Drove over an hour round trip to get a requested meal for my 3 year old and sick wife to come home and find half my order missing. My main disappointment was my kids' meal for him. The experience was weird starting at the drive thru many moments of silence with no direction to follow with the delivery of food handing a bag, not mentioning anything if it's complete or not just take and go. Everyone, please check everything in my case. Don't just check your receipt. Check your bag, too. No one is going to verify anything for you these days.

Panera bread is very consistent across the US from California all the way to Suffolk Virginia.Inconsistency combined with great food and great service and a friendly atmosphere that is clean is always going to resolve in a positive experience.Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures until I was kind of through with my meal. However I did get any two combo with avocado club and unforgot you and the Caesar salad with the Southwest accent.

I ordered online and received a notification 15 minutes later indicating my meal was ready. I went there; however, the meal was not ready, I waited another 10-12 minutes for the meal and was on my way. I arrived home, opened the sandwich and was disappointed on how it was just thrown together. I had the Greek salad which was pretty good, the Chicken noodle soup was way too salty. I took a photo of the soup but it didn't look like much, so I didn't upload it. The Chocolate chip cookie was alright. All-in-all this Panera is not the one. I have visited this Panera twice and they haven't hit the mark. I will continue to visit Panera, but not this particular one; even if I have to drive further out, this one is off the list.

I've been buying my fav food here for a bit now, which is Chipotle chicken / avocado sandwich. Today at 6pm I ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive-thru and left. Found out the chicken was partial raw on both sandwiches. Went inside to get a new sandwich and the lady there was nice but the "manager", Kayvon, gave me that life less customer service treatment. Now, his approach is horrible for a manager.I told the lady about the situation, then I told Kayvon that the chicken was raw. He goes and say that the chicken was already processed and cooked before it came to them, so it's not on them.. I get that. I was all calm and collected..This guy asked me if I wanted a refund or a new order. I told him nicely that I want my sandwich remade. He said, "well, if you getting a new sandwich the next one gonna be the same", well I get my sandwiches here all the time and it's not like that all the time. He could've just said that he'd make sure that its all fully cooked?Seriously.. PINK / SLIMY CHICKEN = RAW. Attention to details.. smh. Anyways, Laura is supposed to be the general manager. I'll call to report this to her in the morning because what I got from what Kayvon said, eating a raw chicken from Panera is a NORM. Is that right?Anyways, have a good day.6/2/22 - Update.Ok, so yesterday, I was complaining about the manager, Kayvon, but seriously...I left the 2nd sandwich I bought for breakfast from yesterday after a retake of my order and surprise, surprise.....the chicken was RAW!!! AGAIN!!!I was dmb and tried the chicken thinking maybe it's not raw, maybe it was from the bell pepper or whatever that red veggie is...NOPE!!! DISGUSTING!!! RAW CHICKEN ON MY SANDWICH AGAIN?!!!!I've been getting my sandwiches usually in the morning and it's usually fresh/amazing. That one time I buy in the afternoon and it's raw chicken with blacked out avocado?!I cannot....

Great service and friendly cashier, food tasted good, had a great portion, and soup was actually hot! Spacious interior too. One of the best Paneras I’ve been to.

The cashier, Kavion was really informative on the chicken Baja bowl which I had never tried. So I tried the bowl with a brownie , chips and drink. Something different, but I love salads. Reasonable price, but courtesy goes a long way

I did an on line order. I ordered pick two plus other items. I will take partial blame because I did not look entirely at my contents. I got home and started unpacking my items. They forgot my soup. My salad wasn't even a half salad and the avocados were very hard. This is my first bad experience with them. I'm not a happy camper....

Terrible. Started with asking cashier if has any sugar free lattes. She proceeds to look that up. Said never-ending will get plain coffee as she said you make it (sugar free) yourself. She missed my spouses request for coffee, so he just got water, his choice. Some workers children were playing around in the seating area, laughing, being kids. I asked where my order is to cashier, she says I don't know, check in the back. Went to window to find barely warm egg sandwich, and a cold toasted, nearly burnt bagel. Panera on Godwin, seeing this we will not return. Very disappointed.

I got the Baja Grain Bowl without the chicken. The bowl wasn't as full as it normally is when I get it at the Battlefield Panera. Even without the chicken it just didn't seem like it was a normal fill. Was really good though.

So we went to Panera in Suffolk tonight. Pretty standard stuff right? Well, I would say above average here.Turkey chili was absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of spice and zip. And piping hot. Plentiful big chunks of turkey, beans onion and tomato. FantasticWife had the new Pepperoni and cheese baguette. Bread was toasted very well, the cheese was thick and plenty of pepperoni. The only thing she wished she had a side of sauce to dip it in. Apparently the tomato sauce that was on there a had soaked into the bread thus leaving her wishing she had a little more. However, she said it was delicious.I had the Asian Chicken salad. Oh good lord. People let me tell you about this salad......At first look I must say I was rather apprehensive about eating it. It looked gorgeous but the kimchi set me aback a little. I'm not one for sour cabbage. I'm really not. However, after mixing the salad and combining all the flavors with the Asian dressing.....WOW!!!! What a flavor rush!!!! The sweetness of the dressing was tempered by the kimchi and brought out a whole new flavor profile of exhilaration on my taste buds that I wasn't expecting, but truly loved. The large chunks of both roasted and crispy chicken were to die for. Perfectly done, juicy, and flavorful on their own. The greens were so fresh and crisp even they were a joy to bite. But aside from all that, were the little crunchy strips that were mixed throughout the salad. That added the crunch texture I was hoping for. The spice, the flavor, the crunch, perfection in a bowl.My hat is off to the crew at Panera Bread in Suffolk VA. You guys are top notch, and I'll definitely be back to try more masterpieces from you guys!!!!Ratings as follows:Service=AFood=AAtmosphere=ComfortablePrice=B (Little pricey but still reasonable)Overall grade=A-Definitely recommend

I went in after having a seizure and I couldn’t quite do my normal stuff and I made a huge mess and I felt super bad. The food was good and quick and the people there made it sooo easy and didn’t make me feel bad for being a little off. I don’t normally from cooking and heal with a yummy salad and bright smiling friendly faces who didn’t even hesitate to jump on cleaning my mistake!! Just generally a genuinely positive experience from the entire staff and building that I haven’t had in Suffolk anywhere yet since I’ve moved here so I’m so happy to be able to write this review!!

I wanted to give a shout out to Morgan who works the drive-thru most mornings. She is so kind and never misses a beat! She knows who I am just by my order at the speaker and makes sure it’s correct! You go girl. Keep on rocking!

1st time ever to panera... the worker up front on 3/18/23 around 8:17 pm had ear buds in and was on the phone. She had black hair with a red streak in it. We had a problem with our gift card and she just stood there talking on her ear bud for a few moments then asked us if we swiped it. After we swipped it 4 times. She came over and helped after trying to communicate across the room and talk on her phone at the same time. Maybe it's today's generation or just plain poor management?. Everyone in the store working was on the phone either with ear buds or holding it to their ear. Definitely will not be back.

Very clean place with a friendly and helpful staff. My mother has dietary restrictions and she was ordered a salad with dressing on it that contained ingredients she cannot have. The staff there found out what was in the dressing and replaced her salad without a single issue. My food was really good and so was the rest of my family's. It was a much needed good experience.
