They offer these "great deals" online so you spend way too much time shopping/searching to only have the message "continue to checkout" keep coming up. After about 5 attempts to check out, I give up.Chat on this site is a joke. You tell it your issue, it gets it wrong and then tells you to call. Ifi wanted to call, I would've selected that option. Ridiculous.

I don't know why I have stayed with this pharmacy for so long!! I have medications that I must take everyday and I have now gone 5 days without them! They were CLOSED yesterday on a Monday with no regard for their customers. I walked in today to get my prescriptions that they had said would be ready on Saturday and the woman was so rude and told me to call around to get another pharmacy to fill it for me because they didn't have it. Well I did and I will not return!

I received a vaccine here. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. I only had a short wait as they prepared everything. I will definitely be coming back for any future immunizations I need.

the number of 1 star ratings for this Walgreens pharmacy is staggering but deserved. this place is alarmingly bad. on a number of occasions they have simply closed up for days. are you kidding me?!?! not a care in the world about the hundreds of scripts needing to be picked up by people who desperately need them. how do they get away with this? and yesterday not only was the pharmacy closed but there was a sign stuck to the window stating that between now and the end of January the pharmacy would close every evening at 6pm. jesus christ did i just take a time machine back to the 1960’s?! i guess the pharmacy employees need the extra time to enjoy the holidays. screw the customers.

This review is for the Stuarts Draft Walgreen Pharmacy only.This place is a total gross incompetence, really not acceptable, and they are fully disrepectful to deal with. Never got my prescription when it was supposed to ship to me when I wasn't able to come in person, and missing appointment when it was scheduled for flu shot. It's better not to deal with them if you need reliability and respect these people will give you none of that they will even make fun of you behind your back. Not a place I would like to deal with. I am so happy I don't used them anymore. What a relief. With Google rating of 1.9 and no management from top to bottom to take care of it, you know that's not a place to deal with

The ethics of the pharmacy staff is questionable at best. The organization and management is grossly negligent and will likely never change without a complete change from the top of the corporation. Any changes staff can implement won’t occur unless patients choose to boycott this location and spend their money elsewhere. It’s what I have done and I recommend for others.

I have used the Pharmacy at this location long before Walgreen's took it over.( I miss Rite-Aid) And was fairly happy for a while with the service I received from the Walgreen's Pharmacy...But Not Anymore. I used to get text messages concerning my prescriptions; time to reorder,order ready,no more refills,contacted caregiver for more refills,etc. This was WONDERFUL! (my memory needs some help now and then!) But then,that all stopped! My number wasnt even in the system! And when I called to get a refill....THAT ALSO WASNT IN THE SYSTEM! ( i take meds for High Blood Pressure Every Day!) and this caused me to skip a day of meds for having to replace the request for the refill. When I finally got my meds ..IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE STORE VIA TRUCK! This pharmacy DIDNT EVEN FILL IT!! But the last straw was when I seen the sign posted that stated: "PHARMACY CLOSED OCTOBER 13,14,15,AND 16th ( FRIDAY - MONDAY) DUE TO STAFFING". Im no longer a VALUED customer of Walgreens....because theres NO VALUE WITH WALGREENS...

Got there right before closing and they were already windows closed even though I called and let them know I was almost there and had already paid. My 3 year old needed her prescription. Go elsewhere.

Pharmacy is what kills this store. Maybe they don't have enough staff. I have never gotten a prescription on time. Rarely the same day.

The website says free flu shots by appointment we made appointment and drove through the Walgreens pharmacy they check our ID’s and ask millions questions, checked out anthem insurance cards and after 40 minutes wait they just said they not able to accept our insurance for flu shot!They give us idea to pay $37 for each flu shot which is not fair to pay while Kroger offering $25 flu shot without appointment!That is such a ridiculous ever visiting Walgreens pharmacy!In my opinion vaccines should be free anywhere for patients!Never ever trying to go to the Walgreens pharmacy and totally disappointed ☹️

this pharmacy has become a joke. when we first started with Walgreens, the one thing i liked about it was it’s pharmacy hours. now i can’t even say i like that because their hours are so limited now. this Walgreens has become a place i dread going to.

Worst pharmacy Ever!!!! The two women working in the pharmacy had no idea what they were doing!! They even had cashier's from the front come back and help them pull meds which I pretty sure is illegal. They literally wait til you come to get your prescription to actually put it in the system and fill it. Not to mention they were extremely rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I don't know who allows the things that go on there but I will definitely be reporting them for allowing any employees to come into the pharmacy and fill prescriptions everyone in that place needs to be fired and the store shut down!!!

