This mother/daughter company is fantastic! I found my item at about half the price of other websites and with very reasonable shipping costs. It only took a few days to get here and was in packaging that I can reuse as the label peeled right off. They went out of their way to find the color I wanted. I will keep Pufferbellies in mind when I shop for toys and I hope you do too!

Visiting Pufferbellies turned out to be a highlight of our recent trip to Staunton, VA. The staff was hospitable. I remember Carly in particular because all she needed were a few clues from me to find the exact toys I wanted. The prices were reasonable, and many items were sale-priced, plus free gift-wrapping! I accidentally left a credit card there, and they graciously sent it to my home. Thanks for that.Pufferbellies is a "must visit" if you're in the area. I bought toys for my grandchildren and a jigsaw puzzle for myself as well.

I place a order today and as soon as I did ,I realized I needed more items . I called the store and what a wonderful experience I had the sales representative that answered the phone was so great I felt like I was their only customer. She helped me to add 4 more items , and did it in such a customer focused way I was so pleased . I was doing some Christmas shopping for my grandchildren and she was a great representative I thought she was the owner . She informed me she worked there but felt like a member of the family . This is a great toy store. I had read a previous post that encouraged me to drive about 3 hours to this store. I couldn't buy a lot because I need to fly back and I don't have much room. But I am very content with what I bought. Very unique items.

Our #1 go-to place for toys and gifts! They have an amazing selection at all different price points. Plus they offer complimentary gift wrapping, which includes a “birthday key” when you buy a gift. The key allows the gift recipient to come in to the store and unlock a special prize. So fun!After buying a gift there recently, my kids have been pleading to ensure they get a birthday key when their birthdays come around.

Such a wonderful toy store. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and a huge, wonderful selection: Rody horses, trikes, art supplies, Lego’s, journals, instruments, and even lots of books. The employees even helped us find a nearby restaurant for lunch. When we forgot something at the toy store, they came to the restaurant to return it! We really enjoyed spending a snowy day here!!

So cute! We're super kind and I enjoyed walking around. Got two journals and some smaller items. Will come back!!Edit: got an awesome squishy ball that was similar to the needoh nice cube since they had sold out, staff was super awesome and helped me find something close! I really appreciated it, and its FANTASTIC squishing! I have to hold back from coming in, i always buy so much!

When a toy store is nationally known, you just HAVE to stop in. As Indiana residents, we were looking for "must-sees" in Staunton. The wedding party holding their reception at the Stonewall Jackson (just a few blocks away) listed Pufferbellies as a place to visit, and it did not disappoint. A wide array of age appropriate toys lined the walls, and in such a way that something new caught your eye at every turn. In a world steering away from retail, Pufferbellies has found a way to reach the kid in each adult, and the kids of every age.
