I live in Waynesboro and will drive over here to Staunton because it seems like a nicer…better organized store. The employees at both Aldi’s are always friendly and professional!! 👍🏿😎👍🏿

The shopping was great!! The cashier threw my groceries a little hard back into the cart resulting in me finding a torn bag of flour out at my car. I had to go back into store to get a new one. Kind of inconvenient to go hack into store. Would have been 5 stars if not for issue with flour.

This is always the best and cleanest Aldi, I drive from Harrisonburg to come here since our store always feels messy. I haven't seen the manager who helped me since last year, Gerald, I hope he is still with the company and doing well. He was a very bright and kind young man.

This is our favorite grocery store in Staunton. Great deals and good prices. The store is clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. If you have never been to Aldi, make sure you take your own bags because you bag your own groceries.

This Aldi is clean, well-organized, and convenient to the interstate. So far, produce quality has been good. Today (Tuesday), selection was down in the meat department and some frozen foods. The cashier was polite and friendly.

Not enough employees most times so lines can be long. Often miss or can't find their meats when on sale. Clean place with nice employees. Nice prices but often no idea place of origin. No frills bag your own, pay a refundable quarter to use shopping cart type of store

Aldi's is great. Great food and prices in a nice store. Most of the food is store brands that are as good or better than national brands. The service is good.The annoyance of needing a quarter to get a cart isn't so bad since one gets it back when returned. Just put that quarter aside for next time. Note that they do charge for bags so make sure to bring some to use. Despite those minor annoyances the place is great.

I went to the Aldi store in Staunton, Virginia. There were some nice people there.BUT, The selection of merchandise is SO limited.I only found three items on my list: butter, salt and pepper. I regretted stopping there. When asked about apple butter, the clerk said they had some last summer. She had no idea if and when they would have it again. What????

I shop for InstaCart and i am on a timer and customer service is important. I have shopped at this store 3x now and 2x I believe I had multiple orders. It is very important to have items where they say or should be but this store just doesn’t seem to do this. We are required to separate our orders to get it correct which takes time which brings me to the worst part…the Cashiers just throw stuff in the cart wherever it lands. I even told them it was separate orders and was going to get another cart- she said no, stuff was completely mixed up and my produce was falling out. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I will be letting Instacart know ab this store and fellow shoppers be warned!! I will not shop here again.

When you arrive at Aldi's to shop the first thing you will need is a shopping cart. The fee is .25¢ which is refunded back to you when you return the cart back to it's original place. This is a decent sized store and is always clean. All of the employees that I have met here have been extremely friendly and wearing huge smiles on their faces. Also if you like the fine taste of a German wine. You can purchase it at Aldi's for $5 and some change. Overall in general, I have nothing bad to say.

I love Aldi, but can't give 5 stars when I can't find wild salmon, vs the toxic farmed variety, in your stores. Also notice prices are going up... plantains for example used to be .19lb now they are .39 and many other things are rising as the stores become more popular.The employees and the quality guarantee(refund & replace) are very positive aspects of Aldi's business model. I like it!
