They need to work on their customer service. Called to see if they simply had an oral liquid medication in stock as Martins was going to have to order it. The pharmacists refused to even look it up for me as the abbreviated description I had from my doctor did not identify the exact amount needed to fill the prescription (they had electronically sent the prescription to Martins). So I asked if they even had the medicine in stock and she refused to look. I then asked if they would call Martins to get the information and transfer the prescription (which they would have to do anyway to transfer it if it was in stock), and she would not do it. This reminds me why I transferred my business from Walgreens to Martins in the first place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Male pharmacist was extremely rude. My prescription was on back order at my usual pharmacy so, I had to have my prescription filled at another pharmacy (Walgreens). Pharmacist’s voice sounded somewhat muffled so, it was difficult to understand him. He asked for a bin number and I said I didn’t see a vin number to which he replied “bin number BIN B-I-N! You’re not a car.” He became increasingly ignorant as the conversation continued. I finally asked why he was being rude and he became more rude and aggressive over the phone. I finally disconnected. It was the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

I am only giving them 1 star because it's the minimum. I am in the area for months and they say the cannot fill the prescriptions my Dr. called in because they don't know me. I was told it is their "local" policy to not fill prescriptions for out of town people and I should go to another Walgreens that does not have that policy. Poor excuse for a nationwide chain and could care less that I only had two days worth of meds left. The medication was NOT pain meds, that's the craziest part.. SMH pathetic. Stay away!!

I was a Rite Aide customer in Stephens City and everything has been transferred over to Walgreen's. They are not prepared for the volume. They ignored me in the second drive-thru lane for 3 customers. I then drove around and had to wait in line there behind 6 customers. Several walked out in front of me, also previous Rite Aide customers. I voiced my opinion at the desk and the pharmacist, who was handling the drive-thru wouldn't even turn around and acknowledge me and my concerns. The employee just gave the standard company apology. I will move all my prescriptions elsewhere.

You have to use their website to set up Covid test appointment, but after inputting a bunch of info their website doesn’t allow you to continue past the location selection page. I called a location and was told they have no idea why but they think the website won’t allow selection of a location that is fully boomed for three days. Went through the process again and no location in Virginia or neighboring states allowed me to select and continue. Nsturally, the poorly designed site doesn’t tell you why. Walgreens doesn’t care about its customers.

This place is good for getting flu shots. I got one here once. Also for passport photos. Did that once too. Prices for things on the shelves are a bit high but typical of drug stores I believe. Pretty store inside. I really like their flashing signs especially when they put my name in lights: Folgers Coffee. Used to have a apostrophe but those proctor and gamble people bought out the coffee company and took it away. But still its OK but when I tell people my last name is just like the coffee I have to tell them without the s.

I was getting my prescriptions at this location for more than eight years and one day they decided to tell me that I couldn’t fill my pain medications there any longer, wow really, are you gonna do that to somebody and make them run all the way to Woodbridge where my doctor is. Ok then will do!!! but totally wronge. Pharmacist sucks

It would be nice if they would check the drive thru for people sitting there. Sometimes I feel they just ignore you when they know y ou are there. There is a button there, but it is so far away from your car, you have to undo your seatbelt and open the car door because you can't reach it. Really?

This is by far the BEST Walgreens pharmacy I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate the service I have received at this location!

The lady that was ringing me up was on the phone having a personal conversation, something about how someone cant live with her and they have to move in with they're dad. It was awkward and she barely acknowledged my existence.

They have advertised an item that I was looking for online so that's why I went but when I got there they didn't have the item but the clerks were nice and the store is very clean
