Conflicting stories concerning a prescription that was filled, but not picked-up within the alloted time that the pharmacy is allowed to keep. According to the technician, the prescription was filled, but "returned to stock because it was not picked up in time." I was told, by the technician, that I could return later in the day to pick up the prescription. Within minutes, I received a text from CVS stating that "...it's too early to refill."I called the pharmacy, and spoke with the pharmacist. According to the pharmacist, the prescription cannot be refilled right now because it was "...already billed to my insurance". I never picked it up, so how is that even possible?! I was told that my insurance would be contacted, and that CVS would call back/update me on the status of my refill.In the interim, I contacted the location that I currently use to fill prescriptions, but was told it was "in process". I informed the technician of my issue. I asked if there was a possibility that it might have been returned to stock, but not noted in the system. The technician said that all prescriptions that are returned to stock are electronically put back into the system as being returned.Minutes later, I received a text stating that my prescription would be filled on January 18. I have yet to receive a text confirming that it has been refilled and ready for pick-up.I called this morning at 9:01 am. The recording states that the pharmacy is "closed?"This particular location is THE WORST! There are always issues...which is why I transferred my prescriptions to a different location! I'm not sure why this one is still in their system!Was it returned to stock? Why was my insurance provider billed for a prescription I did not pick-up/receive?!NEEDLESS to say, after I speak with my insurance provider, it will be transferred as well.To management/pharmacist at 388 Onville: these are PRESCRIPTIONS - they are orders written by medical professionals - that you and your staff are RESPONSIBLE for filling -- WITHOUT FAIL! They are not OTC drugs! DO BETTER!

2/1/22 About 4:00 I pulled up to the drive thru. There was a huge line. I decided to go to another store then come back. Upon my return at about 4:30 there was still a huge line. I went inside and there was no line. The lady who helped me was very professional and help me promptly. While inside I couldn't help but notice that the lady working the drive thru was having a great time chatting with her coworkers and not helping the customers in the line outside. Youth today have no work ethic due to companies allowing it. Apparently PVS is part of this problem.

I pulled all my prescriptions (8) and go to Dan’s now. Drive-through window closes on you after you’ve been in line 29 minutes, one pharmacist working with 10 people waiting, given incorrect medications, I could go on. I had a $300 prescription they were filling; after moving, Dans, on their own, contacted the pharmaceutical company and got me a $100 off coupon for a year. CVS couldn’t be bothered.This CVS used to be 24 hours; now if you need some medicine after 10pm, you have to drive to the one by MWH. I don’t understand why it hasn’t closed down.

Firstly, don’t take. UPS return with a QR code, they only take UPC coded items.Secondly, customer service is not up to par. When I inquired that they take UPS returns Matthew’s response was “unfortunately”. I did not come in CVS to learn you don’t like your job.

They do not have the materials for their photo center. It's apparently been months from what the employee told me.Their employee, a lady named Sam, did not realize that I was in ear shot of her while she was talking badly about me to another employee. Poor behavior.

This pharmacy is one of the worst customer experiences I have had in a while. The pharmacy tech was almost inaudible with his communication, he couldn’t identify my prescription, and then said I needed to come back in 2 hours because they hadn’t filled it yet (after my wife confirmed it was filled over the phone). Incompetence, lack of communication, and zero concern for customers at this place. Highly recommend you go elsewhere for prescriptions.

Please explain to me why the gentleman behind the counter on Saturday, July 22nd 2023 @ around 3pm was trying to convince some young ladies that they shouldn't buy Plan B while I was there. Your personal, political or religious beliefs should be checked at the door when working in a business like this. Fortunately, these ladies had the wherewithal to tell this guy to kindly mind his own business.

I only gave them 1 star, because 0 wasn’t an option. Save yourself the frustration and do not bother even trying here.Everyone has a bad day, every establishment makes mistakes, this is not the case here. I’ve been a CVS customer for about 15 years, and have utilized CVS as my pharmacy in multiple states. This CVS is above and beyond consistently egregious when it comes to wait times, lack of product, lack of ability, and even rudeness.My family is now going to Dan’s in the same block. They’ve been consistently kind and efficient.

