I'm Very disappointed how many times I had to go through that dang drive thru today 😕 not one person in that pharmacy showed compassion towards that alone closed the drive thru on me made me come inside and had me talk through the gate they pulled down telling me "sorry mam we're closed" but told me to come back in 10 mins little did I know that was the time they closed but they said to just swing back around and they would take care of me nope that wasn't the case sadly. But it is what it is! You can't change the way some people are but tbh nobody should be treated this way nor turned away for a prescription that is urgent PERIOD let's remember that we're all human and have bad days but too always be willing to help the next person regardless the situation and most of all show RESPECT because that is a must! Especially when you're the one in control of another beings prescription that is needed and is depending on you for the best swift service. That's all I have to say I hope the drive thru improves for whoever else decides to go through it but I won't be ever again unless I'm left with no other option. If you got time to waste then I guess ... go. But honestly time is such a precious thing and shouldn't be wasted running around like a crazy person with a toddler and a 7 yr old all because of the lack of effort made from these employees. It was absolutely ridiculous smh!!

I came through the drive thru. The young man at the window was concerned for the price of my prescription. He say that my insurance was not on file. Asked for my card and entered it in the system. The price did not change. I was using Good RX. On my way home the pharmacy called back letting me know to stop back they were able to get my price down from $109 to $20. I was so appreciative that they cared enough to get me the best savings. When I came back to the store, it was very busy but they took care of me right away. The experience was wonderful.

If I could give zero I would. The young lady who helped at the pharmacy window was extremely rude and a flat out b word. this location has always been the worst in stafford and after tonight I am completely done. My baby needed breathing medication and this young woman was smug with her response and carefree. Refused to fill my script until after 12 pm the following day! When I went back to get my scripts to go to another location - I once again waited for 10 min at a completely empty pharmacy and my scripts were just tossed to the side. I’m not a pharmacist but I would imagine you’d have to be some type of caring person because you never know who or what someone needs. Congratulations on the worst service guys you have earned it!

Horribly long waits in person and via phone. The drive-thru was closed and they stopped offering 24 hour pharmacy service. Getting monthly refills is a nightmare. There are staffing issues and the team is overwhelmed. CVS corporate needs to do a much better job. Even the CVS app is wonky and not performing correctly.

Pharmacy is chronically under staffed, can't meet the expected fill time for prescriptions. Closes entirely between 1:30-2:00 for a lunch break

I've always had a great experience at this CVS. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Non-the-less they have been my go to pharmacy for the past 5 years. Great service and their staff had always been helpful.

I just left CVS. I sat in their drive thru for 15 minutes, one car in front of me. When they turned off their car and parked there, I had enough and pulled around to walk in. Entering the store there were maybe 5-6 people. Approaching the pharmacy there was one lady seated waiting. I walked to the counter and asked why they were allowing a customer to park in there drive instead of asking them to return. They stated they had yet to acknowledge them. THEY HAD NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED HIM. Ignoring customers is a good business practices? Thinking back I realized there was no interaction between the car and a technician. When I asked why, they stated they were to busy. TOO BUSY. This is typical of not only this CVS but others. Their pharmacist and staff are rude and uncaring. Their customer service -or their customer unservice- is abysmal. I’ve tried reaching out to their management, their district management. Apparently the attitude flows down from the top. They’ve never even acknowledged me. I hope that one day a competitor comes in and closes their doors. Until that day I will do everything I can to give my business to the local pharmacies in the area. I will not go back. Ever. And I will tell everyone I can.

Pharmacist lied about being able to get school vaccines and covid-19 vaccines. Had to cancel my son's covid-19 vaccine and attempted to reschedule. When I showed up the Pharmacist couldn't find the appointment and refused a walk-in vaccine. Then the Pharmacist lied about scheduling a new appointment. Terrible customer service.

Pharmacist is really rude, never listen to you when you're talking to them and when they answer the phone, while you're answering their question, they hang up. When i called back, still the same and they really didn't care. I cannot believed they are incharge of the medicine that people need and they are really rude. It happened to me twice. Still the same. Hope someone will do something about this.

Never answer the phone, automatic refill gets cancelled on many occasions, rude staff, slow, slow, drugs out of stock, serious staffing issues. Again, RUDE staff, manager needs to be replaced.

AWFUL pharmacy that discriminates! Every time I’ve ever filled here I get flat out NASTY personalities! I’m so fed up with it! I’ll never waste my time here again and my whole family of 6 won’t be either. I’m sure they couldn’t give a rats behind about my business but just so that my local area knows, this place is not worth it.
