The store was clean for the most part. I came in looking for one thing in particular that I asked the Amazing gentleman checking everyone out on his own his name was Danny. He offered to help me however he had a few people behind me so I suggested I go to the management office and ask him. Danny again said he would be happy to help me look as he knew he had seen them recently. I instead walked to the management office where I saw 2 people sitting chatting and laughing while Danny handled the line. When I asked about the item the gentleman who looked as if he were higher up the chain said he hadn't seen them in awhile and was sorry but didn't offer to look or look in the computer's inventory. So I went to check out with the items I had. Informed Danny that they must not have them and he again offered to go look for them. I again said no thank you but thank you, you have a Long line. Thank you so much for trying to go above and beyond. The 4 stars is not for Danny he deserves many more however the 4 is due to the management who I think could have done more not only for me but to help the employees (well employee in this case).

We went to get some small stuff to interest our young children for the rest of the summer. School can't come soon enough, to be honest. We ended up getting toys, a decoration, some candy and snacks, school supplies, and even a few hair accessories for me. Highlight of the trip has been the mini not-quite-Jenga game. We have been playing with this for well over an hour and it's been a blast. I've never played before and didn't realize how nerve-wracking Jenga could be! Well worth the $1.25 we spent, and we will go back and get a few more as backups. That was today, we got all of our Easter stuff there and I even swung by right after they opened to pick up a few pregnancy tests while trying to conceive my son.The store itself isn't in the best of shape. It's clean, but it looks like nothing was really upgraded between the closing of the Rite-Aid that was there before and the opening of this store. Staff is a 5-star staff - every single employee was friendly and helpful. The cashier even warned of a road closure nearby due to a gas line explosion in the neighboring town. We will be back, many times...I need the Jurassic Park t-shirt I initially refused to get for myself.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because from outside the store looked like it was out of business.We went to get a few back to school supplies and while there wasn't much that fulfilled the requirements or looked sturdy, we were able to get a few items. We also got craft supplies, toiletries, snacks, toys (Jurassic World surprise eggs!), and even a few home decor items. It's a bit jumbled, but the staff is friendly and we didn't have to wait for help with anything.

Drove 25 miles out of state to take better half to a new Dollar Tree in Virginia. She was looking for somethings that she couldn't find at the local stores. It was once a Rite Aid and was right good sized. The store was very clean, the isles uncluttered and the bathroom spotless. I couldn't find somthing and ask an assistant and they took me right to it. Very friendly and helpful. Biggest Dollar Tree I've been in. Very well stocked and my better half found all the things she couldn't find elsewhere plus more. A very nice shopping experience. I'm sure my better half will return or let me put it this was. I'm sure that " I " will be taking my better half back there. Ya know I love her so what else can I do.

The most organized and cleanest store I have ever been inside!. Staff are so helpful and courteous! They have lots of items I have never seen in a Dollar tree too! I would suggest everyone should check this Dollar tree out! Tami who works there is absolutely wonderful going out of her way to help customers.

This Dollar Tree store is like the others ones. We come to find little crafts and nick nacks for my child or for the home. What I like most is the cashier lady that I always see here. I don't remember her name but she is very pleasant, helpful and friendly. She is the best part of this Dollar Tree store. If u are a regular here u know who she is.

One word.... CLEAN!!Cleanest DT I have ever been in and that includes other states as well. While checking out one day, I mentioned how clean the store was to 2 of the employees, one being the manager. They were so grateful and appreciative to hear that. I will also add, that they have a great selection of items to choose from and are well organized. I will drive out of my way to visit this DT, even though I have a closer option!

Very nice store! Exceptionally clean, the store and the aisles are bigger than other dollar tree stores and staff was very upbeat and friendly! Great experience! The store is always clean and bright and the shelves stocked. The only issue is that the air conditioning rarely works well. On hot days in the summer the air conditioner is needed for both patrons and employees.

Awesome store. Yes price had change to 1.25. And they have $3 & $5 ZONE. (SOME CANDY BARS ARE STILL $1) Alot of great crafty items and great stuff for the young ones. 🙋🏽‍♀️❤️💲 🌳 greeting cards are still 2/$1.00 or $1.00

We had our family pictures today and I called 3 days ago to ask if they fill solid colored latex balloons and they said yes. So I told them I’d stop on the way to pictures as we needed them for the pictures. I stopped on way and then was told they only sell the bagged ones and could not fill them even though they have the tank. I told them I called and asked and was told otherwise. No one apologized and the store opened 3 minutes late. Terrible customer service. There were 3 ladies standing there and not one of them offered even a glimpse of care. So I called Martins across the street and they had them ready in 2 minutes. I won’t be returning to this dollar tree. Sad!

The best Dollar Tree in the Winchester, Frederick County area. Clean, organized and tons of items. I drive an extra 15 minutes to go to the Stephens City store.

This Dollar Tree is the largest one in this area and is now a Dollar Tree Plus. I'm so excited because they have nicer items for up to $5.

They had everything I needed, I am homeless but my sister lets you come over every once in awhile and cook up the food I have oh, so I had a the roasting pan for my ham and a couple other pans I had for some chickens so everything was taken care of with some spices and I got some sugar free candy the last me for the day.

We walked in the door that has a sign stating that masks are required and not one customer in the store had a mask on. This is a violation of the Governor’s mandate . The law is being ignored. Not safe to shop there.

This is an amazing dollar tree. Very wide selection, the shelves stay full, refrigerators in the back, and excellent customer service.
