Extremely disappointed in this location. I had a child with special needs and asked several times if I could have an employee ring me out instead of having to do self checkout with my special needs child that has severe ADHD. The employee prompt me to do self checkout and then took other customers that was behind me simply because they had lesser items.Discrimination will not be tolerated I will be taking this action further

Dollar Tree had really upped their game which is crazy because they only added 25¢ to the price. You can get all kinds of cute decorations for every holiday you can imagine. Today I picked up some floor sack day of the dead hand towels, a few art supplies and some Halloween stuff. I spent under $15 and came out with some good stuff.

It was a great dollar tree. They had a frozen food section and lots of quality items for cheap. The staff was friendly and efficient.

My experience today was ok. I was not able to find some of the items I was looking for, but found other items I had not intended to buy. The employees were working to restock shelves.Update February 2023...they have added self checkouts in the store. That was completely brand new.

Great for some cleaning products and a good variety of snacks.Since price increase, ( from $1.00 to $ 1.25)better to get most food items (especially canned foods) at Kroger.

Been shopping here since it was built and has always been one of the best in the area. Now I've joined the team and it's an amazing place to work and shop! I've loved my co-workers and customers that we get so much, it's genuinely a great environment for everyone

This store is tucked away behind a new promised shopping area. It is neat and clean but difficult to drive into or exit. Other Dollar Tree stores that I've been in welcome each customer and offer suggestions on where items are. I did not feel any welcome today. Doubtful if I will return.

A friendly and helpful staff that's willing to help you look for products if you don't see them on the Shelf. They will check inventory in the back when time permit. Management is superb at keeping the Team busy.

Employee was off his meds the storemanager told me came out and apologized for his Employeesactions. Was trying to start a fight with me was say all types of stuff to get me angry 😠 😡 luckily I kept my composer. It was all because I was looking at him. I thought I knew him from the past. But I'm glad I didn't lose it because it could have been real bad for both of us. Thank you Lord for my growth.

Store was clean and as organized as could be expected with the amount of people that were in there. Several employees were working. Only 1 register open. The person in front of me had a cart full of things, the employee that was working the balloon area promptly opened her register and took care of other customers.

I ordered online for food pantry. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. One staff member, Neil, helped me take my order to my truck. Then I purchased 53 quarts of boxed milk from store stock. Neil boxed it all up and helped me carry it to truck also. Great service!

The staff ignores the restrooms, it's gross. Also trash outside overflowing and all over parking lot. Feels like a slum.

I didn't even want to give this dollar tree one star but I need to start the review process. It is the worse dollar tree I have ever been to. The shelves are always bare. I went in there to find a baby doll bottle for my granddaughter's baby doll and there was none. The toy section is pathetic. I'll go to Walmart next time and just pay extra to save myself aggravation.

You can't beat this place for good deals and convenience. On some items, it helps to be discerning, cost per unit it is not always the best deal. A lot of times the packaging is smaller than purchasing rhe item elsewhere.

I have been to several different Dollar Tree stores from South Hampton county in Franklin, Va to Norfolk, va in college park area, Portsmouth Chesapeake square, and in Landstown common's shopping center in Va beach. This Dollar Tree had the cleanest bathroom and was the cleanest and most organized store I had been in. All the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about where everything was. Nothing was just thrown anywhere. I'm from Chesapeake, Va and would make the special trip to drive the extra 15 to 20 minutes to just go to this Dollar Tree. Kudos to the employees there and the management.

I'm glad that anyone can come and buy items at an affordable one dollar bill . Most of the products are familiar brand names but are sold cheaper at Dollar Tree than other stores. I love shopping here.

I can always get so many things that I need for so little there. They were actually out of the round pizza baking trays that I get from there which I did need but other than that was able to get everything I needed for home and for work today all in one stop and really inexpensive

I really like this store. The manager is great, she is a hands-on type. The store is clean and well detailed. Check out clerks keep it moving along.

Went to the dollar in Suffolk for first time the store was kind of messy but the young lady who waiting on me was so nice and professional even though she had a long line she got them out👏

Went into the store found everything I needed. Went to the checkout lane and the person would not wait on us..left the store with no merchandiseWent back in to this same store again and the cashier Sherrill could not stop talking to another cashier about her getting unemployment from Walmart..thiat is not the place to talk about your personal life ..
