I will have to say the new management is far worse then the last and that is saying something!. The way they treat certain workers alone is horrible. They don't take customer complaints seriously. Only 2 employees are decent and 2 that go beyond what is asked. I stopped going in at night cause it's unbelievable how bad it is. And now they have ruined alot of people's mornings by bringing the problem to the morning shift. I stopped going in after waiting 20 min one night at the register to find the young girl and boy in her car who was in the store. Now she is ruining the morning to. Zero stars if I could. And zero for management. Worse one owned by this company. Could be fixed if they're managers were worth they're pay. Wednesday was the straw that broke the camels back.

Management has a terrible attitude very rude and obnoxious. Very poor customer service. Now I understand the turn over on employees. I have never seen a store so poorly ran. And now I understand all the reviews about their attitudes.

Terrible customer service. I literally stood there with my items on the counter and nobody moved to ring me up or bag my items until all three were done talking amongst themselves. They must be total idiots on the Dunkin doughnuts side because every time I ask for a peppermint hot chocolate they say “ we don’t have that but we have mint “ it’s literally the same thing people.

Ask for a bagel light on Cream cheese they pack it on there. Asked for bagel to be double toasted the bagel was cold. There is always a line of people waiting.
