This Walgreens is an immaculate, spacious and floors are kept conditioned and displayed appropriately during seasonal changes. The managers and staff are very professional, friendly and their store behaviors make your shopping experience wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with returns and pricing. Crystal the pharmacy manager is a gem. She goes beyond to assist you with all of your health needs. She makes herself available even during the busiest times. If you call Crystal she doesnt appear to be bothered or evasive. Her phone etiquette is admirable. She is very professional and accurate when it comes to filling prescriptions.The techs are wonderful always working diligently and the atmosphere that is created in the pharmacy shows the upmost respect to hippa and the security of your personal info. The techs become familiar with their pharmacy customers and address their customers respectfully. This pharmacy does get very busy but the lines are quickly attended to and never ignored, to navigate thru the day. Crystal is well appreciated for the dedication that she displays on a daily basis. She is definitely trusted for her integrity that she displays on a daily basis. The alternate pharmacists are also kind and professional. The most important thing is Crystal RPH nor the techs judge you they treat every person the same with. Dignity and respect and that's very hard to find.

I walking to the store in Springfield today, try get my son’s prescription. And I saw a coupon on the counter. I try read what’s the coupon for? And a Spanish lady running to me, yelling to me. She is working there, she not allow me grab the coupon. Anyway I’m not interested the coupon. After I picked up my prescription. I saw her took all book coupons . So worker allow get store coupon? Not for customer ?

I called today to get an order cancelled and the person working between the times of 1:45-2pm on 10/25 was extremely rude for no apparent reason. After reading the other reviews about this location, I’ve had a similar experience. I get people have bad days, but to read that this has happened before is unfortunate. The person needs to learn proper phone etiquette or find another job if you’re that unhappy.UPDATE: I called this location again and asked to speak to someone else because I had got the same person on the phone. I was transferred to Victoria, who took the time to help! She was patient with me and kind! There’s just a bad apple or two at this location, who are rude and unhelpful.

I’ve been having issues with this Walgreens for awhile now. I find it so frustrating that on almost all occasions when calling the store you get absolutely no where. Any time a female associate picks up the phone you either get someone angry with you or you get lied to and then hung up on. All I want to know is if an item I’m looking for is in on the shelves/in stock or not. But to be told the store doesn’t have the item and to have someone else tell me that they just saw it. I don’t expect by any means the staff to go above and beyond but to at least check or give an honest answer of I don’t know would be just fine. I don’t want to waste my time going to your store to check on products all the time because no one will actually give an honest answer on the phone. Not everyone lives right by the store, some people have other things going on in their day. I’ve had a number of very positive experiences here with staff and normally check out is quick and great. Staff seriously needs to fix their phone etiquette.

Very clean and neat and organized! Staff is extremely nice and patient. Always ask me if I found everything okay. And tonight, I witnessed two very nice staff members. One male assisted a woman in purchasing products for her husband/boyfriend. And the cashier named Paris helped me with my transaction. She had great customer service and was patient with me as I waited for my girlfriend to grab last minute items. First time coming here and highly prefer this to the one down the street from me (I went here because they had more items in stock).Highly recommend and would feel comfortable with even my elderly family members into coming without feeling rushed or having a language barrier.Thank you, Paris!

The woman at the pharmacy treated me terribly and was very rude and condescending to me and even raised her voice at me many times when I was trying to get a new vaccine card. No customer should have to put up with this. This pharmacy is horrendous and everyone should avoid it like the plague that it is.

I have been a member of this neighborhood for over 15 years. This is the closest Walgreens and now I have to find a different one as I was just accused of trying to steal my own order. Which I had to show my banking info (uncomfortable) to prove of the online purchase. Now I feel like I was being asked because I'm young and a poc. I have the text messages to prove that I paid and picked up my order. What will Walgreens do to make it right? Never have I felt or been treated in this manner. How disgusting

The pharmacy here is abismal. They lost my prescription and had to go searching for it. They were INCREDIBLY rude while trying to search for it and continued to ask me when the prescription was called in and I had to let them know over and over again that there was a paper brought in. Wasted an hour of my life with the ineptness. No one there said they were sorry. No one there gave me even a look. The best I got was “ you gonna wait for it??”I waited. But I won’t go back again.

My infant son needed an over-the-counter medicine. We looked all over the store and could not find it. Asked for help and were given a vague instructions as to where it might be. Still couldn't find it. Again asked for help and female employee looked and told us it was not in stock. I look online and it shows as being available at at this particular location.I ended up having to order it online and doing a store pickup. Item was ready for pickup in 30 minutes which was in less than an hour. I'm glad online order worked but I can't understand why no one could find it if they had it available at the store for online orders... if they could find it for online order why couldn't they find it for us while we were there at the store?The employees all seemed very preoccupied and had absolutely no interest in helping customers.

