As a customer who have years of experience in customer service and sales their workers seem more laid back then they claim. None of their Associates greeted. I had an interview with the district manager which they were late for , I personally wasn’t satisfied with the atmosphere and the interview process was pretty much rush out and I can tell my resume was not looked at.

ALDI has become one of my favorite places to visit in the city. I stop by almost weekly and sometimes just to buy 2 items. I love their avacados. I also love their seasonal items and decor purchase of sale. But the snacks always get my money.

My first time going to ALDI and I regret waiting so long. I didn't have a quarter for the cart (because I never carry cash or change) so I went inside to see if there was another option and to my surprise, the cashier smiled and handed me a quarter as a loan. How cool is that. Now, this place was awesome! The aisles are wide and very neat and well stocked. I loved the selection of different items that you don't see in traditional grocery stores. They have delicious honey goat cheese 😋. Their prices are the lowest I've seen anywhere else. And that is incredible in today's economy. I was able to fill my freezer and my pantry for 200.00. That includes fresh produce. I struck up a conversation with the store Manager and she was so enthusiastic about her store. She filled me with fun facts about Aldi. I love that they donate so much instead of throwing it away. I could go on and on about this place but I'll just say this, if you have an open mind and aren't hooked on name brands, you should give Aldi a go. Well worth the 30+ minute drive to get there. P.s... take some bags. They don't bag your items. But they have the fastest cashier's I've ever seen. No complaints.

We had a wonderful shopping experience. Ali was our cashier. She was super friendly. As you can tell from most of my posts, customer service is my focus. Ali hit every mark. She spoke to us, engaged while ringing us up, and was very careful of our groceries. I'm very appreciative of her work ethic.

I just ordered for delivery from them and I just received my groceries which were completely wrong. In my bag was only cheeses and butter which I never ordered. Very upsetting because I had to get on the phone with customer service begging to see if they can reorder my items..... I am very upset man....

Great grocery store for quick trips or to get a week or two worth. Bring your own bags. I don't remember when I posted the 1st 2 sentences, but this update is to let you know how awesome people are there! The staff makes such a wonderful atmosphere that customers are more willing to help or take help from other customers. The staff are just so awesome and know when each customer is having a bad day and helps us feel better with whatever life is throwing at us.

I love shopping here for their low prices on fruits and produce, the only down side is sometimes the produce isn't good quality...sometimes it's starting to spoil and has mold. Other than that happening occasionally, it's usually a great place to get quality items for less. I do wish they had more cashier's at times but the employees are always so nice.

Clean, affordable and fast!Updated: 9/17/22: there may be shortages at other stores but not at Aldi's. I found just about everything I needed (they were out of eggs, tho). But overall, shelves were stocked. As always the service was great!!

As always, the food was very good. Unfortunately, this HH was quite busy and I had to wait a very long time for my carry-out order, about 40 mintues. I do understand that the restaurant was much, much busier than usual and the waitresses and cooks were doing the best anyone could do

Love shopping here but my last 2 trips were disappointing. No zero carb bread, no turnips or rutabagas and the changes in packaging of the coffee pods I use is very confusing. At almost 70 years old, changes in packaging makes shopping difficult.

Great store but rude cashier. Audrey was her name. She was rude, very aggressive, and found her all around disrespectful. Next time would love for her to not have a rude attitude even if it’s the end of your shift no need for her to be disrespectful and have an attitude. Definitely will be saying something next time.

Friendly customer service and helpful. A little smaller than some I've been to to before, but has just what I need. We enjoy some of the Aldi brand items and they're much more cost efficient. There has been some food items we didn't like, and they're so great at letting us have a refund.
