I wanted to take a minute to thank Donna and the print service staff at Staples. Donna is kind, patient and willing to do whatever it takes to help complete a project the right way. I appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help and hope Staples knows they have valuable employees going the extra mile. 😊

I went to Staples in Staunton today (6/27) at 11:30am to get a wireless keyboard. I knew what I was up against before I entered the store. I needed to ask a few questions about these items and could not find a sales person. I asked the cashier if they had a sales person on the floor anywhere. He said the closest thing we have to a sales person is the guy at the tech service counter. The tech guy stayed on the phone the entire time I was in the store. Basically I never got waited on and left to go to Walmart. I could have gone to Walmart to begin with but I knew no one there would know anything about keyboards. I chose a store like Staples so I could get some knowledgeable assistance in selecting my item. I guess to get any assistance at Staples you would need to make an appointment. They NEVER have any help on the floor. You are basically on your own. I noticed as I walked out that the parking lot was practically empty. Is it any wonder!!

Don't go there if you want anything printed, one person working that area, and no one waiting, appeared not to be that busy, but say to go to self-service, but you don't know how to do it and still get NO help. I will go somewhere else with our company business and gladly pay them even more to NOT TO GO BACK THERE. VERY DISSATISFIED AND WON'T BE BACK. HAPPY HOLIDAYS. 12/21/22 AT 7PM.

The prices for specials seemed to be fairly in line with our expectations. However, after standing on the floor for 45 minutes waiting for assistance I left without purchasing anything. To be fair the gentleman at the computer desk was busy with a customer, told us he would be with us, and then a line formed. There were 3 associates spotted on the way out of the store that were idle with no customers. Will take my money somewhere else.

Most of the positive reviews are painfully obviously all fake.Atrocious website, service, and associates. Approach store with very low expectations and it will be fine if you need something quick and simple with hopefully no assistance. *Manager is extremely annoying*

I've been in several different Staples stores and there is not a single location with as many friendly and helpful employees and management!!The tech salesmen don't make you feel pressured into buying anything but they do answer your questions and explain features on products, warranties, etc. so you are well informed. Example: a laptop I just purchased the tech associate, Travis, showed me that the laptop I ended up choosing has a terabyte of extra storage and understood my concern when I asked about anti-virus software slowing down the computer.I've seen the General Manager, Jeston, help customers, carry out a customer's purchase for them and run a register. His supervisors are always on the floor helping too.Thanks Jeston and crew for always helping, you guys are the best!

Went here yesterday (10/6/18, around 3 or 4 pm) to print something from their print service stations. I had never used them like this before and I won't do it again. Worst experience I've ever had there in years. So not only were the computers down for the actual person to help us, but she was rude to the point I almost walked out. I've never used the self service printers before where you have to scan a code and all kinds of stuff. So I didn't know you needed a card to do it, the girl was rude when I said all I had was cash. Practically ripped my cash from my hand and put it on a card. Gave me the card. When I said hey I don't know what I'm doing on this can you help me she was very short with me and my friend. Like it was an inconvienve that we needed help using equipment we've never used. She wasn't friendly. The only helpful thing was that we finally got all of our stuff printed. After she helped me we just did my friends stuff on our own. After that we went walking thru the store to look for some classroom supplies and got a couple sale items. When we checked out tho the stuff rang up differently. When we asked why the guy said the sale starts tomaro.... Then why put the tags out more than 18 hours before the sale starts? That was odd to me and a bit confusing because we couldn't see regular prices with sale stickers and tags over them. It wasn't a very great experience and I can say I'll be returning to the libraries to print my things in the future due to this experience. I use to love this store, I wasn't at all impressed with either associate who helped us. Didn't even get their names because no one was wearing a nametag.

Went shopping at staples in the Staunton location was treated very poorly by the employees and the manager at this location when I was very respectful to them... I had seen several things in a discount bin that they had in several of the isles and was told they were a certain price then when I went to the counter to check out they tried to charge me so much more than what the merchandise was listed for so I spoke to the clerk as well as the manager and they told me that it’s not there problem and the items were not supposed to be in that discount bin.... so I was humiliated at the checkout line by both the clerk and the manager by having those items taken from me and making it out like it wasn’t there problem and it’s not there job to ensure that all the items are placed in the proper places with the accurate prices on them... as the manager stated to me that he is not going to follow people around and make sure things are placed back in there proper locations... I will never shop at this staples store again... they are extremely rude unorganized and disrespectful...

Staples has really went downhill in customer service in the last few years. There seems to be nobody on the sales floor to help people, and those behind the tech desk act as if helping with questions isn't their job. This store used to be great but management has run it down with employee cuts to save their bottom line. I expect to hear it's being shut down soon.

A great staff with a great copy center ! They are on time, and professional. They do summer events for the community, and care foe their customers. They have saved the day for me on many occasions. THANK YOU for being great !!

The lady up front was very rude. They didn’t go through with their price match guarantee even though they have posters up all throughout the store. The manager was very rude as well. Overall I wouldn’t recommend shopping at the staples in Staunton, Virginia. Their overall quality and customer service has really gotten poor.

The electronic operator repeats " your call will be answered momentarily" but that is untrue. I have spent up to 20 minutes waiting without an answer. I was in the store when an employee commented "the phone has been ringing off the hook today", still no one was answering. The tech staff is very helpful but you need to go into the store and wait without chairs. This lack of service will be the downfall of this store.

I used to be an employee of Staunton staples. I was treated very poorly by management there. Last week my fiance and I were walking through the store, where a manger named Stefan followed us vigorously from the back of the store to the front. We finally turned around and asked why he was doing so, and very meanly accused us of stealing and that he was going to basically stand right behind our backs and breath down our necks until we leave the store. We were highly offended that management would accuse someone of such a horrid act when we were merely walking in plain sight minding our business like every other day and place. We then went up to the store manager, Jeston, and explained very nicely as to what had just happened. He went from being very understanding, to calling Stefon over. Stefon denied saying those accusations, and instead of putting the customer first like all retail environments should, he took the other manager's word and very rudely demanded we get out of their store and never resolved this horrible conflict. We then proceeded to call and make a compliant to customer service, where again, no justice was done. On top of that, we also contacted the district manager, Dennis, which was also a very lazy and uncaring manager through the whole scenario. I am utterly appalled by the lack of decency and respect the management gives to serious conflicts where the company is profiling and discriminating innocent customers. I will never allow myself, nor my children to ever walk into a company as evil as them.

I just came in to buy a computer. Only the tech support guy can sell computers apparently and he is swamped with people needing tech support. My desire to buy the computer is spiraling to near zero waiting. Can't the cashier just grab me one and check me out? Guess not. :(

I placed a copy order online. Due to my misunderstanding, I ordered the wrong thing. They are reprinting my order for me at no charge. Wow! What great customer service! Thank you to the girls working in the copy and print area!

Overpriced on absolutely everything. However they do price match. Make sure you comparison shop online 1st, or you'll get ripped off by paying full retail price at staples

I have had a horrible experience trying to get business cards made here at this location. Not organized at all!!! Its taken 3 weeks and now they seem to have lost them when they called and said to come pick them up. Crazy and NEVER again.
