil her. She had a ball in the store! Visited the birds, hamsters & guinea pigs & fish. We bought a new leash & treats, but she was so excited she couldn't pick out a toy! She also got a treat on the way out! Everyone was so nice. We will definitely go back another time.

Great grooming, clean store. My dog is a difficult one to groom and they did a fantastic job, she looks 10x better, I feel like I could take her to a dog show. And I know she feels so much better with all the deshedding they did.

Not once but TWICE have these groomers been not only rude but totally disregarded what I asked of them. My dogs bottom is broken out. I will NEVER go back there! I should have known when my dog was having a fit going back there because he has NEVER had a problem going to others in the past. I went here because they had an opening that met my work schedule... now I know why they had openings!!! Worst place ever!

I love the staff in this store especially when you compare to other pet stores.They price match and also accept competitor coupons. I save a ton each time! Very friendly staff, they are doing everything to meet your needs.

Grooming is not the very best. She did not get groomed. I mentioned my dog has bit of anxiety. Ten minutes later I received a call to pick her up because she was clawing to get out. She was very persistent that I pick her right away, to which I was unable to do so. They certainly don't deserve a star. Very upset that the fact that I wanted to try a different groomer and she did not get groomed because she was clawing the kennel. My dog does not stay in a kennel and so its not normal for her. Upsetting...definitely don't recommend to bring your dog for grooming.

Alliyah was great with Jasper. Was his first time at the groomers, and she made him feel comfortable enough that she was even able to use the blow dryer. We will be back.
