My first experience with a groomer, also my 3 year old corgi mix’s first time. They didn’t a great job, even though I know my girl can be a little handful, they made me feel super confident that she was in good hands. The price was extremely reasonable, and we will definitely be coming back!

The vet and all staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Cash our Basset Hound is groomed there and has been seeing Dr. "S" the last 6 months for a chronic ear infection that 2 other vets couldn't treat. Now Cash is under care for respiratory issues and is improving. Come here first to keep the same vet.

Bought my sweet boy from this store. I wish they had more information on him when we got him - age, breed, etc. They told us he was a lip ear, but he’s actually mixed. When we got him, they said 5-6 months old. He was actually 3 months. Nonetheless, nice owners & I love my rabbit.

Great pet store and vet! I had my dog fixed last week and they treated her like a princess! He called several times to check and her and called me back immediately when I had some questions. Priced better than anyone in the DMV area! More importantly is the care she was given. She is an older dog getting fixed is more complicated! It also is family owned and everyone makes you feel welcome! They have high quality food, treats, fish etc. Just heard they hired a groomer and will beat the competitions price!!

Cascades Pet Depot provides very friendly and caring services. They treated our dog for a skin tissue growth. Dr. Saini did a surgery to remove it and keep the follow-on care until it got resolved fully. His surgery skills are outstanding. Our dog and our family are very happy now, Petr Depot brings smiles to everybody.

Staff is so kind and friendly! I forgot their names but the woman at the front of the store area was so welcoming and the VA was so gentle and kind with my dog Kevin. I’m use to seeing vets force vaccines/ treatment on clients but Dr. Saini made us feel super comfortable about what WE wanted to do for our pet that day.

A few weeks ago I stopped by this place to buy clothes for my puppy and able to find XS in stock . Today I visited this place to have my 5 months old maltese's missing shots. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Different then Petsmart , they are not trying to sell you extra stuff that you or your friend don't need. Clean and well organized place.Also , very important, looks like this store locally owned and family run and I always prefer local businesses. I will bring my other 2 dogs for their check-ups.

We were able to take our 12 week old puppy, Dallas to get groomed at this place after calling a lot of places. Jay was above and beyond with helping us. She introduced us to their services and explained everything with perfect detail on the grooming part, but as well as vaccinations and other things. The lady who groomed Dallas was kind and treated Dallas with overall kindness. I felt comfortable with giving our puppy to her. It took about an hour or so which was perfect since we were running some errands. We received a phone call and went back to the place. She helped us get a new leash and treats for Dallas and as well gave us some advice and feedback to help his next visit to go even better. When we received him, he was absolutely adorable and looked stylish with the new bandana that they gave him and smelled SO GOOD. He was so happy and his tail was wagging so fast. Overall, the services were outstanding and the welcoming and kindness from the Cascades Pet Depot/hospital was 10/10. We will definitely be back soon.

We moved here from Arizona and needed a vet for our big guy Ziggy, Dr. Saini has been amazing! We know when we take Ziggy to him, he’s in good hands. Ziggys been having issues with his coat because of the humidity and having itchy rashes and Dr Saini recommended supplements and cream that cleared it up.

I came in today and asked for help picking some high value dog food that would be gentle on my dogs stomach, as she was having GI issues, and was refusing food.The staff gave me great reccomendations, talked me through multiple options, was very friendly, and showed genuine concern for my dogs wellbeing. I was so relieved when i got home and my dog finally started eating again.

We receive nothing but compassionate care here. The vet went out of his way to answer my questions when my dog recently fell unexpectedly, gravely ill, and he explained every test and procedure so that I understood what was going on. They saved my dog’s life, and I will be forever grateful.They also have a great, decently priced selection of food and toys for all sorts of pets! Everybody who works there is so friendly, and you can tell that they all love animals. More than once, an employee has asked if they can give my dogs a treat or pet them, and then sat on the floor and let my dog sit in their lap for a minute.Both my dogs hated going to the vet before we switched here, and now, they both happily walk right into the building. They each give it two paws up!

