Jessica is excellent with our Otis, we drive 1 1/2 hours one way just for her to take care of him. Other groomers we have been to he has seizures afterwards since we have met Jessica several years ago we have had no problems after grooming. Thanks Jessica you do a great job, we dont mind the 3 hour trip to keep our Otis safe.

I would not recommend taking a small shih tzu with small matts not even close to the skin to be groomed. Cause they won't groom them!!! Very high upset will never take her again!!

We love taking our boy to petco grooming. Jessica is always warm, kind, and welcoming to us when we arrive. The team at staunton petco grooming also knows our dog by name and is soft and loving with him. I love that Jessica will give us recommendations for our dogs fur type and style options.