The staff shortages nationwide have affected their hours. They sometimes pull staff from the cashiers just to help run the cash register at the pharmacy. I have seen people verbally abusing the staff when they are overworked and are trying to fulfill the deluge of requests. If you need a prescription, don't call, they're too busy to answer. Even if you order on the app, or your doctor sent it in, don't expect it to be ready within an hour like it used to be. Come to the drop-off prescription window to verify if they've received the order and they will start processing it then. My suggestion is to come back the next day to pick it up. If you MUST have it the same day, you'll probably wait a couple of hours. They are very backlogged through no fault of their own. I find that when you treat them kindly they are kind back. They are providing you a service, be kind even though you pay for the prescription. All healthcare systems are overwhelmed right now and patience is appreciated.

Hello All,I would like to say one of the worst experiences I have had at the pharmacy was with Hose. Hose is always answering in a rude and unprofessional manner. He is also always mad at the customer and he is not helpful at all. He is always having his AirPods in and doesn’t want to listen to the customer and does not care for the customer. I definitely did not like the service he provided me unfortunately.

Absolutely the worst customer service, systems, wait times, everything. This place is a zoo, and that’s being kind. I don’t understand how the CVS a mile down the road can run so much smoother. Save your time and don’t have your medications sent to this pharmacy!

Waited 8 days for a prescription refill. Tried to call 3 times to ask for a status update, but after waiting on hold 30-40 minutes with no answer, gave up. They don’t answer the phone. Went to the pharmacy in person and was told that it would be done in an hour. 2.5 hours later it still wasn’t done. Had to hover for an additional 15 minutes before it was filled. They just don’t have enough staff to handle the volume.

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Hour wait times are not uncommon for pick up. Drive through regularly has 5 car back ups. No one answers the phone. CVS does nothing about it.

I hate waiting at pharmacies. They haven't figured out how to provide good customer service and routinely understaffed. Today as I write this I've been on hold for over 40 minutes to check why a prescription my doctor sent a few weeks ago isn't showing up on my chart to order. I've switched most of my prescriptions to Amazon but unfortunately they don't yet take new prescriptions. Hopefully soon though I'd really be happy not using a cvs again.

On July 10, 2023, we approached the drive thru line at 8;35 with 3 cars ahead of us. When we were second in line, aster the car in front of us drove away, they closed the window. We got to the window at 8:54 and they never came back. They also did not answer the phone. Terrible customer service!

New CVS pharmacy policy is they close for lunch. I arrived at pharmacy at 1:28, one person being served, one in line. I am second in line. Clerk asks if I have a pick-up, I say no. I want to buy over-the-counter Sudafed. An elderly lady arrives behind me. No sign saying when they close for lunch. Clock turns 1:30 while I am in line and they shut the pharmacy for lunch. CVS, you just lost a customer. They could have spent 5 minutes waiting on the people in line. This new lunch policy sucks.

This CVS location is a complete mess. When I get texts that my scripts are ready, they never are. If I try to fill them online, they still aren't ready. The only way to get them ready for pick up is to call and wait on hold for minimum 45 minutes. If you have time to walk in nd have them filled, it's not unusual to see pharmacists hanging about chatting while the phone is ringing saying "five pharmacy calls".Avoid this location like the plague if you can.

Hey CVS ... hire more people!!! I shouldn't have to wait an hour on the phone or in the drive through or in the store for a prescription. Especially when you say it's ready for pick up. Your delivery system is poor also. Don't blame the delivery people. You are ultimately responsible for that if you are handing them prescriptions.

Every time I come here I wait in a short line which just sets me up for the misery to come by building false hope that this will be a quick and efficient prescription pick up. Then I get to the counter and true hell begins. The same prescription that I get every month has somehow magically been changed in the system. So let's just change it real quick in the computer. 45 minutes later.. its been changed. And now we get to wait for the time lock safe to open. N12 minutes later.... it's not in stock. Come try again yesterday.

