When I first visited this location a year ago, I put 1 star. This is definitely such an improvement since I first started coming. Please don't lose that nice young gentleman at the drive thru! He is so upbeat and friendly. I wish I could remember his name but if you're management for this location, you should definitely know who I'm talking about. I've never seen anyone more upbeat and nice, and I actually mean that. Especially for fast food.

Absolutely the worst Mc Donald's ever! I placed an order through the app on my phone at 3:35 am. The app said there server dinner food until 4am. I get to the restaurant at 3:50 am only to be told that they're closed and when they reopen at 4am it's only breakfast. In the app it told me that I couldn't cancel my order because they had already started making it (they hadn't). The rude manager told me it's not her problem. I asked for the money back, because that's what the app said their policy was but, she said again that it wasn't her problem. She called her boss and they told her to just make the food seeing as how it came across their system before 4am. I went on to tell her that I wasn't trying to cause an issue, I just wanted to get this figured out and be on my way but, I the middle of me talking, she started a conversation with a whole other person. As if I wasn't standing there. I then said I didn't even want it anymore. I had no clue what they would do to it at this point. She barked back at me and told me I wasn't talking to her and acted quite childish. She told me i wasn't getting a refund that they were making the original order. I ended up just throwing it away as I walked out. Can't trust it at that point. The gentleman working however, was very polite.

Not very pleasant with this order. The ordering speed was relatively standard. However, these chicken nuggets’ quality are so different. In addition, one of the sauce was already opened. I don’t know how long has it opened. So I’m not gonna risk it. I think McDonald’s can do better than this!

Using the mobile app to order food should be a smooth process but it is not. I ordered a sandwich and oatmeal through the app. I saw my number on a bag but they never brought it out. They served over a dozen people that orderes after i placed my order. I tried to ask for assistance and they said ok and walked off never getting my food. I had to get loud to get anyone to get my food. I was standing there over 20 minutes!!!! Then the counter lady says im lucky if they didnt spit in my food!!!! You cant make this stuff up!!!

This is my 2nd time at this location in the past week or so, and the 2nd time I've had very long waits. The first time was over 20 minutes and both times at the drive-through. Had to go park and have them bring it out to me and the guy didn't even bring the drink so he had to go back in to get it for an 18 minute wait for a Quarter Pounder and coke. Mid afternoon both times. To top it off it was room temp, not hot or fresh.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I made a PLEDGE to myself to not eat here, and I've kept that pledge for over 3 years now. I can't even tell you how many times I've wanted to throw up eating here. The people always get your order wrong like they're deaf or something. I can never enjoy McDonald's and especially not in the morning. They don't even give you a fulfilling meal to eat. Don't eat here, please.

Very clean and kiosk ordering is convenient. I would do 5 stars but the kiosks are a little confusing, don't always work and the staff missed drinks a few times. But they were very polite otherwise.

It's not my problem if your damn diet coke doesn't sell, never come back here the girls make a mistake in your order for talking so much and they don't pay attention to the customer it's a joke for them this is the 3rd time they've given me a coke bad queue, and the worst thing is like it's my fault because they don't listen well, I'm really starting to feel disappointed in McDonald's because I like to eat the nuggets, the double's cheese burguers and their buffalo sauce, now I'll have to think about where I'll have my next experience without them ruining it because they don't pay attention

Waited in line at the drive through to be told by a very rude employee who walked down the line of cars waiting that the drive thru was closed “for now”. She was unwilling or unable to tell me why, when it might reopen or if we would be able to get food inside instead. I drive this area often and this McDonalds frequently seems to have problems.

What kind of sandwich is this with like 2 pickles inside and that’s about it??? Where’s the other ingredients? Got 40 hard chicken nuggets with zero flavor! Not coming back.
