Michelle was amazing at helping me get my pup. She’s very knowledgeable about labs and answers all my questions. The farm was very clean and well kept and all the dogs on the property were so sweet and loving. We got our eight week lab a week ago and everything has been great. She’s the light in our life that we needed after our lab of sixteen years past.

Micklers is the very best! Our chocolate lab Elvis is just perfect. We love him so much and he loves us right back. Soooo handsome! We will always get labs now on and we will always go to Micklers!!!

I am highly upset. My husband and I put our deposit down on a silver lab a month ago. Over the last two weeks my husband had been texting and asking for an update on our puppy (pics) with no response. However, when he asked if we could get our puppy a day early he was told yes. Today my husband sent another text because we were worried about the fact that we had not received any pictures or videos of our dog as it was originally stated that we would be kept abreast of his progress. My husband finally spoke with someone today and we were told that one of the dogs had not done well after receiving his shots. He had to ask specifically whether that dog was our dog and was informed that it was one of the silver labs. Then he was told that it wasn’t looking good for the puppy and that he was one of two silver labs in the litter and both had been accounted for but that because he put his deposit down last we would either have to wait another month for the new litter or we would be able to get a refund. He chose the refund. I am truly upset about this because for the past month we have been preparing for the puppy and we were both looking forward to surprising our daughter. Now we are back to square one trying to find a dog. I feel like we were being lied to. The fact that for weeks we asked for updates and there was no communication infuriates me because she knew the dog was ill and she wasn’t going to say anything. As a business owner I feel that it is her responsibility to keep her patrons up to date on what is going on and she simply ignored us until today. Two days before we were scheduled to pick up the dog.

We have had coco for 2 years now and I want to say Mickler Labs truly care about the lively hood of there animals. Extremely knowledgeable and in a couple of weeks will be getting our second from Michelle. Top Notch.

We lost our lab mix to cancer in August. We were excited for a new yellow lab female puppy. We drove 2.5 hours to get her and when we left she was what we thought having car sickness and runny stool. The sickness cleared up for a couple days but the runny stool continued. We were told to monitor it. By Thanksgiving I was in the ER vet all day with her where they ran tests for parvo, worms and checked her completely out. She was lethargic, runny stool, not eating or drinking, they ruled out parvo and said she had a bacterial tummy infection. She was given medicine for being sick in the car, administered a iv for dehydration and given antibiotics for home. By Friday she was doing all the above and vomiting when trying to drink water, I took her back to the emergency vet and they found her to be positive for parvo. The ER vet said it came from the breeders home and I should let her know... I did let her know it was 2,000-5,000 and I could not afford that sadly with a 50/50 chance of survival by the vet. She first said her farm could not have parvo that it was my property then changed the story to she contracted it at the er vet when we met her on Friday. The breeder offered to nurse the puppy back to health and I kept in constant contact the entire time, the puppy passed away Sunday from the parvo 2.5 hours from our home with her belongings we bought her. The breeder said she does not refund money that the owner is responsible and she is not liable. She only guarantees the hips. My family and I are devastated by this we only had her for 5 days but she was apart of our family. My son is on the autism spectrum he does not understand why we don't have a healthy puppy now. I pray no other family has to go through this.

Very knowledgeable about Labs, however, I homed a lab from them and have had nothing but medical issues with our dog. In the first 90 days I had the puppy, I have paid more in vet bills than I did for the puppy. The puppy is about half the size of a normal and healthy lab her age. Very disappointed that this dog will not be an average sized lab. Vet suggested that the dog is not full-bred Labrador. I've contacted the breeder three different times and the only answer I am given, is that it's the dog food the puppy eats (even though I feed the puppy the same food the breeder had her on). Disappointed and frustrated is an understatement.

Our family purchased a lab puppy from them in January 2020. Within weeks the puppy was in a critical care vet with a condition that the vet believed pre-existed her coming into our care. She ultimately passed away after we spent several thousand dollars trying to give her every chance to make it. We requested a refund from mickler labs, but we were met with defensiveness regarding other puppies. They did not honor our request for a refund. This has been a very unfortunate, difficult experience.

Excellent Experience All Around; obtained my silver pup from Michelle around a year ago- a big pup, he has grown and developed with much health and strength. He is a light and love in my life- very grateful!
