I will say, it is a much better store than the South Boston, VA location. The several times I have visited the store, I have not seen any receipt checkers at the exits, which shows me they actually care about their customers, and not accuse them. The rest of the stores should take lessons. After all, I haven't been in any other stores, other than Sam's, which is a Walmart store, that has receipt police.

Got groceries 2 days ago. One pkg of my Hebrew National hot dogs were expired BY 3 WEEKS! The dogs are discolored too. This has happened twice before w/different products. Do they even pull or properly rotate food items?

They always have what I need!The customer service from the employees is always courteous and knowledgeable. It is very obvious how hard the employees work to make shopping here a real pleasure!I always make this my first choice and will continue to do so!!!

This was the first time I witness, self-observe, rudeness, unpleasant behavior and in disbelief of racism in Walmart. These people said I could not use my card because it was from out of town. (Huh?). Would not get a manager. Didn’t show no empathy for tell me this at all. Just plain outrageous and disrespectful. Ridiculous!

It's Walmart! The usual thing with Walmart, big and you'll get your steps in if that's your thing, all the usual stuff and the usual lack of check outs open and the self checkout open. Please let's do something about staff training, checkouts open and the checkout staff taught to converse in a friendly manner with 'customers'.

Always come here just wish it was closer I live in Clarksville. So it is always an exhausting day to drive here especially if I only need a few things. Prices are reasonable. I hate having to go to food lion which is the closest to me. They are so expensive.

This place is a wreck automotive people are rude as hell an the guys have no idea what they are doing took 3 of them to figure out what windshield wipers went on this ladies car then the self check out of you don't trust people to scam there own items then they shouldn't have them don't accuse people of stealing on not scanning there items I hate this place well more less the ride people shout out to Dj in lawn in Garden

Our go to place for picking up certain better priced goods. Personal and needed items. Go early to avoid crowds. Checkout can be stressful because it’s 95 percent self checkout that you will encounter problems.

Been working on a DIY project with my husband for a few months now. I knew I wanted a black and white theme. To my surprise I was able to purchase a beautiful shower curtain, waste basket and accessory holder. If you shop early at this location you can find some beautiful pieces. They are Better Homes & Garden.

Good people u can park a semi truck there for a few hours small pilot on hill with parking .ALSO do not throw your trash out where the truck parks I seen some there .they have a large selection of Dickies clothes

You can barely get down the aisles due to the large carts doing the online shopping orders ,between that and treating every customer like a potential shoplifter makes me dread when I have to go here..

I had not been in Walmart, except to use the Direct Express card for almost a year. This week I started making short pit-stops. I ran into get veggies for a tossed salad, another time to use customer service and then to purchase a blender. Everything was rearranged but I did not have a problem finding what I needed. The key for me was to go later in the day, but not too late, since I'm a senior citizen.

Horrible Horrible place . Customer service is there worst ive ever encountered in 48 states.Im disabled on oxygen and elderly.Was looking for a handicap cart. Asked the man with the carts. Tall thin man with glasses. He says." All the customers have them". So ok i sit on bench and decide to wait.30 minutes go by. Mind you im on portable oxygen. I see two carts go out . So i ask again..same guy. Can i get one of those carts. He replies " all customer have them and walled off.I then walk to SHARON who is helping self check area if she can help me. .i am now at 40 mins oxygen and in horrible pain. Her reply is " Not my deptYou need to go across store to customer service.." i started crying and walked away.Walked the entire store looking for help. Spoke to 4 more people tring to get a porta potty. Bella was only one with a smile but unfortunately also was no help nor were the other 3 people with her or the three we passed gossiping after talking to her. Noone knew where anything was. Or even offered to go look for me or help me on any way other than point or go to customer service and complain. This was the help i got.I am terminally ill and travelling and needed a porta potty .i had to leave with nothing and puke in the parking lot because my air finally ran out. I went in qith a 2 hour supply fullCame out empty handed and in tears.WE ARE TRUCK DRIVERS THAT DELIVER TO WALMARTS NATIONWIDE. THIS STORE IS THE BIGGEST DISGRACE IVE EVER SEEN...As im leaving i meet another handicapped woman who has been waiting for a cart as well .She is in the second photo

Waiting in line at pharmacy. Lady at pick up window has not acknowledged me after standing here for 15 minutes. When brought to her attention by co worker she replies by “No, she hasn’t been waiting”So, am I imagining I’m standing here or what. I’m so tired of public workers being so disrespectful. I hate this place.

Very disappointed. This Walmart was like going into boot camp. The people who worked there were just ugly, awful, mean, and absolutely lazy. I couldn't get any help and the employees acted like I was just a bother to them. All I wanted was a damn candybar because my blood sugar was dropping. I left quickly after being so frustrated my blood sugar caused me to go into a hypoglycemic seizure. All because I couldn't get a soda, orange juice, or a candybar without being ridiculed. Mean people can kill someone just by being ignorant.

Employees in the photo and electronics were extremely nice. However, they did not know how to scan photos in order for me to get them put on a thumb drive. So I had to sit there for 3+ hrs scanning my photos that I needed for my son's viewing at the funeral home. It was quite a long process only because the employees didn't know how to use the big scanner behind the counter.
