I can buy most of my crafting supplies which keeps my cost low which I can pass on to my customers.They also have nice items for the home that I'm not ashamed to say where I bought them when entertaining my guests. I recently bought some platters and serving trays and received many compliments on them. Why pay more when you can get these for $1.25?Plus, there is an employee at the location I visit who is so friendly, helpful and goes out of her way to make sure your breakable items are securely wrapped.I enjoy shopping here and recommend it.

Went there after I couldn't find what I needed in the Waynesboro store. I was so surprised how well this Dollar Tree is stacked and everything is neat and clean. Great selection of seasonal items!! Staff was very friendly as well, even though they were super busy. The line at checkout moved fairly quickly.

2024 I was met with racism here. The assistant manager walked up to my boys and told them the cameras are always watching. I ask her what the problem was remind you I heard as soon as I walked in she said security scan all aisles. I immediately said it better not be because we're superior. Found out it was she stood in my face and told me a bold face lie about a customer telling her they saw them stealing. I ask why protocol wasn't followed and may I see the cameras? Disciplining mines would be no problem because I believe in disciplining my children. Somehow she couldn't show me but stood in my face and said maybe they put it back. Then said I'm not racist I have friends who look like you. I ask look like what mam? Please say it. Let's just say I left things right there and left. I will not ever go there again. I will be looking into this more as well because WHITE people going to stop seeing my color as if YOUR HISTORY isn't base on STEALING.

I will NEVER shop here again. After using self checkout purchasing about 12 items or so. I purchased a Pepsi as one of those items. After checking out the lady came out the office by the front exit door and asked to see my receipt before my family and I walked out. I asked her “do I look like I steal ma’am?” Her response was it’s their company policy and she said “oh you were honest”??Seriously, who wants to get held up in front of a bunch of people in a dollar tree to get accused of stealing !! That is such a shame and poor practice on the staffs behalf. Since you were sitting in the office by the self check out I’m assuming watching the cameras and you thought I didn’t scan my drink. You could’ve very easily checked the computer system yourself to verify. Instead of holding up a family. This is such Bull that she says it’s their company policy. I legit watched a handful of people checkout in front of me that were not stopped nor questioned at all.I guess somewhere on that binding companies policy it states to stop anyone who is not Caucasian ???? It has to be and this is such a shame that these old ladies that work here profile and discriminate against certain denominations or races. Please avoid going here if you don’t want to be harassed by staff following you all around the store and aggressively approaching you for a receipt on the way out only to say “oh thanks for being honest” “ it’s our company policy” Stay away and take your business elsewhere where it’s appreciated.

I'm from Raleigh North Carolina travel all up and down to east coast and several states to the west of it and this was one of the cleanest nicest Dollar trees I've been to maybe because it's kind of up in the mountains they don't get hit with thousands of people or they just got some hard-working people that do their job and stock the shelves and keep it nice and neat I saw three employees there two of more stocking and one was at the register the store was very nice and neat I didn't see my water moisture beads to absorb water like in closets and stuff but I did get my wiper washer fluid instead of paying $5 plus at stores for Blue water they have it for a dollar 25 love getting in wiper washer fluid from Dollar tree and Dollar general even though it's a $1.25 they should call the name of the store $1 plus is what they should call it but anyways I complimented them and told him it was one of the nicest neatest Dollar trees I've been in in a long long time

This store has a lot of products. But it is $1.25 for most things sold there now. They are also selling some things for $5.00.Still a good place for getting cleaning supplies at a good price.

Old Wrinkled Racist Cashier:If I could give this Dollar Tree one star, I would. The cashier, a little old wrinkly bag of racism accused me of stealing.I am visiting from Ontario, and I forgot some things at home. I went to the store and tried to pay for three items at the self checkout. I did not bring cash, so I was using my debit visa, and it didn't work. I retried it a few times and another debit card. I realized it was futile, so I did not bother to take them to the cashier to try again. I placed them down, waved to the cashier so that she could take notice, and then I left.As I sat outside in the parking lot, preparing to reverse, I saw the same cashier making note of my license plate!I'm a Black woman, over 600 km from home in small town USA --so I immediately saw where it was going.Long story short, I went back into the store, and the old Racist told me that I stole some items, and she refused to check the self checkout to see that everything was there.Eventually, the manager came and sorted it out. I mean, what should I expect this far south of Canda?Mind you, the old hag said I should go back there!

This is Wednesday evening about 8:30pm 6/22/22 when I went in and looked at a couple of items and then I asked the manager (Mary) if I could buy a case of items and she went and checked for me and actually found something different (same thing) better variety, so I bought a whole display of the glow in the dark sticks. Have to say, very nice and very helpful in every way possible, Thanks Mary 😇. P.s. will be back to get more and many different items. Thanks Again. 🙂. Donnie Stephens.

The employees made my day! The selection was good, but the people on the job yesterday evening were delightful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and brought a little more joy where I needed it. Definitely coming again.Edit: came back again and as before the employees were the stars! They were extremely polite professional and helpful.

This store used to be difficult to visit because of how busy they were and how short stuff they were, but since they put the self check out lines in that hasn't been an issue. All of the staff there is very courteous and knowledgeable about where items are located and if they have things which is great, and even the customers lately have been a lot more polite since they're no longer having to wait and really long lines.

Wasn't wearing facemasks required during pandemic. Not even the cashier directly working with customers. It's unsafe and disrespectful to those at risk. Also, the parking lot is full of trash. I used to love this dollar tree. Now it's the least favorite in my area.

The Dollar Tree is a great place to shop for small sets of items you might need around the house and various items for helping keep younger children entertained on a budget such as coloring books, small toys and puzzles. The staff are friendly and helpful in locating things you are looking for. Currently they are carrying a selection of decorating merchandise in preparation for Halloween. So I recommend you stop by and check them out before possibly paying more for decorations.

Selection has gotten a bit better recently but I love to visit other DTs in the area as well. This store is always clean and wait usually isn't bad during times I go in. Store always looks well stocked.

My woman visited 6:50pm on August 13th 20 and the lady at the register was very rude and seemed to only be treating her this way. Not sure if she has a problem with black people but it sure did ruin the experience here cause it use to be our favorite dollar tree to go to!

Absolutely gross. They leave their parking lot and entrance looking like a dump. Customer service is not even present. The manager on duty during the pandemic wore her mask under her chin as she coughed into her bare hand, and continued to stock things without any form of sanitation. I'm appalled.

I go here alot but lately changing the prices up to 5.00 has made it less of a go to store.Prices are the same as the reg dollar stores now and they are closer to me.

January 17,2018 me and my daughter went to the staunton dollar tree at 8:25 pm and some guy that didnt work there came out to tell us it was closed while there are random people hanging out in there and then locked the door on us I do not apprieciate being lied to i will take my business else where and let everyone i know also not to go there. waynesboro is much more polite

Went there late this afternoon specifically looking to buy Gossner 2% UHT milk. Unfortunately, none to be found; no whole or 1% either. Did buy a few more Xmas decorations, Haribo Gummi Bears and Rolo Candy.