Pharmacy is very busy, and it seems always understaffed. The staff takes time with each customer.The system is BAD, though, updates on my account and texts. My doc sent a prescription on Thursday afternoon, and I got an out of stock note at about 9:30 Friday morning that they were ordering it. Same message all weekend. I called Mon and the pharmacist said that it was just ordered Mon and would be Wed, orders that come in after hours wait until next biz day, but not on weekends.I have the text from Friday morning saying it was ordered, so the message should have said, we got your order but the pharmacist is out so no action will happen until monday. Something like this at least 25% of the time, I get a message that there is a delay and no action is needed, action is needed or it won't ever go through. Another thing, they say it's too early to refill, insurance coverage, and it can filled the next day. I go the next day, and they say they just ordered it, and it will be in tomorrow. I am sure it is the insurance system, but their system only has limited responses and they need to say

The store is fantastic, but the pharmacy is horrendous. I went twice to pick up a prescription and left without it both times. Basically the prescription was lost and they had to refill it, then their computers didn't work and they couldn't access my insurance benefits. It was a hot mess. Go for the beauty department but definitely get prescriptions elsewhere!

I went in today to reload my pay card and to buy a few items. The manager by the name of Karen was the lady who "helped" me. She was extremely rude and sarcastic and not just to me but to another customer in front of me aswell who did not speak english well, she was very brash in the way that she spoke. I asked for her help when the associate Martha could not. I spoke to her and was not greeted back I was responded back with a foul look and a swipe ur card. She gave no eye contact completely looked disengaged. Absolutely no customer service and a questionable leader if this is how she performs with guest. I highly recommend retraining on customer service an customer engagement.I will not recommend this location as a welcoming place to shop go elsewhere.

There is a blonde, short-haired and tattooed female employee at the pharmacy who has decided not to cover her nose and mouth with her mask. When I asked her to cover up she said she had a "medical condition that impeded her from using one and that she was wearing the one she had as a courtesy. " She didn't even have a name tag.If this is how the pharmacy staff behave in the middle of a pandemic, I can't imagine how it is in the rest of the store. I'm very disappointed and discouraged by the lack of respect for others that she displayed. If she is an asymptomatic Covid virus carrier, Walgreens will have a lot to answer for.

Does it actually take an HOUR to give one flu shot? I had never been kicked out just because I came an hour before the pharmacy close. If only I had a whole day to stop by your store and take care of my business, then yes! Sorry, but I'm not keeping this store as my pharmacy anymore.

Natalie, one of the Pharmacy cashiers has the worst attitude. Terrible customer service. I asked to run a card through and she just started showing an attitude. She acted like I was such a bother to her, her body language and tone of voice irritated me more. She was ready to fight me.

My local Walgreens. The manager, Mary, here is great. She helped me pick out a walker for my dad who has Parkinsons. She pulled up the online inventory and had me select which one I wanted and helped me place the order. She was very empathetic and for that I commend her. Thank you so much, you're kindness and going above and beyond your duty will always be remembered and appreciated.

I have started to appreciate Walgreens over CVS. Walgreens is cleaner, bigger, wonderful staff in the Springfield (on Old Keene Mill Road) location. I find this store very easy to shop, I use the pharmacy as well and the staff there is nice.I even got my FLU shot there, and the Asian pharmacy tech gave me the BEST flu shot ever. I didn’t even feel the needle go in, he was very gentle. All in all, I’m a Walgreens fan for life (hopefully).Lastly, they still accept TRICARE and CVS has DROPPED TRICARE (boooo).

Left from the pharmacy super frustrated today. What is the point of using the "prepay, skip the line, express pass" feature if you still have to wait in line behind everyone else, and once it's your turn you have to still go through ALL the same steps of verification that you otherwise would, just to then have to EXPLAIN the barcode/pre-payment feature that I received FROM WALGREEN'S to the cashier. What is the point of even using the app with my Google wallet when your own employees don't know how it works and the customer doesn't ACTUALLY get to skip the line?!? Get it together Walgreen's!

Preservative Free Influenza Shots are available. That is good for people who are mandated to get vaccines and want to avoid heavy metal toxicity and varying degrees of toxicity that affect the neurological functions of people. Even though it is preservative free, it has trace </= 1mcg of processed mercury after being purified. Staff was kind and helpful. Tricare covergae should begin December 2016.

The absolute worst pharmacy in the entire area. They take days to fill prescriptions. They are rude and their customer service is horrible. Avoid this place at all costs