I was looking for a new groomer for my golden doodle because we previously had some pretty bad cuts. I looked online and found Pet Depot. From the first phone call they were so polite, kind and helpful. I got an appointment for my dog Murphy that day. After arriving for my appointment, I filled out some paperwork, they called our vet to double check Murphy’s shots history, and then I was introduced to Robin, the groomer! Well, she is FANTASTIC!! She listened to my concerns, asked me lots of questions and right away started interacting with Murphy and made him (and me😀) relax and feel comfortable! There was no crazy dog smell, the place was clean and when Robin stopped working on a dog to talk with me she didn’t leave the table until another employee stayed with the dog that was on the table! All of these things made me feel really good about Pet Depot, but I wasn’t going to be truly happy until I saw my pup freshly groomed. Well, after seeing Murphy after Robin was finished, I was so happy!!!!! It was the BEST haircut he had ever gotten!!! I gave her some things that I wanted and things I didn’t and she did it all!! She followed every detail!! My husband and I both are so pleased! Pet Depot and Robin are our new groomers and we couldn’t be happier!!

I had a pet emergency, the only place open was an emergency pet center in Vienna, however, Dr. Saini made adjustment to his schedule on his day off to come into the office and help our puppy. Dr. Saini and the entire team was very kind and gentle with the pup.Pet Depot as a store was very clean and organized with a large variety of products. I will definitely go here.

The lady that was working is really well knowledgeable. They have fish, bunnies, Birds. They have a lot of different dog food cat food fish remedies filters cartridges and treats for dogs. They also have a lot of leashes that you can buy from. A very nice and professional store. Did not get the opportunity to work with the doctor because it is also a vet. But if it is anything like the storefront I would love got there more

I like This vet because the Dr is very nice and knowledgeable and second prices are affordable, my dog suffers from bad skin allergy and dr treatment make my dog skin looks like new . Also the food is cheaper there as well . I never have to wait too long or turned away when I need a urgent appointment something very common in other vets. I love this place .

We had the best experience here! Had an urgent need for house call with our 15 year old lab who was suddenly unable to get up. Dr. Saini came to our house and provided attentive and insightful exam and treatment. Or dog is doing wonderfully now and we have a clear treatment plan and understand all our options. Based on our very positive experience we brought our elderly cat to the clinic the next day who was being treated elsewhere for gastroentenitis. After a week of treatment at the other vet she was not improving and the situation seemed dire. Dr. Saini assessed her and changed her treatment plan. Within a day she had made significant improvement. I really feel like we may have lost her with the treatment she had been receiving before coming to Dr. Saini. Highly recommend Dr. Saini and this clinic- they are very attentive, patient, thorough, and provide effective treatments based on thoughtful diagnosis.

What an horrible horrible experience. Terrible owners.How a good day can go terribly wrong. I could go on but would I will try to be brief, I have two bishons poodle mix, , I dropped snoopy and showed the groomer his ear and nails and asked to trim everything and left. After 3 hours I came back, gave them angel and took snoopy with me. Snoopy was not looking normal and then notice snoopys both ears bleeding, I go to the person at the desk and ask her what happened, she tells me that, thats how snoopy was brought, what ??? They say I didn’t see it and they had nothing to do with it and that’s how I brought him, I called the groomer and asked her if snoopy was brought that way, now I could could clearly see that the trimmer was used to close to his ears and it peeled of his skin. As I was asking the groomer, comes in this wicked lady and instead of sorry and taking care of snoopy she goes on about how I may NOT be taking care of my DOGS properly and maybe I’m abusing them, this was it, I was not going to take it anymore and my i went crazy, for somebody who calls my babies dogs and treats this as normal and instead of helping my baby with the bleed, they were getting all defensive and then be a hypocrite and act like they care . So what she does next, she calls the animal services to take my babies away from me, could you bully somebody anymore. At this point I’m all alone and never felt so vulnerable in my life,I told the animal services person to follow me and check my place, they closet with clothes, cabinet with food and neighbors if any one said otherwise, she is more then welcome to take away my babies from me.Imagine this ordeal and what these wicked people are capable of doing and get away free, I took pics and pics don’t lie. I believe in karma, what snoopy suffered wishing them the same and praying no other babies and family have to go through the same.

At the grand opening of this store, I went in with my 8 year old daughter to purchase a fish. The gentleman (owner's son) gave me such poor advice on what to buy I don't know where to start. He sold me a small fish tank not suitable for the 2 fish we bought. He did not advise me properly how to change the water or how often. AFTER the sale, one of the girls advised that I get stress coat, so I did purchase that. Of course one of the fish died. The other one turned black from the ammonia toxicity. I was able to go to a different pet store to find out what type of tank I really needed for the poor remaining fish and purchased the correct items. They were horrified that a pet store sold me the tank they did for 1 gold fish, never mind two! My daughter was in tears at the loss of her one fish. Fortunately we saved the other. I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism of employees at this store and the poor advice I got.