If I could give this store NO stars, I would. The absolute WORST CVS pharmacy I've ever had the misery of dealing with. I had a previous account with CVS under my middle name years ago, and even though I was told my new account under my first name was merged - still NOTHING has been done. My online logon shows NO prescriptions under EITHER names. I have waited on the phone to speak to the pharmacy for 30 - 45 minutes and when getting a prescription refill - I have to give them over an hour of time to prepare it past the time they tell me it'll be ready. The staff there are either OVERWORKED and UNDERSTAFFED or they're INCOMPETENT. I WISH I had another big chain pharmacy close to my area so that I could drop this store like lava stone from my hands. I've written bad reviews on this store before - and NO change has ever been made there. It's still the worst pharmacy imaginable.

Because 1 is as low as I could go.Spent the last 2-3 days on hold for over 2-3 hours each time to no answer. All I needed was a prescription transferred to my local CVS. No answer.Then make into the pharmacy drive thru on a Sunday around noon to find a closed drive thru, no sign stood in line almost an hour to get to a closed sign. Mind you I had two sick kids in the car hence I was using the drive thru and had avoided leaving the house.Now standing in line to a long line, exposing people and my kids to other people’s illnesses.I bet you could handle the demand if you actually paid people what they deserve instead of lining your corporate and upper management pockets.

Wish I could have give zero stars but the 2 stars are for the older gentleman running the register up front and the girl who helped me originally. He was polite and kind in directing me to where immunizations are at this CVS since there’s nothing pointing it out. The area is a tiny corner of the building. I gave this start cause I mixed my days up, so this is my fault for coming and wasting their time but the head pharmacist lady was super rude and short with me. I get they’re busy but they had a lot of staff working today. She couldn’t find my name which is understandable because my appointment wasn’t for another week. I showed her my confirmation and she pointed out and I was trying to apologize and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I have worked in healthcare, it can be frustrating but now I won’t be coming back here for my immunizations.

Always slow filling prescriptions terrible drive through linesNever get the same meds. Dispenses Always by a different manufacturer- I went back to BrandNames because most generic I have had are 1- not as potent 2. Made & Shipped From another country 3. Can’t get the pharmacy on the phone. Or put on hold 28-45 minutes. Count your pills. Most all pharmacy workers are snotty sour rebellious and just don’t care. I have slowly been moving my meds elsewhere. Much better!!

Wow, wow, wow, this pharmacy is below terrible, the staff are rude, uncaring and slower than sloths. Great example of a business that is worst than the DMV! Your cell phone won't hold enough charge to tackle their hold times. Drive through usually closes early, no longer 24 hours. Doctors can't call them because of the terrible hold times. Long lines, and difficulty filling prescriptions. And again RUDE and UNCARING staff!

I am in severe back pain. ER sent a prescription for a pain reliever to this pharmacy. Guess what, though?! The pharmacist called out as did his replacement for overnight. There’s been no explanation given. And when I call the automated system says my prescription is ready for pickup. Because it’s a particular pain medicine, evidently another pharmacy can’t have it transferred to them to fill. The whole team running this place to be fired and replaced with qualified people. Absolutely unacceptable to be a 34 hour pharmacy completely closed with no explanation.

Bathrooms were soooooooooo dirty at 1030 am on a Saturday. The women's was not useable bc the light wasn't turning on and it was unbelievably dirty. The mens was in better shape but it was also in need of cleaning.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST.Like many others on here, I must give them 1-star to share my experience; they are certainly not worthy of it. Please save yourself time and headache that will be the result of you visiting the discourteous, unprofessional staff at this location. I really wish I did not need the inhaler so urgently; I would have just left based on the treatment I received by the discourteous, unpleasant, condescending staff here.

Incompetent is what I call the head pharmacist there. I came in there to pick up my sons inhaler * prescription is in his name**. I receive the inhaler and asked for a spacer since he is only 1 and will need it to for the inhaler. The response I got was so cold and just made me realize that they don’t care about their customers I was just a number. So basically the pharmacist said I needed a prescription for that inhaler spacer 😒. Why do I need another prescription for something that my son need to use for that medicine he was prescribed. Just sad.

Incompetent! Every single time you have an RX you can wait hours and sometimes a day to pick it up and they don’t have it ready! Rude staff and rather sit around joking in the pharmacy area versus filling prescriptions! Im sitting here and the phone has been sounding off saying 8 pharmacy calls for an hour! Nurse that gives the COVID shots especially rude and disrespectful!Update funny how the expedite as soon as they see a review online on how disrespectful they are.
