SERIOUS ETHICS ISSUES AT THIS STORE. MAJOR PRICE-INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!! See attached picture. They charged my insurance $82.69 for 100 lancets and charged me a $35.00 co-pay. When you visit their website you can purchase the same product for 7.99 off the shelf...no insurance. I went back 3 times to try to correct this, each time they stood behind their billing amd told me "well, diabetes is expensive!" When I told my dietitian (I'm pregnant and just got diagnosed for the first time...so total newbie) about how much 25 days worth of TESTING supplies cost me (101.57 and that's WITH insurance) she told me they were commiting fraud and I needed to get it addressed. Only then would the pharmacist GLORIA return my items. (After 3 trips to the store and a 48 minute phone call) This is not the first billing mistake they've made either. I won't go back, but this store needs to be investigated. Oh, also zero apology from Gloria. She couldn't have been more rude. Contacted their corporate office amd my insurance company.

Amazing help. The pharmacists were super busy but were still so helpful when I lost my prescription. We were both on the phone with my insurance which didn’t seem to have a way to handle a loss. The pharmacist was helpful in calling them about an override and I was able to get my prescription in time to not miss my dose! Thanks for going the extra mile.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Go to another CVS I promise you the worst customer service at their pharmacy. Rude pharmacist and employees. Be ready to wait 20-30 mins at the drive thru.

For a Pharmacy, they seem to never have any staff when you pick up. But they will take your money pretty quick.Be ready to wait 20+ minutes at the drive through

I've had no issues with this CVS. Granted I have not utilized the pharmacy.
