So I took my son's cat in for a shave down. He was very matted, older ,and skinny but otherwise healthy,happy, playful, and sweet. A day and a half later he died. He wasn't right from the minute I got him home. I chalked it up to stress. They cut him 11 time, a couple of them were quite severe. I can understand a few nicks here and there but if they weren't capable of doing it they should have turned me away. I'm guessing that it was stress. Maybe he had a stroke or a heart attack. I'm not real sure but I'm not the professional, they are, at least that's what they claim. If they didn't think that they could do it without harming my cat they should have turned me away. I spoke to the owner about it and I received No satisfaction. She did say she was sorry. Honestly I feel like she should have offered me my money back. The money is not the point, it was $90 but I have a hard time sitting with the fact that I paid for my cat to be killed obviously I won't be going back.

I’m always so happy bringing my dog here for her nail trims!They’re so understanding and gentle with her every time. My dog has some aggression issues but they always assure me it’s okay! I 100% recommend this place to anyone, they’re all so kind there!

The past few vacations my wife and I have taken and we haven't been able to bring our 2 dogs, we have boarded with Pawsitively Heaven. We have been so happy with the staff and Chris the owner. They truly care about all the animals that stay with them. Our dogs love going so much they run in the door! Our husky is a jumper and we did not know this at the time but they have an 8ft white solid fence that she cleared! That's pretty incredible considering there is no where for her to put her paws and climb up. Anyways, the staff made adjustments to make sure she can't get loose again and were so grateful because the dogs love going there! Things like this happen and until your dog does it once you may not ever have known they could clear a fence like that. Thank you Chris and staff for caring so well for all the pets!

Loved this place! They were awesome with my dog Cooper and when boarding him they did a great job. He loved doggie daycare and they are very reasonable. I'm only sorry I discovered them right before my contract job ended. If I ever return for another contract they will be a go to!

My Lily stayed here while we went out of town for the weekend. She made friends with the other little dogs and had a good time, she was taken care of very well. Will definitely let her stay here again next time we go out of town

It was hard to check it due to the four dogs lose behind the counter barking. I went there twice. It smelled of dog which you think is expected but I've gone to other groomers and didn't notice it. And most importantly, the cut was aweful. Choppy and un even.my dog was not fluffed dry and just shaved. Will not try a third time. PS. I brought a tin of cookies for the staff for the holidays, no thank you.

This is by far the best dog boarding facility I have ever taken my dogs. The entire staff cares for each and every animal as if they were their very own. My whole family boards their dogs here whenever they go on vacation or just want the dogs to have a fun day out with other dogs at doggy daycare. My sisters dog loves to sit on the window ledge and look out, shes a smaller dog and unfortunately had a hard time jumping up to do this so the owner built doggy stairs just so she could reach her favorite sitting spot. I absolutely will only take my dogs to Pawsitively Heaven, if they are booked up then we change our travel plans. Its really sad to see a review as the last one posted because I know they care very much about their pet family. They even have pictures of all the regulars hanging on their wall. Thank you for taking the best care of all our friends!!

I have a dog that gets nervous and one groomer wouldn't work on her. We took her here and they were amazing! They made her feel so comfortable. We have found our groomer!

Pawistively Heaven is the only place we would take our dogs for overnight boarding. We are so happy with them! Our older small dog loves to sunbathe in the bay window and they built her custom steps to get up and down on her own, which we can't appreciate enough. Our playful border collie mix gets to run around with other dogs and play with toys all day. We have been taking them there for the past couple of years and wouldn't trust anyone else to take such excellent care of our furbabies. The dogs know exactly where they are when we pull up and are excited to run in. They treat every animal with love that walks through their doors. Chris and every single staff member is amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help taking care of their pets.

Pawsitively heaven has been AMAZING!! the owner is always so friendly and knows our dogs as soon as they walk in! She even had her husband build our older dog steps so she could climb up to the window to lay in the sun. One time we were running late and they had already closed. We contacted the owner through Facebook and she came down a couple hours after she closed so we could pick up our two dogs.There is no other choice for us when we leave the area and have to board our dogs. This place is every bit of a five star establishment!!

