I frequent this one a lot and as always there's just one cashier she's short petite and wears glasses she's always so rude. There's a way to talk to customers and there's a way not to talk to customers and she doesn't know how to do this. If she was my employee she's been fired a long time ago. I know she's been with the company for a while I've seen her here for a while but have yet ever come in and her be pleasant or polite it's always just nastiness. We will not be using this 7-Eleven ever again I will drive by my way to go somewhere else. And that's sad because 7-Eleven is a great company to shop with. They just need a teach employees how to speak with customers and a polite way.

Store was clean and great. The young man behind the counter was great. There was an older worker literally yelling at a woman because she was late. I'm glad we are trying to improve her working conditions but don't sit there and yell at someone because they are late. Then she wanted to complain outloud to customers about how awful her help was. Disrespectful. If you want someone to show up in time and respect the job you have to respect them.

I were at the7/11 store on Jefferson hwy,I was waiting in line for at least 3 minutes until I did say hello so I could get waiting on.the cashier and the store manager had a very long conversation not even looking back to see if they had any customers.the store manager and the cashier were rude.t he store always been rude all the time.i quess they don't have anyone to run the store.she need to be replaced.she is a good store manager period.

Ladies bathroom needs to offer paper toilet seat covers. And there was hardly any toilet paper available in handicap stall. Otherwise, the store was clean and employee friendly. Worth stopping.

I love my neighborhood 7-Elleven! Kind and courteous staff are always pleasant to deal with. The machines are always working and they have a good variety of coffee and donuts!

Stopped by 7-11 in Fisherville. Purchased 3 items and 2 out of three rang up higher than price listed on shelf. Told clerk and she said she had to charge me what rang up. I complained and Melissa made adjustments and was very rude. She said she had a stack of new prices to put up and hadn’t done yet. Acting like I was wrong for wanting to pay what sign said on shelf. Very unhappy with service won’t be back!

I go to a lot of 7/11's this one is great during the day but man, it's disappointing in the morning. Not all breakfast items are there, it's 7 a.m. you would think someone would be on top of food you eat in the morning. When you ask for food it's like, "it's gonna be a few minutes" oh thanks, but if I ask during the day it's "OH no problem, it takes no time" There's always one employee stocking, one at the register, and one who tries to look busy but it's obviously noticeable they lack any kind of drive. I know it's a 7/11 and you shouldn't expect much but it's just disappointing now.

Fun fact, the dominos carside pickup spots aren't for 7-11 employees who are not motivated enough to walk 12 extra feet to work. That is a bad look.

Twice I have stopped in the afternoon for a cup of coffee. The 1st time what coffee was available was old & cold. There was an employer on the floor who immediately made fresh coffee & apologized for there not being coffee readily available. Today, again, no coffee available. There were 2 cashiers behind the counter but I think this 7-11 is highly understaffed. There are 7-8 coffee urns but no coffee. Left & went to Starbucks where they ALWAYS have coffee.

This store always has signs up advertising sales. Yet the sales never are accurate. Example today sign says $1 any size iced coffee. Get to register scan rewards. Doesn’t work!! How pointless!!

Tried to kill me and my daughter. They put the 7 select brand jones soda on the top shelf in the cooler. The only reason for stopping there after soccer practice. I went to get the blue one and the red one beside it exploded. The worker cleaning the coffee bar laughed. I have to go to the bathroom and flush my right eye! I was covered with this drink. When I asked to speak to the manager the guy behind the counter said there isn't one and I explained and he smiled and said he told them not to stock it there. SERIOUSLY?!?! I'm covered in glass and sour soda. My daughter could have got cut and you don't even ask if we are okay.

I go to this 7-11 all the time cause it's close to my house. This morning I go in to get my lotto tickets (4) and the lady tells me I can't put them in unless you fill out a card cause we are busy and the other guy is new. Her busy was 2 people in line. I proceeded to tell her I come here all the time and never had I filled out a card for lotto...they just copy my ticket. I told her nevermind I would go elsewhere to handle my lotto since she was too lazy to type in numbers since they were so busy!! 2 people in line!! Can we say laziness at its finest!! So needless to say guess I'll just bypass 7-11 now and deal with Sheetz! Smh

The service is great. I went there for the Special Olympics at the middle school across the street. The cashiers were very helpful. The girl working there is absolutely gorgeous..

I visited this 7-11 for hot cocoa and groceries for my cottage at WWRC. Cashiers were nice and friendly. Tammy, one of the cashiers, told my mother great things about me.

Just went in and asked if they had cheese pizza, which at the time they didnt, but the lady offered to make one but i didnt want to put her through the trouble, she was very kind hearted i could already tell!
