was 1am was short staff and the only two available showers were reserved but store was empty, was one employee very beautiful short middle aged woman on 5/9/24 she stopped what she was doing and cleaned about three showers precisely and swiftly and by time I came out of the shower she had the whole gas station floor mopped and if I was single I'd been tempted to make her an addition to my family thanks pilot and woman who was working that night, you know who you are 🏽🙏🏽

Have been here multiple times over the years since I am local. Will be the last stop today!!! Customer service is TERRIBLE. 1 cashier stood at 1 end(with NO ONE in front of her) and looked at me multiple times and didn't even try to assist me. Another finally came out of the kitchen and offered to help but was very very rude. I was having issues with the gas pump and when she finally "assisted" she said "you could of used the self check out" with a smirk. Then once I told her everything that was going on with the rewards card she stated that it had been "giving a lot of people problems today" , like I would have known that, and stated that "I would just have to get a new one." She asked if I had picked up the handle and I had told her no that I had only tried to do the rewards and my card. Then she wanted to know how much to prepay. Told her I was just filling up and didn't know how much it would take. She asked the type of car and I told her. She said she would put in a certain amount and that if it didn't take all of it that when I hung up the handle it would put the remaining amount back in the account. She made it seem as if I didn't know how to pump gas or anything.

I team drive with my husband, While showering at the pilot I experienced something I never have. While showing my husband funded before I did when he left the bathroom he informed the cleaner (hey my wife is still in the shower getting dressed). Before I could lock him he door is his man used his key to enter into my shower without knocking or asking if anyone was still in the shower mind u he was just told 2 to 3 mins before I was still in there. This wasn’t ok at all and female truck driver be safe bc even the workers can’t be trusted.

Unique setup. Cars to the front, trucks through the woods. 100 truck spaces, 19 reserved (get yours online.) Follow the path with awning to get to store. Arby's is here, McDonald's close by. Hot showers. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"

Truckers!! This place is a dump. Overflowing dumpsters, garbage and junk everywhere with overgrown vegetation. Even a full size mattress. Trash all over the parking lot. You can’t step out of your truck without stepping in some trash. You can’t walk your dog anywhere near the truck parking. Not one clear spot of land. I understand there’s disrespectful people out here making a mess but Pilot FJ clearly isn’t even trying to maintain their lot.

Showers all night, thank you. It is nonsense the Pilot 5 miles away puts signs up and you can only shower by tipping the person cash. Makes it a lot harder on this employee. Outstanding job though! Big truck stop, the only wifi working is the one on the right when you first come in though. Parking lot sperated from store. Showers down and bathrooms outside right now

This place sucks I've been here since Friday night came in & no hot food. We drivers need hot food also the lady who is here didn't know how to handle customer service questions now I'm here Saturday night finishing my reset the hot food is very limited meaning only chicken is available

I am not a trucker but this is a great place to stop on i-81. The restrooms are very clean with private stalls. They have lots of food choices and the gas pumps are newer and work well

This pilot is very nice because it has a doggie fence park for your for babies to run around use the potty. It was nice because it’s our for babies. First time traveling a good distance..

Smol and poor truck stop, except cat scale and 9 diesel pumps. Construction going on, showers are down, plumbing issue. Don't count on parking after 6-7pm.

I love stopping at travel centers and checking out all the interesting knick knacks and variety of snacks. The staff were all nice and the place was inviting. Top it all off me and my friend were given a case of spices by a fellow traveler.

employees who at the checkout are not friendly with their heads, I bought 2 beers and chips, she told me 10 dollars and 11 cents, I gave her 11 dollars, she asked if I had 11 cents, I said no, leave the change and was about to leave , the second employee took the package from me by force, thinking that I did not pay them 11 cents. it was not very nice

This middle aged lady who worked there on Aug 12, 2023 was convinced I stole something. I brought my travel bag in and my shaving cream can fell out. She walked up to me and then demands to show her the inside of my bag. I said, " hell no". I'll never go here again. I felt uncomfortable. I will never go to pilot again. I drive a truck around the country and use truck stops all week long. Just lost me as a customer

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have visited this particular site. First visit resulted in the gas pump handles on all the pumps being covered by bags. This visit the pumps were so slow that it took nearly 10 minutes to pump 3 gallons. I do hope it gets better by my next visit.

Well, to be honest, I've never had to walk under a covered walkway that wound itself through a forest, on a rain-soaked evening, just to get to the Pilot from the truck parking lot, but at least the attendants were professional and the showers clean.

It's a good place, the staff is quite friendly. Only I wanted to comment that there is a black kitty abandoned outside, if someone will adopt it before it is killed by a truck or it dies of cold I gave her food and bought her a blanket she is friendly, I can't take it because I don't have where to keep it, I don't know how at the gas station the workers haven't adopted it or called somewhere where they can take care of her

This is one of those pilots where you have about a 40% chance of finding some midnight parking. I've been lucky and have found parking here every time I've stopped by. Also I need to mention across the way is edelweiss German restaurant. If you have not been yet please go treat yourself to a great dining experience.

Reserve a spot at your own risk. I was told this evening that due to no spots being available, after reserving one earlier in the day, that the most they can do is refund my purchase.. I am on a dedicated account which is 10 miles away, I have parked here many times. If you aren't guaranteeing spots for those who pay, then you should drop reserve parking, also update the amount of actual reserved spots you have at each site.. says 19 on the app, In reality its maybe 10 marked, max.. I had less then 30 minutes left on my clock and finally found a spot..

I reserve shower at the Night Shift and there’s two cashiers and No one cleaning The shower and I’m a pilot member and they was having a conversation together and there’s no one at the store and the lady her name Deborah or zebra I don’t know she kick me out the store and asked me to leave because I asked them to clean one of they showers because I reserve it from the mobile app and they put a sign on the door it says no showers maintenance problem whatever it says I don’t recommend to go there and they treat you like you’re a dirty trucker person

Our stay was great, nice, quiet parking lot. Shower was awesome, ate at Arby's. Food was hot and fresh. Great cup of coffee in the morning, Friendly staff. Nice restrooms. A lot of people complained in their reviews about walking so far. For me, after being in a semi for hours and not stopping, It felt good to take a bit of a walk. The only thing they could make it better. Is to clean the awning over the walkway. It could use a good power washing, and clean the lights.

The staff is friendly, the store is clean, the Arby's is good food. The lot is clean but small. This Pilot has a relaxing atmosphere, especially the walkway to the store . The cats are a plus, corporate, please get rid of the cats!! They are an asset to your truck stop!! I want to come back to this truck stop to see them.

11 Apr 22 Under construction, almost done, gonna be nice. Lot - midsized for PFJ, but more room than most. Store is almost done with remodel, and will be totally updated. A bit of a hike from the lot to the store, but it's covered so that should help in inclement weather. Showers and bathrooms were down when I came through. WiFi doesn't reach the lot.

Great customer service everyone worker was pleasant. But it's pretty sad that as a trucker, driver day and night. You can't get a decent meal no soups on Saturday, no breakfast foods. All the food is put up at night. Like this is ridiculous flying j/ pilot 😒