I can not speak highly enough about Pawsitively Heaven daycare.They have been a Godsend to me. They take excellent care of my puppy while I am working.The owner and staff all love the animals like their own. Prices are also very reasonable. I recommend this place.

Chris is an amazing, caring person. The staff are very kind and personable. I brought in my beautiful medium haired cat (no other groomer wanted to take her because she wasnt a "nice" cat or I didnt receive a call back from the others), and I was nervous because my cat hadnt been groomed before and had many hair knots I just couldnt get out. Chris rubbed her hand down her back and smiled and said "That's not bad, I have seen worse". I instantly felt relieved and at ease. Chris had her done within 30 minutes. Needless to say, my beautiful cat will be seeing Chris every month for a mini spa day🙂Also, Chris was recommended to me by my vet! That's how great she is.

These people are terrific. Previous groomer banned our 15 year old dog for being difficult. PH handled him fine. Treated the old guy with kindness, and concern. He looks good, and was less stressed than usual. Recommended.

I took 2 dogs to be groomed. I wanted my old dog (15 years) to be treated with care and cut like a fox. They did that exactly. My other dog they cut very well - like terrier. They allowed my one friendly dog to play with other dogs and the old one they kept in back. I was very pleased and will return.

We take our dog here due to us working long days and our dog would spend it on a kennel other wise. He comes home and immediately wants crash from exhorting so much energy playing. Our dog pulls at the leash to run inside soon as we get out of the car to go inside Pawsitively Heaven he loves it!

Left my dog for the 4th of July weekend, he's been hacking ever since. More than likely kennel cough. Will never board him there. Hope he gets better soon. I gave one star only because it wouldn't allow me to post this review if I don't click on a star,,,otherwise, it will be a negative review.

I take my Bichon who has skin problems to this Groomer and I take my 4 month old Australian Cattle Dog for day care and socialization. The care that is taken to make sure that my dogs are properly groomed and socialized is fantastic. As for the anyone giving it a low rating I ask: did you talk to the groomer/owner? If there was a problem i'm sure they would have corrected it with no complaint. Thanks again for all the attention you give my little ones-especially my super active ACD (lol at the initials!). Special Kudos to Christine and Ray!!!

This is the worst place in the world to take your pet! They cause injuries to animals over and over with no consequences!!! The owner has no heart and after injuring my dog, didn't even inquiry how he was doing. They have lost dogs in their daycare setting and when contacted didn't even know the animal had gotten out. I question the abuse that occurs while they are there as I have seen the way they treat the animals in their care. They take advantage of innocent animals, inflict harm and have no heart! DON"T EVER LEAVE YOUR ANIMAL HERE, YOU ARE FOR SURE GOING TO BE UNHAPPY!!! AND YOU RISK PUTTING YOU ANIMAL IN HARMS WAY!!!! I HAD TO GIVE A 1 START RATING BECAUSE THE SITE WILL NOT LET YOU DO 0!!!!!

I left my dog Luca at daycare this morning, then later on in the day I received a call from someone asking me if I owned a yellow lab mix. I stated that I did and she proceeded to tell me that she saw my dog running on the side of the road so she stopped her car and he hopped right in. She was kind enough to bring him back to daycare. I gave Pawsitively Heaven a call to ask how this could have happened and they had no idea that Luca was missing!! They said he must have hopped the fence. I want to know why no one was watching my dog. I find this completely unacceptable. A little later I received another call from the woman that found my dog because she wanted to let me know that when she brought Luca back another dog attacked him. So not only do they not watch the dogs they are charged with caring for, but they also let aggressive dogs come to daycare and hurt other dogs. In addition, I barely received an apology for anything that happened. Needless to say Luca will not be going back!

This place is worst place ever! I once entrusted my animals here and it was the biggest mistake ever! They don’t get proper information before making assumptions! They soon found out though! When spoke to the owner about the situation, she seemed discombobulated and is scared of her employees. Never seen anywhere like this.

I took my cat in for a flea bath and trim. They did nothing but run the clippers down his back a few times-nothing else. They told me they got all the fleas, but I ran a flea comb through him in the car and found a bunch more. The told me about how they did all these extra things-nail trimming etc- but they didn't even do what I wanted I'm the first place
