I stop in this location after work pretty frequently. When I do it is always very late in the evening. It is so rare to find such great service at 4 am. Eva and Ava are particularly friendly and the food they prepare is always a step above expectations.

I come through every Friday morning between 3 and 5 am. The staff is attentive and big ups to the kitchen people, I always order something. Thanks for taking care of us fellow third shifters! Good stuff!

As a frequent patron of this Sheetz location, it pains me to leave a one-star review due to the subpar bathroom conditions. Regardless of the hour of visit, the restroom consistently presents a dire state of uncleanliness, characterized by littered substances on the floor and an overpowering smell of urine. This is not an isolated issue, rather it persists even in the early morning hours, thus raising concerns about the general hygiene standards of the establishment.Cleanliness is fundamental for any customer-facing business, and this Sheetz falls alarmingly short of this expectation. The deplorable state of the bathroom reflects a significant neglect in upholding sanitary standards, which is detrimental to both customer experience and health safety. It's disheartening to see such disregard for hygiene at my otherwise preferred pit-stop.Until substantial improvements are made, I regretfully cannot recommend this Sheetz location to others. I earnestly urge the management to address this pressing issue immediately, to restore their patrons' faith in their commitment to cleanliness and customer welfare.

Well.... Everyone is friendly most of the time. They tend to be training new people quite a bit who have great personalities but sometimes look as if they are thrown to the wolves and maybe need a little more time with one on one training 🤷🏼‍♀️. It is always nice to stop in for a quick bite when you are in a hurry or don't want to make anything to eat and usually it is very good. However, sometimes it misses the mark a bit. Something is missing or not toast or the wrong bread but by the time you notice you are home already and don't want to drive back to have it corrected. Overall, I think that employees are very kind and I did even see a younger gentleman helping an old lady to her car the other day to make sure she made it safely! That is the kind of stuff that keeps people coming back. It's not the miner mistakes it's the personality and the kindness that goes a long way!!

All I have to say is the Manager( Miss Tabby) at the sheetz in stephens city is the absolute the best costumer service / hospitality I’ve had in years; she goes above and beyond for the costumer and it’s very appreciated!! Totally professional when need be but will also bust a joke out with costumer in a heart beat ! Thank you TABBY FOR JUST SIMPLY BEING A DECENT HUMAN IN THE TYPE OF WORLD WE LIVE IN THESE DAYS god bless her soul !! Beautiful and just all around awesome

Came in on January 5th, 2022 and ordered food. I stood and waited while watching the employees literally stand there and talk. After getting tired of waiting I approached the food pick up only to see my order off to the side sitting there getting cold. The tall girl with short hair and glasses and the short girl with black hair never announced the order being ready and never said a word to me despite the fact I was standing there waiting while they looked at me several times. Apparently their conversation is more important than serving customers. Sad

I frequently use this Sheetz when I visit my in laws the food is good for fast food with lots of options. Today though at 10:30 am I had an exceptional experience of customer service. I could not find a pen or pencil to buy and I asked the cashier if they sold them. She reached into to drawer and pulled out a mechanical pen and looked at my panicky son. She said is it for homework. I said yes and she said it is our pleasure and handed me the pencil. My son thanked her profusely and we left. What a kind person!

I love that Sheetz has a real, old school espresso machine in their stores.That being said, proper barista training is essential - ordered a cappuccino and got a latte, almost zero foam, cup full of milk - learn the beverages.

I drove two and a half hours to get publicly dumped in this sheetz parking lot. The staff here was very friendly and didn't say a thing when I paied at the counter with red swollen eyes. They didn't sell tissues but they let me take all the free napkins I wanted. Great customer service.

Bathrooms where not in working order. One stall was closed off with yellow tape and still had a man on his phone taking a number 2. Still yet fast and friendly staff. The lady at the register said hello and goodbye

My husband said that he used to come there for gas, cigarettes and something to eat and drink. He said he was there twice a week when he was still working. He said up to 2007 that sheetz was 10 stars everytime he brought his black as# in there or in any sheetz in virginia. He's glad that God resides in Virginia. Too bad he ain't in maryland anymore. He was born in Virginia.

Not even busy and for two hot dogs and a plain turkey sub took 25 mins. I ordered at 5:09PM and got it at 5:35PM. Nothing offered and no apology. I’ll just skip this SHEETZ from now on.
