Probably go 4 to 5 times a week. It's convenient and staff are friendly. Would like to see more dollar tree items tho since the company merged. Otherwise clean and maintained

I shop here a LOT, and have never had any issues. For the most part it's always clean, well stocked, and easy to get from aisle to aisle. I even feel comfortable using their bathroom! Lol Most other dollar stores I've gone to are either dirty, not stocked well, or there's U-boats (big carts full of boxes) in the middle of the aisle everywhere which makes it hard to get around the store.. This Family Dollar is different in all of those things. The aisles are maneuverable, the store is clean and well stocked, the staff is friendly and helpful..My daughter loves Ms. Donna and Ms. Lori.The store is conveniently located right off the 95 exit and has signs up for easy finding.The only negative thing I can say about the store is how the checkout lines are set up to go down the aisles, so when there's only one register open and a line of 10 people, it gets VERY frustrating to be up front either shopping or checking out. I understand that this is set up for social distancing and there's not much to do to avoid the setup so I wont let it impact the star rating. Don't let that deter you from shopping here. It really is one of the more well kept Family Dollars.

Excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Excellent shopping experience. Store is always stocked. Manager and his staff always friendly and willing to help. Store is cold in winter and hot in summer. Need more freezer foods. Closes store in a 40 mile round trip of Stony Creek

Left there about an hour ago. The employee not only had her mask off she asked my wife could she not come down the same aisle as her. That wasn't a problem due to the social distance rules, she addressed her as sir until she noticed her earrings saying that now days guys come in the store with their hair in the same natural style as hers.

Not the cleanest or most organized, but staff does the best they can with what they have. Great to have in the community for quick needs since closest grocery stores, etc. are at least 25 minutes away.

Pretty much the only shop n town. Very friendly staff. REALLY WISH the store was large enough to be more of a grocery store - Stony Creek = Food Desert

Clean store , the only downfall is that they don't have enough people to get the stock up when it comes in its overbearing and the employees did the best I can whack trying to take care of the customers always friendly courteous and helpful towards customers

Been in this store several times.never had an issue until last night the young lady that was working was very rude and very unpleasant..never again will I go back when she is working..i work in customer service myself ...i would never act the way she did to any of my customers!
