I passed by this place and found this huge pet store. Come in to look and be fascinated, they have an area to celebrate birthdays, to make their custom collars with their ID, and have a space with cookies for pets. All kinds of food and accessories! It looks extremely clean and tidy. It has a shower area and a grooming area. In addition, a wide variety of pets, from parakeets , ferrets, fish, snakes 🐍, lizards 🦎, toads 🐸, turtles 🐢, snails 🐌, etc. I will surely be back very soon. Ample parking lot! Your staff is friendly and friendly!

Amazing place! Well cleaned, the staff are polite and welcoming (they are so nice!)The self washing is perfect 🤩 my puppy 🐶 loves to go, and I love more because they have shampoo, towels, blowers everything.I feel very lucky to have this place near me!

Went for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the store is. Way nicer than the Ashburn store. I love the wood like floors. The staff were very nice and helpful. I’ll take pics next time I’m there because I’ll definitely be going back.

I haven’t been here in a recent week or so but the service here when I was there before was outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and they always provide the best instructions and offers available. I’m glad to be signed up for their membership as well, all of my expensive purchases get me points!! Definitely will continue to stop by here when getting food for my lizards Reva and Squash!

Very good service. Even brought my GSD who had never been to a store before, he had an accident because he was excited, but they were very good about it. I was a little embarrassed by the accident, but Sam had a chance to pick out a treat he wanted (they had freeze dried duck heads....so disgusting I just had to get 2 for Sam since he chose his snack and he gobbled them down in 15 minutes) I guess if Sam's happy I'm happy.

Our new favorite pet store! It is a beautiful store with a great selection of products. The customer service is wonderful! We got two very cute and healthy guinea pigs from Pet Supplies Plus and the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are really happy to have our new “go-to” pet store.

I discovered this location one day while I was out running errands. I was SO impressed with how clean the store was. And every employee I encountered was friendly. And not the awkward forced kind because it is their job. I've been back a few times since then, and they've all been consistent with my first visit. I also just tried their delivery service for the first time. I was at work and missed their call that they couldn't get in my building. When I got home, I got the vm and called back. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was kind enough to get approval from his manager to deliver my order before the store closed. That felt above and beyond to me, and I really appreciated it!

My new favorite pet store. The fish and small animal department is very clean and their animals are healthy. Best of all their service is excellent. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend checking out this pet store. The experience is much better than other pet stores in the area.

The sweet family (?) that own (? )this location is great. Their relationship to the property /business/each other is unknown to me, but they've both always been present, especially the woman who wears the name tag 'Lynda'. They are always very kind, attentive and helpful.I've been there several times now, mostly with my dog to bathe her. I brought my mom in yesterday. They have an amazing range, great prices on our wildly expensive specialty pet food. I'd check them out. Also, very conveniently located ar 7/Dranesville shopping center with Dollar Tree and Giant.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service at this pet store! Arsh, the owner, went above and beyond, taking the time to discuss natural food choices for my dogs and providing expert guidance on smoothly transitioning from dry food. The store's impeccable cleanliness created a welcoming atmosphere, and the vast selection exceeded my expectations.

The most friendly and extraordinary experience! Arsh, the owner, was very helpful and personable. He helped us with our order and to look for items that we needed. He showed us the dog washing stations and explained to us all of the promotions that they had. We bought a lot of items and he even helped us putting them in our car. Best SuppyPlus on the country. Also, the store looked very clean and it is well stocked with food, toys, baked goods, and snacks. This will be our home store from now on. If only all retail experience would be like this, we would have achieved world peace.

I am giving this place a one star because even though the customer service is great towards customers. There has been several times where I have gone into the store to get stuff for my dog and I have seen management treat their staff like absolute trash and that is highly unacceptable . I don’t know how this store keeps its employees with how they treat certain individuals. I would not come again and shop at this store just to avoid seeing hard working people be treated like trash. Management will yell at their employees and occasionally will give the employees attitude when asking questions or trying to explain a situation and that’s not acceptable.

This store is very well organized, clean and a wide selection of food and accessories for all types pf pets. I was very surprised with the variety of dogfood options, one of the most expansive I have seen. The staff was courteous and helpful. I am thrilled to have a pet store like this near me! It is well worth a visit if you have not been here before.

This store is a new one; this was my first visit to it. There were two employees at the checkout area. They asked if I needed any help immediately when I entered. I was the only customer and I think the employees were happy to have someone in the store.My needs were simple; I wanted to buy a bag of budgie pellets. I asked one of them where I could find them; she led me to them, I took a bag and paid for it, and was done in record time.

I always have a good experience at PSP but the owner of this independently owned location went above and beyond for our order, from helping us to pick out products, finding deals and loading our vehicle with multiple heavy items. The owner clearly has a passion for animals and has done his due diligence to be able explain the products in the store.I couldn’t be happier that this location finally opened and is my new home store.

Everyone is so polite and willing to help.Selection of foods, especially raw, dehydrated raw, etc., is excellent. I often refer to Susan Thixton’s Truth about Pet Food to choose the best foods for my pets—and many I can find here.Also like the self-serve dog wash.

They are finally open!! We called today in hopes they would be open and Arsh answered, he was very kind and helpful. He mentioned they had free dog washes till Sunday November 12th, so we dropped by and checked it out.Dog wash is self-service, they have 6 bays. (4) for tall dogs and (2) for short dogs (higher). Good water pressure, and (4) different shampoo and conditioner options. Each bay has a leash, and (2) aprons as well as a very quiet but powerful drying. They do have towels as well! We loved it, and will be back regularly!The rest of the store is well lit and well stocked for all our pet needs. The staff entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Could not be more pleased! See you guys again soon!

I came to get some cat supplies while visiting my parents. I was thrilled to find such a great pet store nearby. Back at home I go to petsmart, petco, or a local shop which simply look anemic in comparison to PSP’s huge variety of food and treats. There was very friendly customer service and it was super clean and bright.
