Since moving to Suffolk, my family and I frequently make purchases at this Family Dollar. It is conveniently located for us and I find the employees friendly and helpful.Recently it underwent a significant renovation and now has many more products available. It is a clean, well-stocked store. It has food, drinks, frozen meals, snacks, some clothing, cleaning supplies, and even automotive products like oil and power steering fluid. There is also a small selection of tools. Quite a handy place!

Nice Store. Used to be much worst before they upgraded it. It used to be hard to find things like milk eggs and other simple foods. Now since they upgraded it is much easier to find stuff. Before the upgrade it would have deserved a 3 star rating but since the upgrade its now a 4 star. The only reason it isn't a 5 is because it's still expensive compared to some other dollar stores.

This store closes at 9:40pm. I'm not sure how the employees are operating since the remodel. My thoughts on how it operated before the remodel. I try and avoid going to this store altogether I'm being honest when I say this. It wreaked weed smell, employees on the phone facetime, texting playing music from their phone etc... I went there tonight at 9:42 to grab two items and they were closed. Dollar general is better in my opinion!

this place is amazing, although some of the people that’s hanging outside of the store is some problem, but other than that the store is very nice and the people are very friendly there!

I have been going to this family Dollar since it opened. It is . 06 miles from my house. My 5 family members and I go there at least once a day, if not more. We purchase cold drinks, cigarettes, groceries, and clothing. But we will not go there anymore! I went there everyday to buy single can Mt. Dews, a Pepsi product. The closest and cheapest around to buy the can tall boy cold drinks. Well about a week ago I go into the store and go to the front cooler to get my daily 3 Mt dew tall boy can drinks. And all 8 see is beer? The whole cooler is filled with beer . And the manager tells me that the Mt dew tall cans are being discontinued. "What" I said? They sell out almost everyday. Now all they will carry is beer, energy drinks, and plastic bottles in small coolers up near the register. I drink the cans because the plastic bottles let in light and makes the drink week. So I drink can drinks. So as of now me and my 5 family members, and all my friends will be going to a different store to buy out cold drinks. Since Family dollar values their beer drinking customers more than can cold drinking customers. I don't know why we all could not share the space? Good by family Dollar from your faithfully non beer drinking lost customers. Please try to see it from our side.

If you need name brand household items, this is the place to go. Prices are fair and also marked down if you download there app. They even sale clothes, uniform scrubs also. Nice place to go for everything.
