They usually have good stock of items. It's mostly a clean store on a regular basis. The employees don't usually talk to you or acknowledge you. Including the assistant manager. The general customer population isn't very considerate of others. But I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a business. I'm not looking to make friends here. But having some kind of positive interaction would be nice.

It wasn’t too terrible as far as Wal Marts go I guess. It’s pretty small and disappointing for a “Supercenter”. I found some of the things I needed but not everything. I ended up going to the Target down the road and it was a much better shopping experience.

I found everything I needed. Note: many things were hard to find things. Store personnel were very polite and helpful in directing me to the proper area. Fast checkout. Recommend shopping before 3pm or later evening to avoid traffic.

that African lady is mad annoying always giving “life lessons“ and she tries to make you do her job. My partner sprayed the cart down before we put our baby in it and she wanted him to go to the bathroom to get paper towels and wipe the floor after, lol, get wipes like everywhere else. He didn’t and she side eyed him the whole time. Anyways, better quality produce at Aldi (better prices and dye free!), better seafood and meat at giant. Everything’s overpriced everywhere, might as well get your money’s worth

It’s not easy to get in and out of this poorly designed-Walmart parking lot. They offer a wide variety of stuff at reasonable prices, but at best, it's your average Walmart. Employees are reluctant to help with anything. The dairy department is the poorest stalked I have ever seen in any grocery store. I have complained about it many times to the managers, but they have never tried to fix the problem.

Evrytime i came to do rotation and balance they made me wait over 2 hours. Even when i made an appointment to be the 1st one in line. Only buy tires if you want to, but DO NOT get any services added with the tires, you will waste over 2 hours here. I was even told they weren't taking any more customers one time when i came in for rotation and balance at 9am and they close at 7pm and when i came there were only hand full of cars.

The better of the supercenters, but likely just a less busy part of town. Update: fact of the matter this location is smaller but clearly in a better part of town. (No product cages on shelves and they sell rifles/ammo)

Pretty good I was looking for the Star wars micro Galaxy squadron at-st but the did not have it but they had a troop transport and 2 blind boxes and I spent $10 on blind boxes and got really cool stuff well worth the Price

Now that the store remodel is almost complete, I think the facelift will help bring in more business and less of the crowds of rowdy teens and tweens that could make shopping here unpleasant. The aisles are well lit and the shelves are stocked with product. Change is good.

They need to educate the deli clerk. I showed him which ham I wanted twice a nd he kept trying to sell me something more expensive that he already had opened. If he couldn't find the motivation to open the new pack of ham that I wanted, then he shouldn't be behind the deli counter.

Out of date, old, rancid, very bad fruits and vegetables. whenever I visit them, it is either empty or rancid like in the pics. This is shameful for the walmart and our neighborhood doesn't deserve this quality. I would rather visit gas stations or small grocies to buy expensive but better quality products.

I’ve been shopping at this store for years. Today was the worst because I can totally understand. The remodeling things are in disarray, but when I go to not just one or two but three employees to ask where certain items are, and none of them speak English please explain that to me I travel a lot when I go to another country I learn the language, this is totally unacceptable and all they can do is point for me to go to another employee several isles away so then I find myself chasing down employees hoping they speak English this happened three times today with three different employees. This is 100% unacceptable if they’re going to be here and work on the floor, then they need to speak English , or you put them as stock people at night time where they have no customer contact

What can I say? It’s wal mart and they have everything you could need. I’m impressed by wal mart’s free assembly line of clothing as well as Scoop clothing and madden NYC. They always have so many accessories to choose from and lots of decor items. My only complaint is that they need more customer service associates because each time I have a return the associates are so overwhelmed and the lines are extremely long.

Y’all need to do something about allowing non-service dogs into the store. It was brought to y’all’s attention and nothing was done. In fact it was fight against because they didn’t want to do anything. This causes problems for those who actually need a service dog.

Walmart could be so much better if they simply used common practices. I attempted to purchase an umbrella for my deck and luckily found 1 that matched my chairs. It was demo apparently, so said the bag. 3 employees advised that the company's policy is not sell demos...What, Costco has sold me a demo items off the floor; you can buy demo cars! Finally, a Team Leader advised she would sell it for the same price but it's missing the long pole..duh, Walmart, how about storing the long pole in the bag and if some wants it, you can sell them the whole item at a 20% discount. This isn't asking too much. I found a different umbrella, it works. At least, I can block the sunshine with a pop of color😄

The grocery pickup service here is terrible. The last 3 times I’ve picked-up an order, at least 2 items are incorrect. Not replacements—not what I ordered. I have been the only person at pickup and waited 10 minutes to be served. No more. I’ll do Instacart from now on.

What can I say? Every community needs a Walmart. However, this location is cluttered and rather on the small side for a "Super Center" if you ask me. Also, good luck trying to find someone for assistance outside of the register aisle.

Corporate Walmart is known to have some of the most rigid policies for their local stores to follow to ensure customers have consistently good experiences regardless of which store they shop at.Somehow this Walmart seems to be doing their own thing. It’s messy and disorganized and extremely difficult to find what you’re looking for. I went in looking for an over the counter sleep aid and there were 4 different sections with sleep aids, whereas every other Walmart groups items to make it easy on the customer. I have a feeling this store is in survival mode and they just put things where they can.

Never get your photos done here. I placed an online order yesterday, went to pick it up today, and the entire photo center counter is a huge disorganized mess. Rey was unable to locate my order, so it was either taken, lost, or never actually printed in the first place even though I received the email confirmation. Darby attempted to be helpful by reprinting my order but seemed dismissive of my concern. I let them know I am concerned that a passport photo of me is being left here and a manager was never called even though I asked to speak with one.

First of all, it's hard to find someone that speaks English on this store. The employees I kindly asked where I could find a few items did not know where the items were and didn't even offer to find someone who could help me. The female cashier was rude and very slow. I asked her for a pack of Marlboro light cigs. She looked at me and asked what color is the pack? I was like what? I told her white and silver. Instead of her reading the name of the cigarettes on the pack, she began grabbing the cigarettes that were in white pkgs and showing them to me. 'Is it this one"? she asked. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. After she showed me 2 white packs, I actually went behind the counter and got the correct pack. It was like she was illiterate. I am visiting from Colorado. I will no longer be shopping at the Wal-Mart in Stafford, Virginia. Horrible environment, the employees that I dealt with during my 2 visit were rude and it was very obvious that they did not like their job.

I had the most unfortunate viewing of one associate in a blue shirt named Ramon berating another associate on the floor. It was very loud and he was very rude. I would avoid the hardware section if this individual is near by. Overall the store associates don't know where anything is and they pretend they do not know what you are saying. Produce has flies and the bread section has ants. I say be cautious when shopping at this store
