I haven't been to this Hardee's in years. Place looks good and clean and I walked in to hear the manager taking care of business for an issue on an order. The staff were very helpful and super nice. My fries were super fresh and crunchy and my tenders were great making me wish I had the 5 piece. Value was good as well.

Ordered a 10 piece tenders box and received 6 chicken tenders and 4 half sized tenders. Literally could be considered chicken nuggets. This is ridiculous. If I pay roughly $1 per piece ($10.99 for 10) for chicken tenders, then all the tenders should at least be roughly the same size. What a rip off.

Got lunch here and my burger looked put together well with green lettuce and 2 slices of tomato, but it wasn't fixed correctly, and the bun was very stale and the French fries were also stale. I did return the burger to get it fixed right but the mess of a burger that was returned to me was not worth the ridiculous price I paid for the combo deal! It was slopped together with ketchup slathered all over it, trash can-worthy pieces of yellow lettuce heels, and 1 tiny tomato and an unseeded bun on top I would advise anyone against eating at this Hardee's, the food was not good. Too bad I didn't take a picture of the burger I got back. Paying upwards of 13 bucks for a burger and fries of that quality is a 0 star review.

Yet another update‼️‼️‼️Left a drink out of my order and when I called I was told that I could come back after the fact I was already home!!! Then I was hung up on. Look at this review!!! Will NOT be back.UPDATE‼️Diet Dr Pepper tastes awful. Items are continually left out. They tell you that they will replace the order they left out, no free drink, pie or anything for your gas and trouble to get what they left out. Not the customers fault even though they make it feel that way‼️‼️‼️‼️UPDATE: 2/17/2021- Always leaves something out!!!!!!!!!! That hasn’t changed at all!! Why I keep going back is my mistake. Won’t happen again!!!!!!!Never fails. ALWAYS leaves out part of the order or puts onions all over your food when you ask for no onions. Quality has gone down hill at this establishment.

Coffee was warm. Onion rings on burger was as tough as a 5 day old bagel and fries tasted old,(but they always taste that way)!Need bring back those curly fries. Best ones you ever had. I liked them better than mickey dees. And this burger is dry as dirt and it has barbecue sauce on it.You can do better than this Hardee's!

Just stopped in to get a #2 Combo and I got a Double and when I got home to eat my burger had a hair in it. The fries were cold and floppy and my drink tasted very watered down. My impression overall is the staff are extremely uninspired and don't seem to care about the food they're making. I will not be coming back to waste more of my money.

Stop by grab food because I was that hungry. After receiving food, realized I would prefer to remain hungry. Got to Frisco burger best part was the bread cheese and tomato. Burger was disgusting dry and burnt. Onion rings were somehow warm the very old and disgusting. Big waist of $10.00. Stay away. They're selling their own fate and will soon most likely be gone if they don't change significantly. Once the rival of McDonald's now nothing. At this point it's about the quality of the food and the people who make it that's lacking significantly.

This is the closest place for me to grab lunch on my break. Staff is very friendly however my food is always burnt (ex. buns black, spicy chicken hard) or half done (ex. chicken club sandwich half raw inside).

Chicken tenders were stringy and tough. Drive thru clerk couldn't seem to get our order correct. We ordered a 5 PC tender COMBO with an additional drink. We received 5 chicken tenders and a drink. Told her what we originally ordered and she came back with an order of French fries. Reminded her we had ordered a 5 PC combo with an additional drink. Her reply was "that's not what rang up". At that point my husband told her "that was her problem, not ours". We eventually got what we ordered, but we won't be returning to this Hardees. Totally unlike our experiences with other Hardees restaurants!

I don't have a problem waiting for food, but it does bother me when a man comes in some time after me, then receives more attention and faster service, then gets food ahead of me, especially when the manager is attempting to tell the cashier that the food on her hand belongs to me, and the cashier ignores it and gives the guy his food first. To top it off, that guy (not to mention the drive thru) got all the brand new fries and mine were definitely old.

Good solid family food. Fries are interesting, better than any fast food. I have good success with the meats. Hamburger steak, and country fried steak. Rally good. My disappointment are the potato salad and green beans. But, throughly enjoyed the squash and cabbage.

This is a very good Hardee's location for fast food! All of the food here is really good as well as the young ladies that serve it. The customers are nice and it's a good place to meet nice people! On Tuesdays they welcome people there for live country music!

Quality of food has really went downhill in last few years!! Service is great though......even give smiles! Oh and I hate the new chicken biscuit, big let down! 3 stars because of service!
