Store is kind of messy, but i have a feeling it's because of the people in the area. Apparently a bunch of the businesses closed their bathrooms because of the people around, so I'm sure theyre messing this store up too. They would get a better rating if they had more registers. They have one self checkout and one normal, which is normally unattended as there's only one person working.

Went there today for my daughter-in-law. Decided to look around while waiting. Everything I was interested in was not priced. Most items I looked at in the clearance aisle were also not clearance priced. The three people working were very loud and obviously very concerned about their breaks. I didn't want to interrupt them.

The guys are usually more relaxed as far as their staff goes. Just note you will be in line for a few minutes. But they give you great service. Never rude. They are overworked and under paid and still manage to crack a smile or a joke!

The workers are fantastic and most will go out of their way to help you with finding prices on unmarked items or checking for items in the back stock if I dont see it on the shelf. The sakes are just lil extra surprises to look forward to on you next visit. Sales like $1.00 for clothing. I purchased my 36 year old son approximately $65-$70 worth of clothing for $3.50 TOTAL! 3 pairs of cargo shorts, 1 pair of sweat shorts, 1 pair of sweat pants, and 4 shirts! Nice clothes too!! Amazing!!

Staff was nice and friendly at checkout! The store was a mess with boxes clothes shoes and many other items blocking aisles . In some aisles I couldn't get my buggy down it because there was so much stuff in the floor.

friendly staff generally speaking, however the aisles are so tiny that if they are trying to stock an aisle, you can't even cast past it, it's VERY cramped.. often messy and loads of stolen product packaging , very high theft rate at this store...

This DG is always a little cramped for space but you cant beat the prices, especially the dollar item isle. As far as the employees....some are very friendly and helpful and just like anywhere else you got those that just dont care about the customer. Sadly I got THAT person...lol. moved on. Haha

More than a memory

Was doing some couponing today, using the $5 off $25 and other digital. It was very difficult to find anything I was looking for, nothing was in stock. It was like that at the beginning of the week too so it wasn't because they sold out this week. There are dozens of items in the Christmas section that are not ringing up with the clearance discount and employees won't change it at. Overstock in the aisles has made it hard to navigate everytime I shop here. Dollar General is absolutely one of my favorite places to shop but this store falls short on multiple levels.

This store was one of the poorest Dollar General stores I have been in. Boxes were sitting all over the store blocking aisles. Shelves were not stocked so you couldn't locate what you wanted. There were no employees working at clearing up the mess or stocking shelves. Apparently they have a new manager who apparently doesn't care to show up since I heard that he's only been around twice in the six weeks he's been in charge. Currently I'd advise going to the DG on Greenville Ave and avoiding this store.

The isles are so junked up with carts of merchandise you can't get through.The isles are so narrow 2 carts can't pass.Family Dollar was much nicer & had good products.(in old shopping center)but closed for lack of business. No stores open on West side at all now except $General.we have to drive to Greenville AVe. to get a burger or anything else.

This is a wonderful place to shop. They have almost everything you need. I shop here quite often because they always have what i need and the prices are awesome. Friendly staff and fast service.

Manager of this location just accused me of stealing. (I was texting in the store and threw my phone back in my purse.) Worker considered this stealing... claimed a customer told her I threw something in my purse. NO other customers were near where I was even at.. So I told her to search my purse and call the police. And in the meantime that I wanted to speak to a manager. She then tells me she is the manger. Corporate will be getting envolved I'll tell you that! Don't go here unless you'd like to be severely disrespected I will not be returning to this establishment.

The W Beverley Street store still rates 3 Stars for me. Although the shopping experience was good, found what I came to buy; but, I feel some of the store employees need to be more pleasant.

It's a good place to shop .Good prices n it close n easy in to get what ya need in ya checkout fast most of the time and the cashiers are pretty friendly and also helpful in locating items when your not sure where there at in the store. My family shops there alot.

WELL TO START I WAS OVERCHARGED BECAUSE ALL MY DIGITAL COUPONS DIDN'T GO THROUGH. HAD TO EXPLAIN IT ALL TO THE LADY WORKING AND SHOW HER MY COUPON ON MY PHONE BUT SHE DID GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT. BY THAT TIME I HAD CUSTOMERS LINED UP BEHIND ME AND I'M PRETTY SURE SOME OF THEM WEREN'T TOO HAPPY. BUT WHAT'S THE POINT IN LOADING THEM TO MY PHONE IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO BE RECOGNIZED WHEN I PUT MY NUMBER IN.

Methhead keyholding cashier refused to do a return for me on items that were purchased there a few days prior. The cashier working with her was the onee who rung me up the other day and never removed any of tge security tags from the clothing.
