We left our Springer Spaniel with the experienced groomers at Le Paw Royale today for her first haircut. I had trimmed her a few times myself over the past year and a half but when I picked her up and so how beautiful she looked, I realized what a difference a professional cut makes. Will leave Maggie’s future cuts in the capable hands of Kim and Sarah from now on.

I just got back from getting my 13 year old Pomeranian his summer haircut and it was a great experience. When I picked him up he was so relaxed and happy. He looked adorable. I think this is the best grooming experience I have ever had.

I have 2 dachshunds, one short haired and the other long. The ladies always do a great job with the both of them. They're quick, they do a great job, and they always comes back home soft and smelling great. I think my biggest complaint is the price, but then again I believe that you pay for what you get. Thanks a lot ladies

We love our dog, Henry, fluffy and scruffy!! La Paw Royale somehow trims him amid all his hair and still leaves enough for fluff!! They have never shaved him as our first groomer did. We appreciate them very much and highly recommend!

I recently had my two shih tzus groomed here and I am absolutely pleased with my entire experience at Le Paw Royale Pet Grooming. The staff here were very thorough and kind both prior to and after my fur babies appointments and my sweet shih tzus look amazing. Being new to the area I was adamantly researching groomers that I’d feel comfortable leaving my angels with and boy am I glad that I found Le Paw Royale Pet Grooming. The office is extremely clean and tidy and they readily accepted my doggies as if they’ve known them forever☺️. I highly recommend this groomer to anyone searching for a fur baby barbershop!

We've been getting our dog groomed at LPR for seven years. We recently moved to another city, and we'll continue making the 45-minute drives for grooming appointments. Our dog is always treated well, and they're awesome about working with us on scheduling. Highly recommended!

I love how they cut my shih tzu. She look great every time she come home. I have never been disappointed with a hair cut from there. I do recommend them to everyone I know.

I have a Standard Poodle and they do an amazing job at an amazing price! I took him a couple times to a groomer inside a animal supply store and wasn't impressed at what I got for the price. When ever I pull into the parking lot of LePaw Royale my dog is instantly excited. When we walk into the building and when he sees his groomer is excited! Most importantly, Poodles know when they look good, and he comes out with a swagger! Last night he ate some raw fish and got sick from it in his kennel (I was going to bathe him myself, but since they are only 5 minutes away I called to see when their next available appointment was), and they let me bring him right in!!!!!! It saved me from a huge head ache, and they were so friendly and sweet! My dog ALWAYS come out looking like a million bucks, and he knows it! He smells amazing and is super soft, but most importantly I know that for some reason he likes going there! If you live in Northern Suffolk, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Plus they are a local business, who I would assume LOVE doing what they do! Best Wishes, Anna

They are great groomers!! Believe me I have had my share of groomers. I have scheduled my next maintenance apt. Great People!

These ladies have been the only groomers my 15 & 12 year old poodles have ever been to. The owners really care about them as if they were theirs. They are always courteous and understanding. They have never cut my dogs nor have they ever not cut them how I prefer. I will always reccomend them & never take one of my dogs anywhere else.

I love this place!! I went inside and searched quite a few groomers before choosing them. The ladies are extremely professional and the place is always immaculately clean!! I have a small Yorkie with separation anxiety and they cater to her needs as well as mine! ☺️ I know she is in great hands when I leave her and that is what’s most important to me!!

amazing place. We have a miniature poodle and have had terrible experiences with other groomers where they dont provide what we are looking for even with pictures provided. They've even buzzed my puppy to where it was the complete opposite of what I've asked. Brought Toby into le paw royale and the staff was very nice and understood exactly what we wanted and they gave our puppy back looking exactly like what we asked for. Coudnt be happier. Highly recommend this place!

We just moved to VA from out of state, and our new vet recommended Le Paw Royale Pet Grooming. We took our dog to get groomed at Le Paw Royale, and she came out in such a good mood, and she looked beautiful. It was the best haircut she's ever had. Would highly recommend Le Paw Royale!!

We have taken our toy poodle named Ivy to Kim and her staff at La Paw Royale for over 15 years. We moved away from Suffolk to Williamsburg and the OBX, over 2 years ago, but we still bring Ivy here. Kim and her staff have always taken good care of Ivy, and as she has aged, she is now mostly blind and deaf. She has also become very combative and no longer cooperates when being groomed. Kim and Sarah take this in stride and work to secure her on the table. This is not an easy process for them, but they make sure Ivy ALWAYS looks her best when she leaves. They take great pride in their work and great care of Ivy when she comes in. I would never consider taking her anyplace else!

Never go back! Save yourself your time & money. I went 3 times with my Goldendoodle.1st visit....the woman was rude to my husband & made him feel ignorant about the grooming process on “such a big dog” They charged more than we have ever paid, $120 and kept him there from 8 am til 5:30! Not once ever petting or acknowledging my dog. Like they didn’t care about him.2nd visit....I went, again, rude! Awful customer service after I was trying soooo hard to remain nice & not say something. Again...not paying any attention to my dog. Like they couldn’t care less about him.Asking what time for pick up & she tells me he’ll be there all day because other dogs have had appt much longer than him & some older dogs need to go before him. So my dog, with an appt, still has to wait ALL day in a crate back there?! What’s point of appt.!? Finally pick him up later after dinner, he looks great but again they seem annoyed with having to groom “such a big dog”. Didn’t even love on him or act like they enjoyed their job. Like my dog was just a job, money & a hassle. Hurts my feelings you don’t show any nice interaction with my dog.3rd visit....yeah I know...you made another appt.?! So she tells me at 2nd visit, make the next appt now & he will not have to wait all day. So I did. Said I would try ONE MORE time. Show up to the appt. date & time they wrote down on my appt card. Just to walk in to rude face once agin & she tells me wrong day! Threw her sister under the bus & said it was her fault. I knew it was you. Never met your sister. Didn’t even try to help me or fix the appt mistake you made. Just said sorry but if I work him in today, I’ll be here till 7 tonight. Like you kidding me? Needless to say, we left, never going back...should have fired y’all after 1st visit, but was trying to give chances.Maybe you need to go to whatever training PetCo goes through to learn some customer service. And after that, take a long vacation, you seem burned out. Lastly...it’s almost 2020, get a credit card machine.

Will NEVER bring my dog back to this groomer and will NEVER recommend this place as they butchered my dogs nails. Not just one nail, but seven nails were clipped well into the nail quick. My poor dog came home a bloody mess.

I love them! I have a Coton de Tulear and they always make him look so great. They are more expensive then some places but you get what you pay for! Highly recommend :-)

Took our dog there and said no shaving, still shaved, and changed prices, will never go back. They also did our neighbors poodle, actually cut the dog...terrible...none of this neighborhood will go there
