Guess they're just throwing it in the bag altogether now. Hard to put up in the fridge like this, all on top of each other! Pickle jars falling all out the bag and out of the back door. The curbside lady had the worst scowl Ive seen in awhile and even told her to have a nice day with her stank attitude. Getting fed up with this tired behavior out of grown folks! Fidna move all my prescriptions and start picking up in another part of town where folks have better sense! I'll drive and pay more!

Mold was discovered a few days ago and it looks like it has been sitting for some time now.Manager was made aware of it a few days ago and today discovered that it still remains untouched.I haven’t liked this store for a good while. It’s always chaotic at the front. I’m sure the store is understaffed. Being made aware of this and not taking care of it is neglect.Just drive to the college dr. Location it’s a much better experience.

Extremely pleasant store personnel here. We're from out of town, &supported to pick up a few items. I'm sure we'll be back again while we are in the area. Very positive, friendly & welcoming atmosphere! Keep up the good work. 😊💖😉

I used to shop in this store nearly every single day. Many of the staff are friendly and helpful, but I'm done dealing with extremely rude James, who is the evening manager.I came in recently to get a refund for two dry goods items that I didn't need. I didn't have my receipt, so I pulled up the purchase on my Kroger app.James said to me, "I already told you once before that you can't return things using the app, because it's not accurate!" He was very rude and angry, not to mention the fact that he has never told me any such thing. That was the first time I attempted to use my purchase history in the app as my receipt. And why ISN'T the Kroger app accurate?A few weeks previous to this, I came into the store at 9:45pm to grab two items, and was chastised by another member of management: "Why you coming in here so late? You know we about to close." The store is open until 10pm. I am a grown woman who can grab two things and check myself out in plenty of time before the store closes. Why so rude? Especially to a customer who shops (shopped) here almost DAILY?I sent an email/review to Kroger corporate through the app and never heard back. I deleted the app and won't be going back. It's sad, because I was really looking forward to using the new Fuel Center. Let's see if Publix is interested in treating their customers better.

grr.. called kroger at 11:30am today to see if they have boars head beef bologna, the person at the deli said yes but she is not cutting it till 2pm as she is doing chicken until then and alone. Glad I didn't go there. Guess what Kroger, Publix is right down the street and also sells Boars Head.

Kroger on North Main Street in Suffolk Virginia is tha bomb! I love this place. The workers are very polite and the selection is outstanding. The only complaint I have is the Fried Chicken from the deli. It tastes great, just needs more breading. Other than that it's a wonderful shopping experience. And the Kroger Brands are just as good as the name brands, if not better. FIVE STARS!!!

Always clean, well stocked, employees accessible. Never a long wait to check out for cashier or self check out.Items always ring up the sale price.Produce was fresh and employee in the area to answer questions.It's not as large as the one on university plaza but it is sufficient for most everything one could want.

Alright, alright. I'm here for the ice cream. Graeter's ice cream that is and Kroger is the premier retailer!Great quality!The flavor is perfect.The sweetness is perfect.The density is perfect.It even has remnants of the raspberry seeds.The packing isn't what I expected (some air pockets) but it may've been done to mimic hand packing. The dark chocolate "chips" are actually Ben and Jerry's -sized globs of truffles. Quality candy but way too much IMO.They had more basic flavors but I went with this Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip because it was designated their signature flavor.Is it better than Haagen Daz's White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle? Without playing the fences, no. Haagen Daz's production standards are seemingly much higher and their consistency shows.

Two stickers. Which one is accurate? What is the expiration and how heavy is it actually?With the labels being covered with newer labels how can they keep track of what product they are selling and how do we know what we are paying for? Is it spare or is it not? Is it supposed to be 3/lb or 6$/lb!?!? Buyer beware. Good meat but bad practice 🤷‍♂️

Usually have everything in stock or are aware of it. Good variety and selection of meats, produce and food products. Bakery makes good cakes. Mens restroom was out of order for some reason.

I only come to this Kroger because of convenience, but if it wasn't for working so close, I wouldn't shop here whatsoever. I'm constantly finding expired food throughout the store on just about every single visit from the cheese section to the Naked juice by the salad section to the microwavable macaroni and cheese section. It's incredibly clear that food is not regularly rotated here.Pay attention to what you pick you pick up shopping here!

Cell phone app required for MANY store discounts. (Check the sale ads closely before going or submit lots of your info to go to Kroger). Have to use a particular door because they close the north door at 8pm.The store has already declined since opening at this location.

MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ!!!!!I love this store. Everything is fine but I just have on huge suggestion. I would close out some time slots for pick up orders because it always takes 30 minutes or more and the order is usually wrong unless the awesome Team Lead (male, brown hair, always forget his name lol) is working.I understand everywhere is so short staffed. There is only one boy bringing out all these groceries and there are 6 cars here. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes now. I love this store and it has potential but I would not leave so many time slots open for pick up until it is appropriately staffed.Just a suggestion. I usually drive 20 minutes to the Kroger in Harborview because of this issue.

Clean place, its easy to find everything you need. They have more than one clearance section. Some buggies come with a "map" on the seat for kids if you need a reference. They staff are always nice if you have a question. Im currently using Kroger pickup and had to wait a while for my order but i was given credit for my next order.

Lesson learned always check your pickup order before leaving. Yet another time multiple items are missing from my pickup order and got the yah do you want to come back and get it after calling. I opted to be credited since I would have to go back to the store for a refund on the items. However I was told I would have to call when placing my next pickup order and they will take the amount off that order. Seems interesting my kroger account won't reflect this credit so who knows if it even exists.

I placed an order for a fruit and veggie try on Friday for Sunday pick up...now the website states 24hrs+ in advance. So why am I getting a call from a rude sales associate saying my order can't be filled because they have trays already scheduled which doesn't make sense. Get it together! Now I can't have what I need because your staff is incapable of fulfilling an order that was placed well within the timeframe specified.

Always full of quality vegetables and we love Kroger sodas as well. Hate their self-checkout machines (as compared to Wal-mart/Lowes who has it down to a science) since I have to scan and wait before placing in the bag.

I sent my mom to Kroger today for crab legs. You know these people had the audacity to tell my mom they didnt have any more Ole Bay seasoning...like they dont sell it in the store. Real issue was, homegirl was ready get off work and my mom got there 15 minutes before their section closed. Where is the customer service nowadays?? If you dont want to work or like your job, do us, the consumers, a favor and quit already.

The pharmacist way full of excuses, and very rude and unprofessional. I called the pharmacy Saturday to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy. I was told it would be about two hours before they can get it filled. I told the gal on the phone no problem I will be in tomorrow. Well the next day comes along and the prescription was not ready when I went in. The technician told me I had no refills (they were not even looking at the most recent prescription). I gave her my empty box with the refill information and the pharmacist said they transferred it in the day before, and they had to search for the prescription. They found it and in stead of apologizing for it not being ready the lady pharmacist gave me a line of excuses/BS about why it wasn't ready, and told me it would be 20minutes. Typically this would not have been a problem, but I had groceries thawing as I waited since I was under the impression and was told that the medication would be ready when the pharmacy opened. I explained this to the pharmacist and she told me she couldn't get it done any faster. Seriously! I have worked as a technician previously I know how easy it is to enter a script and slap a label on the box in a timely matter in order to provide adequate customer service to the people needing their life saving medication. Instead of making up excuses and being rude perhaps make an attempt to provide customer service and you may keep customers. I am very disappointed as my husband and I were looking forward to this store opening, but I guess we have to take our prescriptions elsewhere.

Kroger is a good place to find deals and discounts for things. I appreciate the system with the portable scanners. Just today we used it to scan our cart items. It stored the items, price, and accounted for taxes. When we got to the register, rather than scan each item, the machine uploaded it too the register. It makes the process simpler and keeps from as many tech issues

I haven't been to a Kroger in a while, stopped in hunting for cardamom. No one else had it, but Kroger had 3 or 4 different brands of it. And the process in general were not as high as I remember. Everything was clean and will stocked. Will be back.

I don’t think the staff here understands scan bag n go at all .Since the manager Jodi left it’s gotten so bad .Some here already were terrible but he knew his customers and the whole scam bag go concept.To be clear it means I scan and bag then pay not that I’m bagging my own grocery’s which I do at checkout anyways because there are no baggers .

I would like to thank a store employee who went above and beyond to help an elderly man. I wish i knew this persons name to let you know of his kindness. I pulled up at the entrance door to let my 86 year old brother out, this man was bringing carts in, he waited in the street while I went around to help my brother out of the car. then he left his cart to run inside to get my brother a motorized cart. This was in the rain which really was very kind.. May 28 ,2020 around 3:00 in afternoon

Pharmacy didn't have medicine ready after 4 days. Told be ready in 20 minutes actually took 40 minutes. This medicine the only way I could get was to pay rather than thru my insurance. Called them on Monday got it on thrusday at 4: 40. I understand staff is short, but even 4 days is to long of a wait for meds you are out of.
