Cashier was super rude to me. I inquired about solar glasses and he started shouting at me "that there were no damn glasses! 7/11 does not have solar eclipse glasses!". Super unprofessional behavior. Regardless of how many people may have been looking for solar eclipse glasses over the past few days or weeks, this is a highly inappropriate way to interact with customers.

Vacuum doesn't work, no sign saying otherwise, clerk said "they don't put a sign" who is they? You are onsite, it has your brand on it, put an out of order sign dude, then overcharged me on drinks with clear sign stating on sale 2 for $4.50, not coming back, horrible 7-11 location

I brought 2 items to the counter to purchase based on a large sign that read 2 for 2.00 each (reg price 2.59 a piece). The sign was in an aisle that was right in front of the counter and it was clearly visible. The sale price didn't ring up. I said they are on sale and pointed to the sign. The clerk stomped around the counter, over to the sign snd ripped it off the shelf. She gruffly said the sale is over and stomped back behind the counter.

Ok, your regular 7-11, once though, I went to go get a slushie, cause I'm feelin that vibe ya know? Like 3 of the flavors were broken. I went to see the pastries, the labels messed up, heck, one of the donuts were upside down and looked like if I opened the door it'll fall out. Pretty clean I guess, i mean it's a gas station.. A lot of times the employees are just a whole bad mood. It's not my fault. I said hello, good morning, and nothing. Didn't even look at me. I got those like meat things, (forgot the name), and they asked if I wanted a bag.. I had bought like 3.. But yall... I mean again, your local gas station 🤷🏽‍♀️

Asked 2 people if they could look for some beer in the cooler while the girl was busy at the front and both said ok and continued to do other things like break down boxes or run around the store doing other stuff. The place is not busy there was literally no one in line and 2 other people in the store shopping. SMH not understanding why they have several employees and only 1 person is actually doing work?!

Had to drive to three different pumps before I found one that works. The handicap button on all three pumps did not work or were not connected. I went to the front desk to let them know about the problem, I was brushed off and they didn’t seem to care. I will not come back to this establishment.

I was just in there this morning grab a coffee and two pastries out of the pastry case. After ringing me up I questioned the price the woman told me that the trays were in the wrong place so the prices are also incorrect but I had to pay the regular price Which was $1.20 more for Both items. I told her no thank you just throw them away I don’t want them I had touched these items in the little plastic bag she said no she’s going to put them back I proceeded to tell her you can’t do that especially with Covid I have touch these items you can’t sell them to other people and she said who cares And told me to get out. I left the store watched her through the glass doors put the items I had touched back into the bakery case and it’s going to sell them to other people. I’m calling the Stafford County Health Department tomorrow morning

This crew has a positive attitude and works very hard. The location is one of the busiest locations in Stafford, VA and not just cause it's next to a 24 hour super Walmart, but it is also located in the center of the East Coast's Interstate 95. During rush hour or any time this has been a great stop for me. No business is perfect but this crew works hard!

We stopped in here and went to the fountain drinks. There were 2 cockroaches on the counter. Turned around and walked out. Will not be coming back. The cockroaches didn't even seem phased. Just continued their business and walked across the counter tops.

So far the last 2 mornings I’ve gone in they have had bare minimum for coffee supplies and coffee!!!! This is ridiculous to say the least as your right as your on the way the the highway. Get it together people and thare early morning staff don’t want to be there that’s more than obvious.

The Cashiers just let me walk out with a new greendot card. I didnt want to load money on it so they told me I can just take the card. It dont work that way. You have to load a minimum of $20 on it. You cant just walk out the store with a card and pay nothing. Smh.. Hopefully this helps someone in the future.

Yesterday 3-27-2021 I stopped in there around 1pm and purchased a $20 scratch off ticket. I went to cash it today at the store by my house and they told me it hadn't been activated yet. I've been trying to call the store all day and it rings but nobody answers.

They never have receipt paper at the pumps, which requires you to go into the store to get it. Then you have to stand in a long line just to wait for your receipt. I will no longer go here, as three times now I have had to go into the store to get them. Not a good way to run a business; trying to get an extra sale by requiring the gas patrons to go into the store.

Half the pumps have signs on them they've been condemned. By the state of the bathrooms and the broken ATM, the whole building needs to be likewise condemned and torn down. Not fit for humans.
