This establishment is incredibly unprofessional. If I could give them a zero stars I would. The office manager is incredibly incompetent and a liar. I got my dogs records sent over from my vet for him to be boarded b/c our vet was not boarding at the time. She initially told me he needed a full exam. I called back to verify a week later she tells me everything is good all he needs is an Infulenza shot. She then calls me a day before he is to be boarded and tells me he needs a rabies shot. My dog had all his vaccinations three months prior. She had the records to prove it. This office tries to take your money. When I tried to talk to her about it she hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional, she would never make it in a big city, guess that’s why she’s in Stuart. Do not use this office. If they treat humans like this….makes me wonder how they treat animals!!

Wonderful caring staff. They are very compassionate and show love for animals. They walk your dog, actually walk outside around the property for you not a dog run if you leave them for overnight stays and they show your cats affection and pet them. I will always bring my animals to them. The vet also shows genuine care and love for those in his care.

The entire staff is great to work with. Their priority is your pet, and you feel almost as if you're their only patient when in the examining room. They don't rush and answer all questions patiently and thoroughly. They saved the life of my 85 lb hound when he decided to nose a copperhead, and I will be forever grateful...

The entire staff is very friendly, patient & professional. They were excellent with my large mix breed, her alternative did not bother them & they took their time to warm her trust. Doctor throughly explained all procedures, tests & expected outcomes.

We moved from North Carolina several years ago. I could not find a veterinarian that made me and my dog comfortable. My little dog got very sick last August and we came in early one morning to this clinic. Both veterinarians and their staff came to me with immediate assistance. It was like they stopped everything to insure my dog was treated and I was ok. I really appreciate the staff. I have been back several times since and am always treated in this manor. Thank you to the entire staff.

They were very prompt, courteous. Gave explanations of what was going to happen. Very kind and freely shared information. Presented options, not just one route to address an issue with my terrified, tiny dog.Always provided excellent care.

Have nothing bad to say about the Vets, the other staff was not so nice. Had a confrentation with them about following instructions on how to contact me, that led to them name calling me infrunt of my kids and yelling at me in the parking lot. They said if i dident like them i should just go elsewhere. Dont know how a tech or Secretary can make a decision like that for the vet that owns the place, but $400+ for 2 cats and money being put into my dog, you bet I wont be back. Im positive i can find a Vet office that can be entirely more proffessional and appreciate my business more than that. If they did not fire those girls they did not do enough..

This is a fine clinic and the most trustworthy vet around. Ive worked with them my whole life and theyve always done us right.They don't seem to pay attention to nutrition anymore than other "conventional" veterinarians, I see the prescription diets they supply are Hill sciences which is just improved varieties of purina. Dont let the word improved fool you, it still isnt exactly ideal for feeding your loved ones.

DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!They practically butchered my chihuahua when doing a spay. Her incision was almost the size of her stomach when it's not supposed to be bigger than the size of a nickle (length wise). They also charged me for their mistake and they ran tests on both my dogs after I clearly told them not too.If you love your furry friends don't take them here!
