Outstanding customer service. I wanted to exchange a gift that ended up being the wrong product and my relative said she got it from Ace. This location being both of our’s local shop i figured this is where she got it from but had no receipt. They honored the exchange for the right product without any troubles. Buy our pig and sheep feed from here. The staff is always very knowledgeable about any questions that I may have. The store is laid out well and the guys on the loading dock are always pleasant to talk to and very helpful.

Great staff who are very knowledgeable, a very well stocked inventory and a great selection of products at excellent prices, and if they do not have what you need they will order it for you.Working on a project and keep having to run back and forth for items to finish it, no problem they are five minutes away and the staff is very attentive. No need to wander from one end of a huge Chain Store looking for the item(s) you are looking for while trying to track down a staff member!

Great hardware store with a tremendous selection on anything and everything you would want. Only complaint is the gentleman stocking the shelves has the personality of a brick and isn’t too welcoming to talk to. Overall great store to have in the community!

Great selection of feeds for all animals, I've even seen them stock primate food. Service is excellent and fast an there's also a awesome choice of other country essential itmes available to. If you raise animals, plant anything, or live in the country stop by!

So much more than a feed store! They have everything you could ever want in here. Gardening supplies, things to keep your pets healthy and happy, yard necessities, work boots, canning supplies, etc. I could go on and on! The staff at Rockingham Coop are so friendly and knowledgeable about everything offered at their store.

Rockingham Cooperative located in Strasburg, VA is very nice. It is very clean and well staffed with helpful and knowledgeable employees. They have an excellent selection of products for home and farm. Although their prices are somewhat higher than later warehouse type stores, due to their location it is well worth spending a little more to shop local and save the time and money it takes to travel to another town.