I took my old girl (14-yo) to Doctor Saini and team after a long night of panting and having to pee every hour. They got us in quickly, diagnosed her UTI, and put her on a plan to recovery. Since she had been outside a lot in the rain and mud, I left her with the groomer for a good bath and nail trim. She was cleaned beautifully and obviously pampered by the grooming staff. Overall, the experience was great. I did not feel pressured to buy anything she didn’t need and I felt comfortable throughout the process. Thank You All!

This place absolutely sucks. All they care about is their money and they aren’t even skilled enough to treat your pet if they have serious issues that could be life threatening. I wish i could give them 0 stars. Overcharging and terrible services.

Groomer is so patient and amazing with dogs. I have an anxious puppy and she managed to cut his hair when many other groomers (PetSmart) weren’t able to. She’s amazing and I highly recommend her!!! So incredibly professional.

This review is for the grooming.I am not sure why the groomer decided to shave off majority of my poodles tail and leave a little pom pom. That was definitely not asked to do at all. The receipt says "trim" tail not shave 90% of it off? Definitely not going here ever again.

Went there for the first time and the employees answered all my questions I had for them about my dog. There grooming side also had exceptional service. Will be buying my pets food on a day to day base out at cascades ! Veterinarian side also had very good deals. Definitely would check it out if I was you !

I went in to buy a few fish for my first aquarium just a few weeks ago. The owner's son was very knowledgeable (contrary to what another poster said) and led me to all of the tanks and taught me the basics of setting up a community aquarium. Overall, my experience there was amazing and I buy all of my fish supplies from there.

I am looking a vet for my chihuahua and I see the reviews about this place. I am really surprise about the respond of the veterinarian to the customer. I don’t know this lady, but honestly after I read her comments and the respond of them I believe totally on her testimony. You look unprofessional. It’s so sad to read about professionals like you only interested in money and sounds so aggressive to your customers. It’s good to have reviews like this that prevents us to have horrible experience.

Staff was very friendly- HOWEVER.. the area where the betta are kept is awful. Dirty water, small enclosures, dead fish. I am disgusted and would like to see if the owner can be made aware as this is negligence at best and animal cruelty at worst. Dead fish and dirty water. COME ON! I would love to support a small business as I have hamsters myself but not at the expense of seeing these poor, helpless animals suffer.

The WORSE experience that I have with a veterinary. I need to take my dog to this place because it was the only place that allows to be in the room with your animal during the check up (for the issue of covi19 all the places are accepting only drop offs) and thanks god I was there. The vet was not patient with my dog, very rude attitude. He make him scream when he introduce a cotton to his ear to take an example of the serum To check a possible infection. Well the worse part came when he tried to charge me $325 for his possible treatment and consultation. He looks like he was selling potatoes when he added to a list “Dry food for $99, $20 to show you how to clean your dog ears with a cotton $ 170 for medication that’s was 2 times more expensive than other pharmacies” I told him that I am going to pay for the consultation, the examen and I am going to take the prescription with me to buy the medicine outside, and he screams that it’s not possible if I want that I need to pay $13 dollars for each prescription because takes to much time for him to write it. I told him that I was paying already the consultation fee and exam and he was overpricing the medication. I call Costco to confirm prices and I was wright for the allergy pills he was charging $68 and Costco $36; and the same with the ointment an ear cleaners; you can find an ear cleaner for $9 and hi was charging more than $30. The assistant with the same attitude try to sell me a medication for $10 dollars more than Costco and told me that most of the time when you buy it outside they need to reach the vet to confirm the medication and he is going to be busy and probably he is not going to answer the call so it’s BETTER for me to buy it there. They were furious because I denied to pay the non sense cost of medication and additional items add it to the list. I never going to go back to this place PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS THERE they don’t look professionals; they only want to take as much they can from your pocket. They don’t care at all for the animals or show at least interest of them. Money money and non sense cost and treatment.LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE TUVE CON UN VETERINARIO, NO TIENEN PACIENCIA NI INTERÉS DE ATENDER A TU MASCOTA SOLO QUIEREN SACARTE DINERO SIN SENTIDO POR COSAS NO NECESARIAS ADICIONADAS A SU TRATAMIENTO. SUS MEDICAMENTOS SON EL DOBLE O HASTA EL TRIPLE DE COSTO QUE OTRAS FARMACIAS .... NO USES EL SERVICIO DE VETERINARIA DE ESTE LUGAR LO LAMANENTARAS.
