My family and I were in town from Detroit to visit family and we don't have a Sheetz in Michigan, so of course we had to stop in and get some food. We came multiple times and got multiple options. We really love Sheetz so much, wish we had one closer to us but until then will just enjoy it when we can.

I got off I-95 and stopped to get my french fries! They were great as usual. Very delicious. This time I decided to get the curly fries instead of the straight fries. They are both equally delicious. I love the monthly unlimited every 2 hours fries deal!

Stopped in at this Sheetz as we were traveling from PA to Atlanta. It is conveniently located off the highway.This store is smaller, but has everything you need. Also, it was a bit disorganized and kind of dirty, which is very abnormal for Sheetz.If you have a Tesla, there are plenty of charging stations.

Have come on multiple occasions just to see if all the other times we came were flukes but we don't have much luck with the food here. They won't only forget certain items that we order but they take FOREVER doing it. On average, from 15+ visits (I don't remember how many times we came before we started timing our visits 15 visits ago), our wait time here is 27 minutes just to wait for our food. That's AFTER we've paid until we have our food bags in hand. Most of the time we ask for a salad, of some sort/variation, and the 2 hotdog deal. They take so long that often enough we get some items in our bag that have been sitting long and have already cooled off. I would recommend going to the other Sheetz 15 minutes away in Fishersville if you're itching to get Sheetz food. Would be 1 star but they get 2 because I have a Sheetz card that gets me free donuts every now and then. On top of it all the workers don't seem to want to adjust anything either. They don't try to rush when a lot of orders come in and they don't appear to try to learn how to multitask. EDIT: Got a Mac n cheese platter and a pretzel today, which took 32 minutes. Both giving me high blood pressure, for different reasons though.

Absolutely outstanding I haven't been to this location and six years and they made a 180 degree change. They have everything from gas to diesel they even have Tesla charging stations for your vehicle. They have endless amounts of food freshly brewed tea and coffee what more could you want in this gas station. 100% recommend a visit here!

This is a very busy location. They are several gas pumps and electric charges which were all basically utilized. The indoor spacing is a bit cumbersome with the shelving, displays and all the foot traffic going in and out.

Amazing place, friendly staff, and very much clean for a gas station. Everyone who wrote negative reviews need to touch some grass. This is a gas station, lower your standards, because I think you guys are confusing it with a formal 5 star restaurant that Gordon Ramsey is cooking at. I have friends that work for Sheetz, they deep clean every 4 hours, and clean up when they see a mess. It’s not their fault that people are disgusting and can’t clean up after themselves. Like for example, when I was in the restroom, this lady dropped her paper towel on the floor because she missed trash, AND DIDNT PICK IT UP. Everyone is grown, they should be capable to throw their trash away instead of leaving it there. Cut the employee’s some slack, they are doing amazing, and also it doesn’t help customers are rude sometimes to them. They always care for the customer first, it’s bad enough they don’t get paid enough to being deal with rude people everyday. Everyone that works for this sheetz is super nice and friendly and I come here just because of the food, and the staff! I notice when people have a bad experience with the a place, they are quick to write a bad review but what about the good experiences? People don’t be writing reviews about the good experiences Everybody has off days, so touch some grass people. This sheetz is the best one in the area!

Stopped for air for low tire & couldn't locate their FREE AIRPUMP due to many new electric charging stations which was a total letdown & surprise as well. Remember to look twice with caution before exiting onto Rte 250.

A standard store for this chain. There are plenty of spots to get into for fuel. Also, there are several charging stations for Tesla devices to use. Use your Sheetz card to get three cents off each gallon. Slightly higher than some stores in Staunton, this is an average placed spot for the region none the less. Overall, this is easy to get in and out of and no fills, making it a four star site.

Sheetz is always my go to convenience store. I will drive by five other gas stations just to get to a Sheetz. They basically have everything I need and one location, fairly priced. I love convenience and ease of the self checkout. The sheetz Freak points are a definite bonus for lots of free items each month

Always love a good sheetz trip. Clean, good price for gas, and rewards systems are awesome. I usually just self checkout so I cant say much about staff, but they are always friendly and happy to help.

