The cashiers are the greatest! And they're real! Humans!!! Not scan your own....that was my pro....now for the con...stockers! Listen it's "First in, First out!" Means put the newest stock in the back of the product that's on the shelf. Today is 30th December 2023 & I found stock that had expired in October 2023.

Wow! Wonderful organized clean best Food Lion I’ve seen although they’re all well-staffed ones I’ve been to. This one stands out & I really noticed their shiny floors I could eat off them! Seriously! Diligent well-mannered smart helpful staff! Thank you so much for making me as a new customer feel welcome! You all rock!

Great selection at decent prices. Well stocked and has a good variety of fresh produce, gluten free and international food products. The online to go ordering is great too with lots of feedback from your shopper to notify you if they need to do any replacements and get your approval before replacing something.

I really like my local Food Lion store! We like shopping there because we do not have to check ourselves out. The store is clean and the staff friendly. I am most always able to find what I'm looking for.

Feli customer service is awful went back to counter after placing orders of 2 items after shopping for 20 min. Store was super slow so no way it wasn't ready. All 4 FOUR saw me. All 4 made eye contact including the person who took my order and the deli manager who deferred my order to associate and I stood there about 7 min until manager played dumb and finally got my h and cheese. Mind u. The two most involved with my experience knew I was also working instacart. 😤

This used to be my favorite grocery store. Over the past 2 months they are almost always sold out of many items I regularly purchase for my family. All the other grocery stores have the items stocked. They need to change suppliers if they can't proper stock the store. Also there are 2 very rude employees. One is the guy who works at the deli in the mornings. Always grumpy if I ask for anything and he makes an ugly face anytime a customer approaches the deli. The other rude employee is the long haired young man who works as a cashier up front. He is very rude and has an attitude. I will no longer be shopping at this Food Lion and will be taking my business to the North Coaster street store.

Don't ever have any issues here besides the fact that it is the only location that will not allow me to use my phone to pay. I do these at other businesses and other food lion locations, but here it doesn't work. I otherwise have always found what I needed easily. Staff is friendly and store seems to be kept up pretty well.

This Food Lion store is one ofvthe better ones I have had the pleasure of shopping at. The shelves are kept well stocked and finding the items you want is usually very easy, and when you do have a problem you can count on friendly help from the employees to help you out. I appreciate the prices and the freshness of their produce and meat department stock.

Always have good shopping experience here. Staff always says hello, asks if they can help me with anything, along with the employees always being very courteous. Store is very clean and anytime there's been an issue management has always handled it promptly.

While shopping today getting groceries we noticed customers wearing masks and gloves while the cashier's and baggers did not and they had the audacity to be rude with the customers who are taking the virus seriously and one cashier had a runny nose and told a elderly lady that it was just her allergies regardless what it is have enough respect for others .

I loved this Food Lion when I was at WWRC. They are much cheaper than Wal-Mart and less crowded than Wal-Mart. Food Lion is where I got most of my groceries during my cottage tenancy at WWRC and I liked their rapid checkout speeds. I would prefer Food Lion over Wal-Mart because of their MVP card specials. Despite having to cross US 11 to get to this Food Lion, I enjoyed shopping at Food Lion.
