Love this spot. It’s not too far from my house, we use to have to go downtown for bubble tea so it’s nice to have a closer option. The workers and the owner are super nice and remember you. It’s also super cozy in there, my favorites are taro and honeydew milk tea with boba. They don’t have cheese cap as an option yet, I hope they add it eventually. They did just add a few more things to their menu and have a cool computer screen option for ordering that you can put your number in to get points that lead to a free drink. If you like bubble and haven’t tried this place you’re missing out. 💗

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We've never been here before and they walked us through eveything. We asked for staff favorites and ended up taking their advice on 4 drinks... Taro Milk Tea sweetness 4 with boba, Lychee Keen sweetness 3 with peach poppers, Sweet Vibes sweetness 4 with pomegranate poppers and Thai Tea sweetness 7 with almond milk and lychee poppers. They were all amazing. My favorite was the Taro Milk Tea and the wife liked Sweet Vibes. The plastic lids with monsters were also super cute. We also bought a cool reuseable straw with oil slick colors and it came with a straw cleaner. Would totally recommend to everyone!

The wait was long for 2 drinks, and I appreciate that they had dairy-free options. The boba was nice and chewy and they sell reusable boba straws. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked questions about the menu.

First time and it definitely will not be the last! I got the Lychee Keen tea with boba, my husband chose the Mi Amor, and we shared a rolled Taro ice cream. Our drinks and dessert were all very good. The boba is especially good. Cooked just right! I also can not rave enough about how friendly everyone behind the counter was. So happy to have found this gem.

They messed up my ice-cream and they were rude to me and when I asked him to make it again, ruined it again, and didn’t make the rules good and was rude to me again. I was coming to this location for a long time. But after this experience, I’m not coming back ever.

For now I'm waiting to see how the rolled ice taste, but I got the Thai milk tea with bubble and it's definitely like a 1.5/5...tea is bland and has no tea taste nor is it sweet, and bubble seems to almost be made from those instant packages in Asian store. Owner is super nice though!

Outstanding Service!!! Very beautiful and polite young ladies!!!Absolutely love the taste, tried almost every single thing on their menu!!! I am however shocked of some of the reviews! How many people within last 13 hours with service dog went and got denied or is it a childish and juvenile prank? If they allow that Health department would shut them down! And to all the "friends" why not being a friend and take your time to go inside and pick up the order instead of sitting and writing fake reviews like the rest of us? I have a service dog and I keep him outside while my husband goes and picks up what I order from their on line menu! We love our neighborhood place and they have our full support!!!

Very expensive, extremely poor service young lady had attitude and threw cu on counter..& as you can see a plastic cup with nothing but ice cream rolls I could make at home super over priced. They also don’t even provide a spoon or plastic cover to take it home.. Would never return or send anyone to this place

A perfect addition to the variety of places on Garrisonville road! Love love love their bubble tea and stop in whenever I get a chance. Their teas are super customizable both for flavor and sweetness level. They even have different flavors of boba to accent their fruitier choices. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good tea place. The Green Tea Slush with boba is my favorite!

I love this place!!! The drinks are so cute and they offer a variety of drinks as well as options for people lactose intolerant. The rolled ice cream is so good especially the cookies and cream, def one of my favoritesParking: Lots of parking, you don't have to walk a lot from the parking space since it's right in front of the shop, I love it that it allows me to quickly get my drinks and ice cream.

Had our 2nd visit to Koi Tea today and ordered the matcha slush and the taro slush. Our first visit early on was very disappointing but somewhat expected of a new business. I reached out to the owner who was very receptive to my feedback. They seem to have overcome a number of their initial hiccups. The bubble tea is very good. The matcha is good and distinct for those who really enjoy green tea. The boba itself is very tasty, tender, and a good size--not oversized. We will be return customers. Definitely a treat to have a place dedicated to bubble tea right here in Stafford.

Great ice cream. But the lady that was helping us was really slow and chatty. She kept talking instead of helping out. She took forever to process a few orders. Not good for business if you are just chatting rather than doing the actual work

A wonderful gem in Stafford! With so many chains and large box stores it's wonderful to have a smaller business to support! The drinks are tasty and the ice cream delicious. The staff is always friendly. I plan on coming here as often as I can.