Fresh to go food made to order as advertised. Can get busy bust mostly fast experience. Lots of selection from personal pizza to burgers, subs and appetizers to go. No in house seating but seating outdoors for a quick bite. Gas pumps and a rewards card program available.

I like their made to order menu, but usually don't have a good grab and go selection. I haven't been crazy about their coffee since their last change over, but I got a cup this trip and it was really good. Don't know what changed, but it was really good. Sheetz are also usually a great stop as their bathrooms are usually clean.

Great place to stop in while on a road trip. Fuel, food, comfort station. Good stuff, fair prices, moderately clean, however there's always litter, dirt and spills outside, inside and in the restroom.

This Sheetz was not in good condition when my family visited on 11/29/2022. The store was generally dirty, the drink machine was not in the best working order, among other out of order things in the store. What really got me the most was the condition of the bathroom. There were overflowing urinals that leaked all over the floor for what looked like hours. It seemed as though the staff did not want anything to do with this issue. I am very disappointed in Sheetz for allowing this. I will think twice before stopping here again!

It's a sheetz. It's fine. Sometimes the dip cups are full, sometimes they aren't. Sometimes the bathrooms are clean, and sometimes they aren't. Many of the comments about this location are completely unhelpful and entitled beyond belief. It's a gas station people.

Ordered cheese sticks with boom boom sauce. The price for the boom boom sauce I noticed has stayed the same. However, I was not given the same amount of product, they used to actually fill the condiment cup up to the rim. This time it was literally half full. It may seem petty to complain about how full a condiment cup is, but I am apparently now paying the same amount for half the product? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that appears to me to be a 50% cost inflation, correct?

Jeremy and Crystal were so very helpful, very nice and welcoming. It was my first time ordering food from Sheetz and I am glad I did. They made it a super easy experience and I enjoyed watching how kind Crystal was to all the other customers she made it feel like a place people could feel at home, and we are talking about Sheetz ! but her kindness really made an impact on my heart. We were in town late and staying at the Blackburn Inn and by time we checked in there were no restaurants open at that time , so we were informed by the hotel that Sheetz was. Our babies got fed and we loved the mini pizzas and steak quesadilla that Jeremy made with love! It was great btw thanks for the jalapeños too y’all were great God bless you in Jesus name 🙏

Been eating at sheetz since I was a kid, got the western burrito and 4 cheesy tater tots. $10 later and I'm still hungry. Literally 3 bites on the "burrito "...wat a waste. I'm still hungry, not only was it too small it didn't taste good cause there was nothing in it. Come on sheetz get it together. I paid $10 for a tortilla wrap folded up w some bean paste and cheese in it. Shame

Poor food. Misleading in store advertising. Helpful friendly staff.From the touch screen I proceeded to order breakfast anticipated first meal of the day! Popular items pictured on screen included a plump sausage egg and cheese burrito 2 for $4... no need to go any further. It looked like exactly what I had hoped for however woe is me.What I received was 2 burritos with sausage, some flakes of egg and a "cheese" similar to Velveeta / cheese wiz all of which I didn't realize till I returned to my car, took bite and chewed as if I was chewing a rubber inner tube.I was going to blow it off but thought NO...I didn't order this! So I went back and the girl was very polite said that I had ordered the premade burrito not the custom burrito. I replied that I had ordered the burrito pictured...where the screen prompts "Order This"She then kindly assisted me at the screen in ordering a custom burrito. By the time we had completed the process, my bill was a good 25% higher. I realized that I was no longer hungry having already had half of the rubber wrapped burrito, earlier so I cancelled and felt obligated to post this review.I had initially planned to go to McDonald's as their burrito is decent, tasty and of good value.Very disappointing experience which has taken an hour+ including this review.For breakfast go to McDonald's better yet spend a few extra minutes and find a locally owned diner where quality food served is essential to their success.Flustered

You can't ask for more diversity from a gas station. Their food is actually good and so are their strawberry smoothies! My favorite. Great employees and everything in the entire store is always fresh. Millions of treats and toppings as options for you or your children that are self serve. Something for everybody!
