Came in around 7:38pm 1/14/24 with my wife to see if I liked anything to buy & both ladies who were working gave me & my wife the craziest eyes. Especially the woman who was wearing a black mask. I don’t know if she is the manager but it was very unprofessional. I know you close at 8pm as per online resources but they were being passive aggressive for what? They should be happy they close early instead of take it out on the customers.

Good and friendly service. The Store is clean and well managed.A variety of choices for indoor and outdoor activities, and sport apparels are available.Prices are not bad, you may find a few good deals.I wish they bring more sporting goods and exercise stuff.Customer service and overall store management, same as TJ Max group, not bad, not great either.

Two evenings in a row that this store has closed early. Yesterday, Oct. Friday 13th, 2023, closed at 6pm. Today, closed at 7pm. Such a bummer...I just pulled into the parking lot to find other customers trying to enter the store and said they were short staffed (I live an hour away, too).It's all unfortunate. Otherwise, this store has been really cool for finding sales on outdoor gear.

Sandy the cashier was beyond beyond-beyond rude treated me worse than a frigging slave made me wanna fight her and lash back at her, would have rather waited longer and get checked out by the manager, was in pain for the whole 5 minutes, she had to make me take my tranquilizer, should've called the cops really.

Sierra is an amazing store. Their prices and apparel options can't be beat. Before going to any of the other brand-name outdoor/adventure clothing stores, check out Sierra first! If you don't have a storefront near you, check them out online.

A great store to find amazing deals year round on "outdoorsy" clothing and gear. I love stopping in and seeing what boots they have in my size for hiking and regularly find deeply discounted hard shells and technical shirts.

Great selection of sport clothing especially leggings, bras, hats and gloves. Love the ability to buy online and make returns to store. So far I've been there twice and all of the registers were open and the waiting line was very short.

A store of assorted items suitable both for children and adults ladies,gents and also infants at very low cost. Leather mobile cases,screen savers etc also available. Note books, pens and pencils of assorted verities also available. In all it is a good store where most of immediate requirements can be procured under one roof.

Love shopping here and usually returns are a breeze but the returns lately have been BAD. The computers crash constantly and go offline. I waited 30 min and moved to five different registers before they could complete the return. Even when escalated to the GM, she was exasperated. What you give up in cost certainly you pay for hassle. I won’t be shopping here for a while.

Sierra is my go to place for active wear. They have top brands at discounted prices. From yoga, hiking, biking they have it all. The inventory is constantly changing so if you see something you like, grab it. It won’t last long.

I find a lot of quality brand mens athletic and outdoor (hiking) clothing at Sierra. Large selection of socks! Shoe selection is not worth the trip. Very good selection of hiking backpacks in small to large sizes. I go here at least monthly.

They have some very good deals here, but you'll have to find it in your size.Staff is friendly and helpful. All in all not a bad place to shop.

This Sierra is a nice store but the staff has no clue about their merch brands and never once asked if we needed help. Not much of what we came in for but we did buy some rain gear and camp pants for winter. Prices are decent.