These people have very poor customer service ever since Walgreens took over. They act like the customer is a pain. The pharmacy personnel are rude and the cashiers are like robots. Gone are the small town attributes that made many people love the old Rite Aid atmosphere.Now they seem hurried and agitated, even curt when they are asked for help. Not pleasant to do business there at all for anything anymore.We have taken all business elsewhere, whatever it may be. Shame to see, but really no customer deserves to be treated like that.

I've been getting my prescriptions from Rite Aid for years, no complaints. Then a few months ago Walgreens bought out the store. Every day for the last 8 days Walgreens has been calling and/or sending emails to tell me my meds were ready. How aggravating! One message is enough, and no I can't drop everything I'm doing to run to the store and pick up my prescriptions!

This is the first time I did an order for delivery through the Walgreens app. At first there was a little confusion because door dash didn't deliver on time but Josh and Manager Hannah were very helpful.

Ever since this store changed from Rite Aid to Walgreens it’s horrible and I have permanently taken my business elsewhere. Do not shop here. Items are incredibly marked up. My wife needed a wrist brace and we looked online to see if Walgreens had one. They did at this location and it was listed online for $9.49. When I arrived to the store the price on the shelf was $18.99! Yes double the price! That’s an insane markup! I asked the clerk if they price match WITH THIER OWN WEBSITE and she said no.... Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t even get me started on the pharmacy either. They have no idea what their doing.

There are like two staff who do what they are supposed to but overall I’m so unsatisfied with their service. They make multiple mistakes. I get a million calls about my meds. I have even gotten a notification that my meds were ready then showed up and they weren’t. Recently I moved to another town. I had to call them 4 times to get my meds transferred and they still didn’t send everything over! I’m glad to be done with them.

Recently relocated to the area. 90% service connected disabled veteran. Was running low on a very important med I take which I usually get from the VA pharmacy. Obviously, there is no VA pharmacy close to Stuart’s Draft. I called the VA with my situation. My VA care provider phoned in a refill for this prescription to the Walgreen’s in Stuart’s Draft— An in network VA “civilian” pharmacy just for such situations as mine and in accordance with the Mission Act.I pull up to the Walgreen’s Pharmacy drive thru and the young lady advises me “$36.” I responded this script is through the VA. She advises the VA should have sent me with a paper. I respond that my request was done over the phone and no paper changed hands. She then advised me the VA should have sent them a paper. What? I am a verifiable veteran. The med was called in by a VA provider. Walgreen’s is and in network pharmacy provider for the VA. Bottom Line: I don’t have a med that I really need to take.

Made an appointment for a Rapid Test, everything seemed fine and dandy from my end. I even requested flex time from work to arrive on time. All that just to be told they “ran out” of tests for the day. Out of curiosity, how does such a thing happen if covid tests are by appointment only?? Lady on the counter told me that with such an attitude that I was legitimately doubting my own sanity! Was it my fault to make an appointment and assume they won’t “run out”? I don’t know, all I know is my job will be real happy to hear I left early to not even be able to get a Covid test I made an appointment for.

ZERO STARS! GARBAGE, TRASH PHARMACY! CLOSED HALF THE TIME DURING BUSINESS HOURS DUE TO "STAFFING ISSUES." (THEY EVEN HAVE A PIECE OF CARDBOARD COVERING THE DRIVE THRU CALL BUTTON!) Kim (either the pharmacy tech or pharmacist) is absolutely phenomenal!!! Just moved to Afton from Florida, and was nervous about the hassle of transferring prescriptions, especially across states. Kim took her time with me and even looked information up for me on medication discounts when my insurance wouldn’t cover an rx (without me even asking her to)! I rarely leave reviews... but for Kim, she’s an exception. 👍😊

They need to educate their staff - sick in January they didn’t know how to put through insurance card many days later call saying my meds were ready - recently needed an over the counter medication they did not know how to locate the price - both times had to spend time going to another pharmacy

Let me get this out The actual Store and the Store Employees are absolutely awesome. Now the Pharmacy on the other hand a whole different story they are the rudest unprofessional un organized and just plain hateful so this review is 5 star for the store 1 star for the Pharmacy you will not be seeing me in there ever again.

Do yall not know how to answer the phone? I've been on hold for 30 mins waiting for the "two callers ahead of me". An hour prior to this call, I was on hold for about 15 mins waiting on "three or more callers ahead of me" and that's not even the only two times I've called today

My husband was just there and they told him it was too late to do his prescription. Apparently they didn't know they could take it and fill it in the morning. It's the most absurd thing I've ever heard.
