Lost a screw to my walker but I didn't know what size to get but I did take the wheel inside. The gentleman took the time to walk to my car, remove my walker to get the right screw. Not only did he find the right screw, he put it on and made sure all other screws was tighten. The lady at the register was very helpful also. I'm new to the area and I must say great customer service

Can't believe that Ace will not carry chicken supplies, needed something to give water to my new chicks. Ace had nothing. I live in Bassett, VA and this is country living. Come on Ace get on the ball for what we need.

All the employees go above and beyond to help you purchase what you need in one trip.Mark Nolen, store manager went out of his way to help me with some items I needed for work. He even gave me a couple of small zip lock bags to store the extra parts and carry them with me as I travel.Thank you!

Like the commercial says, "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man". If they don't have it, odds are they will order it for you. I needed a bellows for my fireplace and they ordered the perfect bellows for an extremely affordable price. They have many unique items. I was able to buy parking lot paint, filters for my furnace, creative watering cans! You can ask anyone for help and they will actually walk you to the item. I love that place!

Friendly hometown store with Ace products and knowledgeable reps. Plumbing to lumber this place has you covered. What they don't have they can order, and since they are affiliated with Ace, your online order can be picked up there. Great alternative to the big box stores.

This place is awesome. Little hard to locate, but it is clean and has a lot of merchandise to choose from. Staff is very very friendly and stuff is very reasonably priced. Feels like a small town hardware store with box store quantity. Would def go there again and highly recommend!!!

Last week I purchased paint at a great price. The service was excellent. After shopping for paint at other stores the service at ace impressed me. I would give more stars if I could..they carried it out for me without me asking..I will shop there in the future.

I showed up 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, but their parking lot was already gated shut. It looks pretty run down from the outside, which is unfortunately the only impression I was able to get.

Do not use them for replacement windows. A manager came and measured all the windows and measurements where wrong. Manager was advised of the issue and provided no resolution.
