Found my 18 yr.old water heater leaking @ 10:30 am. I called Plumb Perfect Plumbing @ 10:45 am. Tech James was at my house by 11: 50 am. I needed to completely replace the unit. I had a new water heater completely installed by 2:00 pm! James was friendly and answered all of my concerns. I will use Plumb Perfect for all my plumbing needs in the future! Quick response time! I highly recommend! I was able to get an appointment quickly and my technician Ricky arrived earlier than expected (after calling to confirm it was ok to come early). Kitchen sink was severely clogged. He was able to unclog (snake) the drain in a timely manner. Ricky was very congenial, but always professional. I feel cost to repair was reasonable. I will definitely use Plumb Perfect Plumbing again if needed.

Plumb Perfect Plumbing was absolutely amazing. We had an emergency, they gave us a time window of arrival and called to say they could be out sooner. Very communicative, security conscious (let us know our service rep info and when they were en route), and detail oriented. Explained every little detail and answered all of our questions. Didn’t try to force unnecessary products or services. Our rep James specifically was so kind. 10/10 would recommend and will be calling them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Plumb Perfect has given us excellent service over and over. Their personnel are always professional, thorough, and efficient. Their fees are reasonable and they don't try to upsell. At our house, Plumb Perfect has fixed an ejector pump, pipes that broke behind walls, and hose bibs. Today, they looked at our hot water heater. Five stars!

Super happy we called Plumb Perfect Plumbing! Tried another company first but they couldn't come out until the end of the week. Plumb Perfect had same-day availability. Jason was excellent and came out earlier than expected (he called first, but we were very happy to get the repair done quickly.) From the time we noticed there was a problem to the time the repair was totally completed was less than three hours. Amazing! I also appreciated how he showed me what changes had been made and how to maintain it. Will never use another plumbing service.

We needed a sump pump/grinder replaced. Plum perfect sent a tech out the day we called and accessed the job and found an additional issue with a code violation. Their tech Ricky did an excellent job, replacing the pump and correcting the vent issue. He was on time, professional and did great work at a good price.

James was wonderful! He showed up on time and ready to work. He was friendly and professional. He inspected everything and showed us what he found. Unfortunately our hot water tank was leaking and had to be replaced. Hewent on line and found out there was still some warranty coverage on it. He also fixed a toilet valve in the upstairs bathroom. He replaced the tank. He also adjusted the water flow on several faucets. He cleaned up after himself and left everything in order. All in all he did a fantastic job!

I had Perfect Plumbing plumb my basement for a washer/dryer and a laundry sink with cabinet. Justin (I may not have his name right, sorry Justin) estimated it one day and came and did the work for me in a couple of days. It is perfectly done, all good, thank you. Jason had to walk down our driveway 500 feet because snow had fallen that morning making it iffy to drive down due to the hill. He came out to install a new toilet tank because the original (new) tank he tried to install two days ago was defective and leaked. Jason has been to our home before and is always quick, courteous, and all around pleasant to deal with.
