Only 2 pumps.Cashier is more interested to flirt with drivers than work.It took me almost an hr to get to the pump.I had to go inside and ask them to allow others to fuel.Then, the driver takes extra time to get the receipt. Finally pulls away, just to park in front of the building...Seriously, you are losing business. Several trucks left.

Pretty good location to stop especially if you stop here for 34 hours. 3 showers clean and nice, there is laundry 2 washers and driers. And store is full of products. also can find around anything u can walk to walmart, starbucks, dominos, five guys a lot food places.

No clean shower !After being on the road for a full day a nice hot shower would have been great. Cece the cashier was extremely rude . She stated if we wanted a shower to go up the road to Love's

I do Love this Pilot Travel Truck Stop because there are so many available just in the corner. But I confused at first is that whether Pilot or Shell. However, Walmart Super Center, Five Guy, Shell’s, and even liquor are just in this corner. I saw many Trucks parked in the Walmart’s parking spots, so parking spots for Trucks seemed to be convenient. So much more available in the environment. I enjoyed the night to stay here, and will remember to stop here if I have a chance in future.

Chicken was good. Juicy crispy. Just made. In the afternoon personnel were friendly. In the morning the person giving food was very professional and courteous. The cashier was there for just the paycheck. Wish they had more breakfast options.

Great location restaurants all walking distance walmart it's right across the street but truck parking lot maybe for 10 trucks fule island has 4 but the two middle ones have two pumps the out side only have one .

Small parking and size of station but team is awesome night n day. Showers clean less parking but wasn't behind has big lot. Overall small place with big experience. Driver lounge is comfy 👌

What miserable place this is. Very unprofessional staff. Dirty bathrooms. Filthy food. I have been to many pilot truck stops, so far this was the worst. Lady at the counter is epitome of disaster as a cashier. Very rude to me for asking a simple question. Not going back again ever. Next exit is LOVEs, it’s much better.

The building is very aged. Most of the items on the shelves didn't have any pricing so I didn't feel like it would be a good idea to grab something and take it up to the counter to find out what the sticker shock would be. The gas pumps work good the restroom was clean.

First off customer service is great, lots of parking in truck stop and the Walmart just a short ways down the hill. Showers is where they need some help, faucet sprays at you, drain in the showers sucks. If you cook in your truck they don't have a sink to wash your dishes in like most places

Great customer service. I love you can get a fresh pizza, pork chop or chicken when ask. The staff is amazing. Nice jot water and the showers are very cleaned and sanitized.

Small friendly staff will do whatever they can for you. Nice showers, laundry, hot food, comfy booths, clean bathrooms, limited parking augmented by additional Walmart parking right behind Pilot. No problem finding a spot overnight. 2 fuel pumps move quickly.

Costumer service needs a lot of work, Do Not stop here unless it is an emergency. The only thing they have going for them is Walmart and five guys are right across the street. Truck lanes are very small and if prepaying for diesel be prepared to deal with extreme noobs even if they look old enough to have Jesus sign their yearbook.

Deli food was amazing the potato wedges are my favorite that ive had anywhere small and crispy with a seasoning almost like cajin style the fish sandwich was great too a humongous piece of fish

New nice truckstop, big showers clean restrooms. Two complains: restroom has no paper towels, faucet in shower has no adjusted water temperature..nice location with lots of food... across the street is big gym( weights and boxing gym) so we don't get to rusty

Decent staff and good showers. No shower curtains so water is all on the floors when finished. Not great air circulation while taking a shower but overall nice small store

This is a shade tree Pilot. It has good and bad points to it. Good points are Walmart close by, Five Guys next door, different than normal food like fried pork chops. The bad parts are, only one register for fuel and points. Only two diesel pumps, and more than I can think of now. Overall, I would stop here for emergency fuel, to go to Walmart, or to sleep, and that's it.

Small parking lot. Walmart right behind tho has lots and let's us there. Cozy, clean. Motion sensor faucet in the shower tho, ugh. Did get the little bar of soap and 2 towels plus bath mat and wash rag. Just like TA/Petro. 5 guys burger 25 steps away. Needs fans in the shower to. Hot in there

Nice small Travel Plaza, parking for about 15 trucks with trailers and additional overflow parking with Walmart, Inside the store is neat and clean, Plenty of food place to eat and Harbor Freight is across the street. We stopped by in our 5th Wheel RV, Easy access to I-85 and Highway 58 and Highway 1, Will stop again

Not a bad place if you are in a car or a Big Rig. Diesel Motorcoaches are cool but Gas coaches not so much. No real room to maneuver unless your fill in on the side. Even then good luck. The next closest with an RV lane in at the 104 on 95.

The worst place to get a cup of coffee I have EVER been. Between 530am and 630am they have one person working the front, the line is over 10 deep. Then I had this card that if you buy 6 cups of coffee (at 1.72 a cup and I had my own cup) the 7th would be free. I still had to pay for the taxes... REALLY!!! And at that time in the morning you only have one type of coffee to pick from, all the others are cold or out. As you can tell I have given this place more than a chance. I know it's not the person up front, she is busy with people checking out... It's the manager of the store not putting 2 that shift. Come off your wallet!!!!!

at #899 in South Hill, Va I had to take a cold shower. It started out hot for about 5 mins then it went ice cold. Finally after about 10 mins it got hot again, but my back was scalded because it got extremely hot all of a sudden. Also, the towels have an old musty smell.

I'm not sure this place could be any smaller. There's a Walmart right next door and a five guys too. I just don't think you should trip plan to stay here overnight. There's literally like 10 parking spots. Try parking at Walmart.

Nice and friendly staff clean restrooms. I also noticed the trucker area with the bathroom/showers was really nice and spacious even had washers and dryers that's really nice.

This is not the normal Pilot Travel Center. It is a hybrid Shell/Pilot. Good Sam members don't get the gas discount. Gas is done by Shell Diesel is done by Pilot. And of course the pump (10) didn't print a receipt.
