Great place to stop, the diesel pumps are always crowded but the employees are good at keeping them moving through. So no 30s at the pump drivers. The showers are clean and well-maintained, though there is usually a 3-5 person wait from my experience. Employees are friendly and make short conversation well.

Typical road side rest stop. Gas, bathrooms, snacks, drinks and coffee. The latter of which I must say was pretty, pretty tasty. Car supplies in the front. Cashier was very pleasant, even though he got stuck working Christmas Eve. So good job there, because I got stuck driving from Nashville to Brooklyn on the same Christmas Eve. Place was clean enough. As were the bathrooms.

Went to take a shower, the water was freezing. There was hair in the sink and drain and the water never warmed up. For an $18 Loves shower, it was horrible compared to other Love's showers.2 stars because the store and other restrooms were clean, just don't take showers here.

You can always count on Loves for a clean bathroom and lots of great coffee options. Except for a Buccees ( and who wants to deal with the traffic) Loves is always a safe choice. Lots and lots of handicap parking made parking in the rain a mad dash for the bathroom but otherwise it's a great stop.

I just got hit by another truck for parking in an actual truck parking spot. I called to get the store clerks to move these trucks that aren’t supposed to park here when there’s signs that say “no parking” right along the curb because I wouldn’t have been hit if they didn’t allow this behavior. Poor lack of customer service. Will not be coming here in the future.

A great new Love’s travel center that open the other year. First time here and it’s very nice. The Love’s has about 7 diesel lanes and a on site truck and tire repair shop too. Inside they have fresh coffee and soft drinks with fast food. They also have a Chester’s Chicken and McDonald’s too. The truck parking lot is large for about 70-80 trucks, and it’s will lite too. They have 7 showers which are very clean and so are the restrooms too.

I stop in here frequently when I’m that area. Clean store ,showers and parking lot is well kept. Lots of truck traffic here and it’s a great place to take a break, even if only to get fuel and move on. Hot foods ,friendly staff and hot coffee! Love stopping here. I especially avoid the pilot next door! Horrible place to stop in

I do like Love's however, and this is the biggest draw back. So be very aware that they will quite likely put a ridiculous $175 hold on your credit card even if you just get $20 of gas. DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD. And yes, again, this is also true of a Credit Card.

Very nice clean and kept up place. Showers are very nice, good water pressure. The lady working tonight cleaning the showers is the real MVP. I should of got her name. Very very polite and takes pride in her job. As well as the rest of the staff. Plenty of parking as well and clean parking lot. Great Job. 👍 Loves give these employees a raise for the recognition. They are making our job out here on the road alot more siffiant! Definitely coming back when I can

This is a very nice truck stop. The bathrooms are very clean. The only complaint I have is the toilet paper dispenser is way too high so I can’t set stuff on it. I did have a very nice poop here and the toilet seat was very comfortable.

Brand new Loves, Open in February 2020, so everything still looks brand new. Staff is still a little inexperienced, for example in not knowing how to cancel a sale at the registry. I bought a cup of coffee what the lady automatically swiped as a credit card, or maybe the machine did that, but I wanted to use the debit. Otherwise I have to pay for certain amounts under the $20 a five dollar fee. The lady did not know how to do that. But She was friendly and asked for help of the manager. Everything looks very clean including the bathrooms, parking places, showers, and the store. In this location there is a Chester, and subway for the Footes. Located on a great location together with other gas labels.Altogether a great brand new Loves!

This is certainly a great pit stop when you're traveling. They have just about everything that you need at your fingertips. Including great gas prices! Good Love’s, prices were expected and the convenience store had a wide selection of snacks/drinks and other accessories. The parking lot was plenty big to maneuver the pumps.

Good Love's location. You should find pretty clean bathrooms that are well kept. Easy access off the highway with a nice wide entrance. Pumps were fast. McDonald's and Chesters chicken attached. Lots of snacks and road supplies. They have that jerky that always says it's local but looks the exact same in FL as it does in VA. Overall clean and brightly lit consistent safe feeling place to stop.

SHAME on the fire Marshal and sheriff's department for allowing the truck parking lot to be a free for all at night. Can't get in can't get out due to trucks parked anywhere they please. If there was a fire or emergency I would be held hostage in here due to lack of laws being followed. Apparently the fire lanes mean nothing. Shame on Staunton VA.

One notable aspect was the cleanliness of their bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find well-maintained and hygienic facilities, which is always a welcome sight during a long journey. The cleanliness added to the overall comfort and convenience of my visit. Friendly service, convenient location, and easy access to fuel made it a worthwhile stop during my travels.

The service was very friendly, and the cleaning in the bathrooms was very good. The girl Deisy in charge of that area was really committed, doing her cleaning job very well! I am glad that there are people who enjoy serving others and make you feel a pleasant experience in the place!!! next time we travel here for sure it will be good to visit this place again!!!

As a store meant to accommodate many, this Love's location exceeds at what it strives to do. With easy access to and out of, a spacious lot with typical station amenities, sixteen fuel pumps, and competitive fuel prices, there is no wonder as to why the store is popular.

Husband and I are on the road again. Stopped in this morning for gas and fuel. This stores seemed smaller than it was on our last visit. The parking lot was full of truck cabs. Lots of people needing gas at the pumps. Attendants were busy trying to keep customers flowing.

Place is extremely busy or workers are really slow. Waited 2 hours for a shower, would cancel shower but needed a 30 min break and fuel. Just keep in mind when parking for a shot break

This Loves was one of the worst experiences I have ever been to and I have been to alot since I am a truck driver. I needed a tire patched/replaced on my trailer since there was a nail in the tire. When I arrived at the shop I was greated very nicely by multiple employees. I was told it would be two hours wait until it could be fixed. At the two hour mark I called and the man pictured below which informed he was a manager/supervisor was very unprofessional. I informed I have been waiting for two hours, he said your next in line. I asked what is the wait time, he didn't replay at first. I asked again he said when ever we get to you. I said should I expect an hour he finally said yes! I waited one more hour I decided to walk in the shop office to see what was going on this time. I was greeted by multiple employees that said I am sorry for your wait we are trying to get you in to one of our bays we just have had to wait on other drivers in front of you. I said no worries I just want to make sure I haven't been passed over. This manager comes walking in says I have already told you your next in line can't you see were busy. I asked well can you use the photo I took of the tire to get the repair process approved by my company since it takes awhile for the approval to happen so maybe we can speed up the process. He refused to answer, so I asked again. He said we will take care of it when it gets to the shop! I asked a few other questions which he refused to answer when spoken to. They finally pulled me into a bay after four hours of waiting. The manager refused to talk to me and he had another mechanic do all the communication. Finally the repair was done another hour later. It took 5 hours for a new tire. As I was receiving my paperwork for checkout I asked can I get my loyalty reward points for this visit. The manager replied its only 250 points. I replied I understand but I would like them added to my card. This employee is super rude. The lack of leadership was appalling. Multiple other drivers were having the same problem. There were alot of employees in the shop but mostly everyone was just walking around and talking to each other no work was actually happening which made longer wait times. I definitely will not be having any work done at this shop again. I do not recommend any driver stopping here. Go down the road to the Petro Raphine and you will have a better experience.

Great travel stop. Do have a dump station for rv sewage, but the design is very flawed. Because the pipe is elevated it is necessary to allow the hose to fill then lift it repeatedly. Glad to be able to empty, but will look for an alternative
